Made a reservation for Sunday brunch, the entrance is supposed to be wheelchair accessible however there is still a step, the corner you need to turn at the entrance is very tight and as it was peak time it was impossible for my friend in a wheelchair to manoeuvre, so we asked to swap for a table outside which the staff kindly did so (although a different staff member who didn’t realise we had a reservation already taken care of barked at us to get in the queue, which was a bit unpleasant. I clarified we had already been seated and they backed off). Food was great, service was slow but to be expected at that time. Overall grateful to the members of staff who did accommodate us but neither of us would say the entrance is truly wheelchair friendly (and there’s no accessible toilet but we knew this from the website). Just a note for any future customers who may have issue with steps and stairs.

I have visited here a few times. Food is generally good, service reasonable, and a generally pleasant atmosphere. I have an issue with one dish... The Reuben.... I had great expectations on this £16 sandwich, but I was let down... I am used to a sandwich, thick with layers of salt beef, possibly a drizzle of cheese, and some pickles. What I got was one layer of salt beef with lots of cheese and little pickle. My wife ordered the same, and so did many others in the restaurant, they were all the same. The Reuben promises a lot but delivered very little. It didn't taste bad, just wasn't what I've been used to previously. If you order well, you will enjoy this cafe, but they messed with the famous Reuben....

Came across this gem of a restaurant after a lovely time at the primrose hill.. honestly didn’t expect for the place to be so great, but the warm welcoming ambience is what attracts for us to enter in the first place Great job on the chicken Milanese! Crispy and yum at the same time! And the dessert.. the pear the mascarpone joined each other so harmoniously, great event spent at this great place, recommending this to everyone who wishes to have a great evening :))))))

Had dinner here with my boyfriend after happening across it after a walk up past Primrose Hill. Very tasty food, notably the sides really make their dishes. The harissa mayo with the Lamb Burger or the salad on the Chicken Milanese are both lovely and compliment the dish superbly. Excellent if very rich desserts.

"WE GIVE HALF AN HOUR FOR THE DRINKS ", Well I don't like to be told even if I am not a very regular customer; That I have half an hour to drink the tea ... for the fact that I thought is gonna recommend me some food and just said if I don't order food I have to leave only drinks have half an hour on the table... I have asked her to recommend me then something to eat. But she just said she's gonna leave the menu on the table. Amd this is the manager , I am just sitting here now. I wanted to have lunch of course... but this does not makes my appetite ... No everyone can work in hospitality Anyways the other customer who arrived after me also ordered a tea. And she haven't said this to him . He may be more regular customer. But I just feel so awkward... I Said to her if I want to keep sitting I will keep ordering no worries about it and she laughed. I see how annoying she wants to bother me with anything...

One of my favourite spots to have brunch/lunch in London. It has a real neighbourhood feel, and the staff is so friendly, and attentive. As a solo diner, they’ll offer me a newspaper or something to read during my meal, which always makes me feel welcome! The food is great - fresh, high quality, and good portions. It’s helpful to make a reservation but they have a digital waitlist that makes it easy to walk around and enjoy Primrose Hill while you wait. Love this place, and I’ll keep coming back!

Casual brunch spot in Primrose Hill. They've got all the basics of a brunch menu, plus a little more. I appreciated that after 11am, they had more lunch options too. We went for the tofu bowl and the shakshuka. Surprisingly, I preferred the tofu bowl. The shakshuha was still good, but the tofu bowl was filling and delicious. For drinks, we got the matcha and the limoncello spritz. Both good, but nothing to write home about. The only huge downside was atmosphere. Tables were nicely spaced out, but they do allow dogs. The dog near us kept barking. There were also several screaming children.

Had lunch with my mum on a sunny day. We tried crab poached eggs on toast, roasted cauliflower salad and soup of the day (pea & mint). Soup of the day is quite refreshing and the drizzle of yogurt enriched the whole flavour. Nice ambiance and friendly staff.

Another memorable experience at Greenberry with family over the holiday period. I was recommended this restaurant a few years ago and have never been let down by the quality of food and fantastic, friendly service. My son says this is the best lamb burger in London. Last year I was at the Greenberry Café and I ordered the Greek yoghurt which came with Bronwen’s Snowdonia honey. I wanted to see if it was the same honey from a Bronwen I know in Snowdonia, so I asked if I could see the pot. The waitress bought me a large pot of honey, produce of China. I said this wasn’t okay. They said that they would remedy the problem and I forgot all about it. Until today. This morning I saw that Bronwen’s Snowdonia honey is still on the menu. I ordered the porridge which comes with it, and then asked to see the pot. They brought me a large squeezy pot of Hyve honey, again produce of China, probably never seen a bee. When I complained the manager tried to tell me it was a mistake, that they usually have the real honey from Snowdonia, but as my experience was 0 for 2, and 16 months apart, I said I doubted that. Shortly after, the owner turned up to explain that staff decant the honey from Bronwen’s glass jars into the squeezy bottles to facilitate serving - although she did admit that sometimes they use “Peter’s honey from Porthmadog”. She came back with a jar of this Porthmadog honey, and it was far darker and thicker than what I’d been served on my porridge. My partner works in restaurants and says that no establishment would decant honey from a glass jar into an empty squeezy pot of inferior honey - they would put it into a clear plastic bottle. I understand it’s hard for restaurants at the moment, the price of everything etc. But don’t lie to us on the menus and definitely don’t lie to our faces. I feel bad for Bronwen and irritated as a customer. That said the staff and the owner were civil and courteous throughout.

I recently visited this charming cafe nestled in a picturesque part of London, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The cafe's ambience was delightful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, providing spot-on service that added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. For breakfast, I opted for a traditional breakfast, but I couldn't help but experience some serious food envy when I saw the waffles with poached and smashed avocado being served to my partner. It looked absolutely divine, and I regretted not ordering it myself. The combination of crispy waffles with perfectly poached eggs and creamy avocado seemed like the ideal breakfast choice. Despite my food envy, I still enjoyed my meal, and the cafe's atmosphere and top-notch service made the visit memorable. If you decide to dine here, I highly recommend trying the waffles – a choice that I'm sure will leave you completely satisfied.

I came for a late lunch around 4pm so I was not crowded. The service was fast and very polite. The outdoor area is nicely devided from the street! I highly reccomend the califlower salad, it was devine!

Pretty looking cafe, nice aesthetics and atmosphere. Went with ten family and friends for a celebration on Friday at 5 pm. Ordered food and half an hour later whilst other food was served we were told for four people no salmon so please change your order. Staff were not particularly friendly or friendly throughout.

Our waitress Kira was delightful, and attentive to our needs. Beers were good, and so was the atmosphere. Thank you Kira for the great night!

I've been an early morning visitor to the cafe for a number of years. The food, coffee and particularly the service, never fails.

I always come back here every time I visit London. Great coffee and delicious food, plus it’s a lovely light-filled oasis in the heart of London, tucked away just enough that it’s usually calm and chilled. Great seating outside too, I’ve sat outside all through the seasons and the vibes are always spot on.

What a lovely spot for a meal! The staff were friendly and helpful. Fresh and delicious avacado toast - followed by the best Carrot cake in town. It is a gem of a restaurant.

Truly amazing place with some of the very best coffee I've ever had. However, in most of my (many) visits there's just been too much noise to be able to properly enjoy the vibes and the products. The really surprising thing is that most of the noise is coming from the baristas themselves (lots is shouting, whistling, singing...). Still amazing coffee and pastries though! It's just that this little cafe could have been so much more.
