Lovely food, great value for money and friendly staff!

Lovely mixed wrap house sauce is amazing

This has got to be one of Bexley's best value eateries. I really like this restaurant, the food is hot, fresh and tasty and plenty of it and in this day and age pleasantly affordable for a treat. You can find some items in this place that are not commonly available in similar establishments, tyrokeftari and skepasti for instance (both are really nice - skepasti is like a cross between a pizza and gyros - who needs Dominos or cheap kebab when you have this filling and more wholesome beauty!). All staff are very friendly and super efficient. Very best wishes for many more years of trading and see you again soon.

I've been a regular at Souvlaki for almost 2 years, and they never disappoint! The food is consistently delicious and for good price. The service is top-notch, with staff who are always smiley. A true gem in Bexleyheath :)

Adorable place with friendly staff and nice music. Bathrooms extremelly clean with well served portions. Will be comming back and heartfully recommend it. Ask for Chicken Girus. It is amazing.

Went in for an impromptu early dinner/late lunch. Everything was amazing and great portion size.

The mixed grill for 4 was great, well cooked and tasty. I would mark 5 if the salad and Tzatziki were larger. They are too small for four persons. The service was good and the buzz of a busy restaurant was nice.

The food was made fresh and very generous portions. The atmosphere was lovely. Even when it’s full there’s enough space for it to feel private.

Corr blimey where do I even begin?? I came here for the first time on Sunday with my family for my birthday, and when I tell you this was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I don’t really eat Greek food so wanted to try something different. I don’t know if it was because I was starving or what? but this food tasted magical. I’m even scared to say what I ordered incase it becomes popular, and the restaurant increases the price of it👀. But just know that my whole family thoroughly enjoyed their food, and we each ordered different things, it was all made fresh and was super flavoursome. It did take a little while to come out but my gosh… it was worth it! Our waitress was also super lovely, attentive and fulfilled all of our requests. My experience would not have been the same without her, as she provided excellent recommendations and ultimately helped me decide on my delicious order (as I can be very indecisive). I unfortunately did not get to catch her name but she was young and wore glasses🥰 I will certainly be back here, and if the prices remain the same it will definitely become my new usual spot 😅😁👏🏾!

Food not all that went for the seafood platter also meat platter. mostly fried battered fish. Meat platter nothing special. Waiter couldn't be bothered blanked most of the time was more interested in chatting to a specific table. Must have known them but could of looked after other people in resturant. Got the order wrong had to ask for the calamari what was missing. A let down for greek food first time I've been disappointed

We went here for lunch on Friday so it wasn't too busy. Really nice place right on the high street. Interior was lovely and gave it a good feel of being in Greece. Food was tasty and the portions were very generous. Lovely staff, great service which was very quick and friendly. Will definitely be back.

I ve been ordering for quite a while. I put 3 starts because it's expensive for the amount of food they put. They have reduced the chips, you barely have any.

Food was delicious and they had it ready at exactly the time mentioned after the order confirmation.

Although the food was mostly ok,i very disappointed with a few other aspects of the restaurant. I don't drink alcohol and my usual drink is lime and soda unfortunately I was told no they don't have soda and also no lime cordial! My friend wanted soda with her wine and was told the same. I was offered lime juice with sparkling water with was a strange alternative. I ordered the moussaka which arrived 10mins after everyone else's food and was barely hot. We decided not to have dessert but have have coffee instead...guess what? No hot drinks. I have never been to a restaurant that haven't served coffee so that's a first as well.

Went here for my 3rd visit for another gyro Saturday and will be my last as the chicken was stone cold by the time I'd gotten back to the car which was in Asda carpark so a 2 minute walk. Disappointing.

Been there few times,it was really nice Last time I was there My little girl had a sea bass The fish was not cooked properly,you could see the blood They offered to exchange it but I had to wait another 40,50 mins for the fish to come,not impressed

The food we received was fantastic, but unfortunately we were missing the rice, chips and pitta.

I recently had dinner at Greek Souvlaki. I am thrilled with both the food and the service. The grilled meat and fish are very good. The dishes have bold flavors and a beautiful presentation. Their cuisine is Mediterranean and has something in common with our traditional Italian cuisine.

