Greens and Grains in Brighton and Hove

This review is solely for the smoothie as we got one for our post meal drink after the heavy fish and chips meal from next door. Got the ginger and avocado mix variant and it was a little weird considering the drink wasn’t cold and did taste very “heavy” - having had a few of these smoothies so far, this wasn’t the most pleasant one that we had and probably won’t return for it in future.

Ultra fresh, super good juices, prepared on site and to order in a green setting that makes you want to relax! The welcome is very nice too 🙏🏽🙏🏼

We ended up visiting for both mornings of our trip to Brighton! Beautiful smoothies, the acai bowl is the perfect tasty, healthy breakfast, service was fab, the cooked breakfasts looked great, good range of vegetarian/vegan options. Lovely services too! Would strongly recommend

I tried the salmon wrap and the vitamin c juice and both were amazing! The juice is made in front of you and fresh to order which makes it even better. The staff is super lovely and welcoming! I would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Brighton.

This is my favorite joint in town. I get fresh juice here almost everyday. The quality makes Joe the Juice look an overpriced McDonald’s. The food is all healthy and the service is personal, friendly and if there is anything you don’t like about your juice they will always alter it to your taste. Food for the SOUL !!!!

Tried the Day Nurse smoothie. Too much ginger, it was rank. Ended up pouring it away!

The fresh apple cinnamon mint honey tea was amazing just what I needed after a meal highly recommended it. Staff was very Friendly and accommodating. Will be back

We‘ve had a nice full english breakfast, a smoothie and a coffee. It was delicious and the waiters were very caring. They even gave us a sample of other smoothies and a second plate unasked that we could share our breakfast.

Had breakfast (full English and a veggie one) and a green smoothie and coffee. Food was good value and delicious, drinks were good too. A great little find. The service was great, attentive and friendly and you can tell they take pride in looking after you, keeping the tables clean etc.

Food was bloody amazing and the shake (day nurse) was so lovely and fresh ! Really good service and lovey food , would defo go back ! Came here for dinner on a Friday night, the atmosphere was lovely, busy but not too crowded. The staff were very lovely and polite. The food was gorgeous, presented nicely and reasonably priced, as well as the cocktails! Would visit again.

Wasn’t open. Please update your opening hours.. UPDATE: You *still* haven’t updated your opening hours. All I want is for people not to waste their time (as I did). If you change your advertised opening hours to match reality I will gladly update my review.

So many healthy options! Great açai bowl and fairly priced. Large smoothie and an açai bowl to eat in = £11. Friendly staff and pleasant ambience. It’s a lovely health café and like something you’d get in Dubai or London. Will be back :-)

Had a cool start smoothie and scrambled eggs with avocado and sundried tomatoes for breakfast which was very tasteful and healthy. Good customer service and really like the vibe inside.

Great coffee, Juice and lovely staff

Fed up with greasy fry ups and eggs we fancied something healthier for breakfast. The smoothies were fabulous and tasty. The porridge and granola perfect. The person who served us was so friendly and calm, even though he was on his own and pretty busy. Lots of healthy options which you could drink / eat anytime of day.

Loved this place on my visit. It's a beautiful healthy looking café, the juices and smoothies are made with fresh ingredients. Finally a place that sells a good sized juice for the price. This will definitely be my go to juice and smoothie place when I visit Brighton again.

Called in to Greens and Grains for breakfast on both mornings while visiting Brighton. Very friendly service. If looking for a healthy breakfast, then this is the place for you.

The iced coffee? DELICIOUS. And the ice cubes are actual CUBES, so that's SO AMAZING. What's more to say? Go there and get your iced coffee. One of the best spent £3 of my life.

I found a hair in my food. Poor hygiene and juices are 3/4 water. Wouldn’t recommend

Reasonable priced and very tasty breakfast.

Disappointing, unfortunately. This is a nice looking little cafe. I was looking forward to trying it. Just had the Mediterranean breakfast and the green açaí smoothie. Breakfast was unimaginative and overpriced. No cheese or sourdough bread as promised in the menu. Just industrialised bread. Green açaí is not a thing (I guess I can say that as a Brazilian). Still I tried it, only to discover that it does not taste like açaí at all. Staff is nice but seemed really overwhelmed. In short, not going back.

Long wait. Terrible service even though only 3 other tables in the shop. Dry toast, clumpy eggs and jam mixed in with salad.

Spent a couple of hours in this cafe catching up with friend. Staff were very friendly and at no time did we feel rushed. We only had wraps and coffee but they were nice and well presented. Will recommend.

A variety of healthy drinks and smoothies reasonably priced. I had the Hawaiian smoothie which was delicious. Highly recommended!

A lovely little local cafe....it's open at the moment for takeaway coffees, smoothies and vitamin shot drinks.....go and try the fresh ginger shot......it's better than tequila (in the absence of tequila) and is great for the immune system and metabolism

This is a really nice addition to St. James Street and the perfect place for healthy juice, smoothies and food. The Menu is quite extensive so there’s something for every mood or feeling and you can also create your own juice/smoothie based on what you want which is great! The coffee here is also really nice too which can be hard to find sometimes with so many different places nearby!

This is by far, one of the best new additions to Brighton’s food scene! Great fresh food, efficient staff and super service! Can’t recommend this place enough!!

This place has incredibly delicious breakfast/protein shakes and fresh juices. So many options not only on drinks, also food selection. Especially their homemade salad and paninis are always mouth-watering and flavoursome

Cute, clean shop in the heart of Brighton. Lots of healthy food and smoothie options. They serve one of the best coffee in town aswell. The owner is a really lovely and nice person and i don't think it is possible to leave this shop without a smile :)
