Absolutely disappointed within the staffs attitude to me! Parking my bike leaned up against the wall but apparently “I scratched” the supposed 2 Thousand pound window with my wheel nice one mate

Oh my! Just ate our delivery of double cheeseburger and cheesy chips. Absolutely lovely! Tasty! Perfect chips! Not greasy just right. Totally recommend!!

Placed an order over the phone to collect and when we arrived they were miserable and rude and tried to make out it was our fault, checked we used the right number and owner (I assume) just slapped down a leaflet with number on it in front of me. Number was correct so it wasn’t our fault. No apology and they pretty much ignored us. Used this place several times, will not be returning.

Iv had this place twice and for some reason they forget something every time or it’s cold absolutely one of the worst places to eat!! I strongly don’t recommend!! The staff are very ignorant and don’t understand the simply concept of politeness

My order weds 40 mins late and my chips and chicken was colder than the salad

Very disappointed used Grecco for years now dropped standards dropped portion sizes came cold . Rang and asked what will they do nothing forth coming told that that sizes of food reduced Will not be using again . Sad as they were our favourite take away . 😢

Just had the worst Scampi and chips from this place, 1st time using never again, Scampi burnt, chips were so dry and very hard to swallow, all I ate were a few chips awful place.

Abusive delivery man told him nicely not to slam door on flats, and got grief for it. Obviously illiterate as can't read the sign saying don't slam door!!!!!! He wasn't delivering to us, but neighbour....but a little bit of common Courtesy should be part of their job description as a delivery driver especially at 10 pm. Won't ever be ordering from this place.... ever!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting it's a dirty place. My little boy got a pizza and ended up throwing up all the place at night. Don't waste your money

Called in for a takeaway. The whole place is grubby and could do with a deep clean and lick of paint. They also don't take card which is ridiculous these days. Food was mediocre but they gain a star for generous portion size. Probably won't bother again.

Have been ordering from Greccos for a couple of years. Their food had always been nice. However, the last 2 orders were amazing! Their chips are so crunchy and yammy, not greasy, cooked to perfection! Whatever you are doing to those chips, KEEP IT UP! The chicken burger is my favorite! Service is good and efficient.

Ordered food, nothing for 1.5 hours. Messaged and was told 30 min delay. Still nothing. Called...was told it was sent ages ago and would phone the driver. No call back. Called again....same guy admitted the order was never done coz there were over 100 orders......dont accept the orders then and dont lie to people. Been using greccos for a while, but will never use again

Found 1 random topping on the cheese pizza chips taste dusty and dry to the potato cheese tastes like a ball of grease and fat changed chips completely tbh dusty all around

Absolutely disgraceful found a random olive in my food and that is so dangerous as my son Timmy is allergic to them I am so unhappy about this and they have changed the chips to some dry unflavoured price of poo and the cheese is so greesy now not acceptable at all and the staff are so rude 0 stars if I could

Terrible service takes over a hour to deliver and turns up with out a meal what was ordered will never use again as left with out my meal I waited so long for !

I've been having food deliveries from these guys for over a year now, I have always had consistent good quality food delivered on time, every time from really helpful staff.

Never had a bad meal yet gave been ordering once a week for ages food is delivered hot tasty and always early

Absolute joke, may want to consider how you speak to people before hanging the phone up, or make it mandatory to charge for delivery instead of adding it on once I’ve already paid, then blocking me from your website so I can’t leave you bad feedback

Not great mixed kebab or pizza, supper oily greasy ( by kebab standards that is) pitta bread tasted stale. Pizza was not much better. Place looked well overdue a make over but it had a 4/5 food hygiene rating?? Thought I would try the place as it is reasonably close by. Won’t be returning and don’t recommend. Much better fast food restaurants 5 minutes drive away.

Great local kebab can never go wrong also super friendly and give out free stuff to all my gfs siblings.

I dont normally post reviews but I feel I have to for Grecco's. The food is exactly what you'd expect of a good takeway, the pizza is amazing and the delivery drivers are very nice and understanding over the phone. Added bonus that the food is always hot (suppose it depends on where you live in relation to Grecco's). Good food. Good price. Can't go wrong.

Deliver driver turned up asking for £4 extra for delivery because hes self employed, refused and fbe told me he was taking a can of coke from the order to cover his expenses. Absolute joke!! Told him to take the food back. Will Never order again. JOKE

Absolutely shocking. Driver tried to con us out of another delivery charge before giving us our food. So rude and unprofessional. Rang up to complain and just got someone ruder on the phone. Stay away from these con artists.

