First time ordering from these, fancied a chicken kebab, was looking forward to some nice chunks of chicken breast( like other kebabs,), but what I got was shredded meat, I assume was chicken,I really couldn't tell,it was coated in a sticky mess. it ended up feeding the birds this morning. Il not use these again.

First time ordering from Britannia, and it was fantastic! 🍕🍗🍟 I heard about this takeaway from a flyer that was put through our door last week, so we thought we would give it a try! I used the app to order, which was easy to use and offered a lot of selections. The chips were nice, the chicken strips were flavorful, and the pizza was delicious! 😋😋😋 The pricing is very affordable, and the portion sizes were generous. The delivery was fast, with great service. 💨👍 5 stars! I would recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The chicken wrap and shish wrap were poor, no salad, very overpriced & not at all worth the money

we love the food here but we were disappointed with last night's order. I wrote that I wanted the chips wrapped separately to the doner meat and my request was ignored and also when I'm paying for extra cheese I expect more than a tiny slice. it didn't even cover half of my burger!

Food was at least hot and cooked when it arrived, but the chips were cooked in old oil giving them an odd taste and they missed the other portion of chips despite paying for it. Then rather than offering to deliver them instead offered "for a free portion next time". Not a great first impression.

First time we’ve used this place and so glad we did! Chicken kebabs were absolutely awesome (chicken not covered in some random flavouring which normally upsets my stomach, just perfectly cooked chicken 👍) garlic sauce not too potent and the chips were also superb! Will certainly be coming again! Thank you!

Literally hours late and there has been no communication from the staff at all. When I asked about it, the staff became immediately defensive and rude. I will not order here again as the service is terrible in relation to the price you pay for cold and mediocre food

Was OK but was 45 minutes late

Asap delivery within 20 minutes, very speedy. Good quality, nothing was greasy and it was all piping hot.

The fish was luke warm when it arrived. The batter wasn't very crispy at all. I couldn't eat it. The Pie was the only good factor.

Delivery great. This is where it ends. Very mediocre, chicken was okay, doner terrible. Low quality meat, tasteless. It was like eating plastic. Will not order again.

Cheese burger has no cheese?! Chips are soggy, and nugget meal is so so small it’s only suitable for a 3 year old! But the delivery lady was lovely

I'm not sure why some people have written such a poor review, I have eaten there many times and the kebabs I've had have been superb, the portions are quite large and the ingredients are on display at the counter and look nice and fresh. Also the guys running the place seem very friendly and pride themselves on good service and a clean establishment.I think its worth a try as some reviews I've read are very interesting

This fish bar, as the name suggests, is more than fish n chips. If you can't see it on the menu, then other fish bars don't sell it either. Orfer via their website, pay and pick up on entry. Alcohol available, you will pay more than a supermarket. Fish n chips are tasty. Friendly staff. No restroom. Small carpark.

Very good place, the food is delicious and the service is outstanding, they are so welcome and cheerful which makes you want to go back just to say hello. Try them, you won't be disappointed

El servicio al cliente de la comida para llevar fue terrible. Nuestra comida llegó 1 hora y media tarde y cuando llamamos al restaurante para ver dónde estaba, fue una discusión con la señora por teléfono. Finalmente, asumí que el jefe le quitó el teléfono y nos ofreció un pan de ajo gratis si volvíamos a llamar. Entiendo que es un tiempo ocupado con el encierro y las cosas se retrasan en el horario, pero parecía una excusa tras otra y cuando el conductor finalmente llegó, no me arrepiento cuando le pregunté dónde había estado, sino que fue solo otra excusa y dije tuvo muchas entregas. No volveré a ir allí con prisa.

Acabo de pedir pescado y gajos, esta no es la primera vez o dicen que lo cocinan fresco pero no lo hacen por tercera vez que estaba frío o Luke tibio si el pescado se hubiera cocinado fresco, habría estado caliente, pero lo siento. no volveré a ordenar de usted

Probably the best kebab in Norwich. Is like all the other kebab shops in Norwich source their meat from the same place and all taste the same. Brittania is different, the food is better and you get large portions.

Was told an hour arrived hour and 50 minutes later everything was lukewarm had to reheat the cheesy chips to make it manageable.

Not knocking the food... its good...I do order from here but this occasion I didn't. However my neighbour did and after I heard his door go and shortly after this I watched the "LADY" who deliverd, throw litter out of the red Ford car on the passenger side. I'm absolutely raging about this cos there was a bin 3 meters maybe 4, away from her and when I say a bin I mean a whole load of bins. Communial bins. No excuse for it. Called in shop to tell them and they said sorry and they'll have her come clear it up. Waited a hour and a half for her and couldn't stare at it any longer. So ill leave 2 stars even though I didn't eat this time and maybe I won't eat there again and ask my neighbour to leave a review after all I don't want to see her delivering her again. Said it allready and ill say it again. ... no excuse. (She was not the driver)

Friendly staffs,( Carlos and George )😊 I visited Britannia pizza & kebab shop for fish and chips many times. I tried other fish and chips shop in surrounding area, but Britannia got the best fish and chips. Highly recommended. 👌2

Previously loved their kebabs but on this occasion, only lettuce ans 2 tiny slices of cucumber for the salad and the chicken was very dry- and about a teaspoon of sauce. Such a shame as all other times they have been lovely- maybe avoid going there late on a Friday night?