I called up to pre order my food, when I got there the guy was putting it on the grill.. I not only waited 30 minutes to collect I had to wait in the busy restaurant for 20 minutes! They don't have a waiting area and your just standing in the way! It's painfully annoying as you're in the way wherever you wait. If I had known it was going to be an extra 20 minutes I would have left & come back! If you buy the mixed grill for two and your not sharing with someone get the MG for 1 and order two of them they only give you small portions of chips and dips etc.. However they need to make sure they cut the gyros only when it's COOKED as they served my chicken RAW! I spent my night running to the loo, it wasn't until I found large peices at the bottom I stopped eating it! So my treat turned into a costly mistake,

This was the first time visiting this restaurant. The staff was polite however, the meat was dry and over cooked, and warm. My friend and I left half on the on our plate. When we complained to the sever she got a little emotional, so we paid and left. My advice is, don’t wait if you are unhappy we you dish. I arrived home within 20mins and was unwell.

2nd visit here and food and service was excellent again.

In this restaurant you will find delicious and very well cooked food!

Pita kebab got so much smaller than it was months ago. I guess depends who’s cooking, when the woman is on the grill the portion is tiny plus she touches her phone whilist preparing your food and not washing hands.

1st visit and found food fresh hot and tasty with a good size portions would use again

First time here and did not disappoint, food was great everyone enjoyed it no complaints at all and very reasonable. Staff very nice especially Bella who was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. First of many visits.

Uprated takeaway with plenty of sitting in spaces. Atmosphere fast and friendly as are the very friendly, informative helpful staff. Food is ok ,more Greek than Cypriot and is like having home takeaway whilst there. Food solid and adequate but nothing spectacular , starter dips were a little bland and not the best. .Though good that you can choose individual skewers rather than set meals so that's a nice touch. Deserts unusual and good choice even if some a little bland and bready in texture. Overall good to stop by for good service for once as staff very genial and genuine, a nice change.

Went to this place yesterday to celebrate our wedding anniversary as we got married in Cyprus and I'm half Greek Cypriot , so want to see how good the food is.😉 Qe were met with a friendly waitress, who gave us our drinks, but within seconds wanted our order. After a few more mins, waitress took our order, food came within 20mins, starter wasn't all that had. They misses out an item and had to ask twice for it. Main food was HUGE, so filling, so tasty. Did it remind me of Cyprus? No, but it was tasty and pretty good value. Only downside was there was a party of about 12 people behind us, and the waitresses were more concerned with them then just couples, etc.. but totally understand that. Would I go back, yes but not in the evening, maybe a brunch.😊

Came for the souvlaki, stayed for the baklava. We enjoyed a succulent Greek meal with excellent food and service courtesy of our friendly and attentive waitress Bella who helped our friend Tommy Horton enjoy his special day

Had a superb meal here, starter, main and desert were all amazing, will definitely be visiting again. Value seems fair as portions were reasonable too.

Popped in for lunch-service 5*, food was amazing - only reason I gave 4* was because starter was advertised as containing pitta but it didn't come with pitta, sure if we'd asked we would have got but we had enough food. Atmosphere was fab. Reasonably priced. Defo recommend, will be back.

Went in for lunch on their lunchtime deal. Wrap, chips, and soft drink £9.99. The food was excellent, as was the service. The restaurant emptied quickly after we went in, which meant we were the only dinners. However, I'm sure it has a good vibe at busier times. We went in at 1300 on Monday. The food must be good as there were at least 3 delivery orders that went out whilst we were there.

Such a good place, i would have never expected to get such tasty greek food in Bexleyheath. I only recommend their gyros (souvlaki is a tad dry) which is meaty, juicy and full of flavours. The price is also reasonable so that’s a +. Overall, will come back :)

Second time at Greek Souvlaki & it was excellent again, This time with a larger table,Food was very nice cook time a bit slow but it was a Saturday night so needs to be expected, Girls were great & friendly, All in all a very enjoyable evening, Thank you.

Good but thought it would have been better. My friend and I came early evening Wednesday. My friend had the grilled sea bass it could have done with some herbs for flavour but it was good. I had the pork souvlaki as the main. It was overcooked as the meat was tough.

Walk in with no reservation for Father’s Day lunch. Smiling waitress got us a table for 4 almost immediately even though the restaurant was busy. We ordered 2 plates of chicken wings, 3 plates of chicken gyros ; 1 with rice and 2 with fries and grilled sea bass. A bottle of beer and a glass of ouzo ( expensive!!) were ordered as well. Service was quick and efficient. Food was tasty and good portion size. Good meal.

We ordered Greek salad, wraps, french fries, children's menu, meat on skewers and tried breaded cheese for the first time. You really liked it, we will definitely visit you again!
