A welcome bolt-hole when we were having our kitchen refurbished, the Saturday bacon and egg sandwich was a must. Others have heaped praise on this cafe and I would echo everything that’s been said.

An excellent cafe. The choices on the menu are perfect for either breakfast, brunch and lunch. The service is very friendly and efficient. My wife and I use both the cafe and shop/Post office regularly, so whether it is for a takeaway or to sit in it is excellent value.

Went here for the first time today, an absolute gem! The food was lovely, the staff were also the same , a great find and will be going back!

Visited for a family coffee after a birthday walk. Lovely welcoming environment. We ordered a few hot drinks and unfortunately they were made slightly wrong but we weren’t bothered. The waitress was very apologetic and offered to remake them however we were happy as they were. As a little consolation gift (and birthday treat) we were gifted a piece of cake - which was not necessary or expected but was a lovely touch. We will definitely come back!

Visited today for the first time. Very comfortable and we'll appointed. Short but interesting menu. Attentive service. Accessible toilet. Deserves to succeed. Will visit again