Not sure what has happened to Greccos..Always my favourite place for kebabs in Norwich but last 2 orders that i have made have not been very good at all...Ordered mixed doner and chicken kebab...Chicken was in lumps..Pitta bread, lots of oil in bottom of box and most of bread was unedible shame as i doubt will be ordering again.

Good food, bad attitude. Shouldn't have to deal with rudeness over the phone when asking for what has been paid for and not delivered. I understand people make mistakes, its how you deal with it. Got the whole order in the end but not a nice experience.

The meal was nice and arrived at the time stated. The only thing i wasn't happy about is when they delivered it the driver asking for £2 delivery charge! I said it was free delivery he said you either pay the delivery or don't have the food it's that simple. Will not be using these again if this is their attitude.

Absolutely appalling service waited over 2 hours for our food to be delivered, called to be told to cancel and still had the delivery guy knocking on our door at 10:00 at night, surely if you you become that busy you pause orders until you've caught up!!

If I could give less than one star I would have, we didn't receive our order until nearly 3 hours after we placed it. And then if that wasn't enough I received a chicken kebab after ordering and paying for a combination donner and shish. I don't normally leave reviews but a late delivery is one thing and getting the opposite of what you order is just something else. Extremely extremely disappointed.

I won't buy from grecco again... I got a shish kebab today...it was very disappointing...the lamb was fatty..and rubbery. .like it was cooked earlier then reheated

Only delivered half of what I ordered then when I rang up to find out where the rest of my order was I was told tough we are very busy and refused to bring out the missed items and hung up the phone very poor customer service food wasnt that great either avoid like the plague

Generally good service and food but had a bad experience today. After waiting an hour and 20 mins, I found out that the order was not complete. Then waited another 20 mins for the remainder of the order and it was unable to eat as it had sat in the container and was chewy. Not the normal service but worth reviewing as I didn't seem to be able to do this kon their website.

Would be better if it wasnt cash only and if they know what food hygiene is to much exposed hair around food buy some same hair nets

Used to love the pizza from this place. Ordered one tonight and had the wrong sauce so they sent a replacement pizza and this one has no chicken on it and the pizza dough wasn't cooked properly. Really disappointed with this.

Made order for delivery, it came with the kebabs incorrect and one missing, called them and explained the situation and requested new chips as the ones we had would be cold by the time the kebabs arrived. Their rely was, can't you just eat the chips while you wait and in the back ground heard them say, can't they just get over it. The girl on the phone was nice as told them they can't say that and she arranged replacement and the correct kebabs which then took another 30 minutes. Also very greasy and didn't taste that great either.

One of the most disgusting meals I’ve ever had, chicken was undercooked and the batter was slimy and fell straight off, chips were barely cooked, just defrosted and warmed a bit. Customer service was awful, refused a refund because they thought the food was ‘perfect’ although it was completely inedible. Rank 🤢

loved the fact that after an hour we called, the woman on the end of the phone said our order had been dispatched, 5 mins later called to say that my food was only just being made, and when the food arrived, there were hairs in the chips and they were soggy, aka not cooked properly, sweeet.

I have missed a delivery to bereavement, as they said I was not in, but my dogs did not bark, and I was in. I then re ordered the next day something else, to be told they will not deliver. I phoned them up 3 times and there customer service , was to put the phone down on me. I have had a death in the family this week ,and they did not care . I have never been treated this badly in my life before, absolutely disgusting to treat people like this. All you people out there make your own minds up. .??? I cannot believe they can treat people like this . Just eat , gave there condolences to me, when Greccos did not. Just eat said to me, there are other restaurants you can order from and that’s what I will do.

Just had a delivery..absoloutely disgusted..garlic pizza with no garlic..just a hard pizza base (resembling a frisby) was told thet would send another..an hour later we called bck... to be told they hadd put garlic butter on it so werent sending another..have always highly rated this place but never ever again! If i could drive id go take this back to them n see them try eating it!! No taste and no smell i can only guess they are now using ouderless tastless garlic butter!

Dirty greccos! I waited over 1 hour for a kebab and pizza and it was greacy, sloppy and so cold! I honestly thought I was eating cat meat after I had the worst stomach pains the next morning. My pizza was so undercooked and the meat did not taste right at all. All I can say is I won't be ordering a dirty greecos again!

Was recommended to try these guys... and I will be coming back. Very happy, food was great, at a good price, and friendly staff. They accommodated a change on the pizza for me (which they did not have to do). So cannot fault anything, price, service and customer satisfaction was bang-on!!! :-)
