I WENT FOR THE FIRST TIME ON TUESDAY. THE SALT AND PEPPER RIBS WERE THE BEST I HAVE HAD !!

Gorgeous food and very friendly staff! The best salt&pepper box in town! The ribs are amazing too. Definitely recommend

The satay chow mean is so good, have ordered it the last 3 times and it's always great! Prawn crackers are better than other Chinese too. Top of the Chinese takeaways in the area I'd say!

Ordered delivery at 5.10pm didnt arrive till 6.45pm. When I opened the food it was look warm. The crispy chill beef to much red colouring in sauce and tasted aweful. The chips were soggy but everything else was okay. Will not be ordering from there again total waste of money.

Wouldn’t usually leave a review, but the salt and pepper box I got from them yesterday was incredible. So much food for a fantastic price. I also bought sweet and sour dip, the last time wasn’t too nice so decided to give it another go a few months after and it was the best sweet and sour I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to have my next box!

Ordered a Veggie foo yung, crispy seaweed and a dry chicken chow mein. It was the first time I have tried foo yung and it is now my go to Chinese food fave!

Ordered sausage and chips and come to £4. The chips are awful (Oven cooked, frozen and tasted like they were reheated 4 times????) Sausage was alright. But that’s all I ate give 90% of my chips to a homeless man who deserved more than that Not feeling right and stomach hurts after eating that 🤮🤮 Defo gone down hill

I am really happy about my thai curry which I had. Was so delicious and that much spicy like I exactly like. I really recomend this place.

Food was excellent, ordering at 5.55pm, food arrived at 7.23. The last two times of ordering we have items missing, time to look for a new Chinese takeaway.

Purchased 2 sausages tonight. They have to be the worst and the most overcooked sausages I have ever tasted. Shocking.

Always a steady flow of customers a little gem and one of the best Chinese food takeaways in the area. Food is always piping hot, & very tasty. I need to try different dishes but always go for special chow mein and king prawn foo yeung. We also had salt n pepper chips, sweet and sour chicken. And free prawn crackers. Delish. March 2023, So I had something different the 10" salt n pepper box, it was amazing just a shame I had to share it. The batter was so tasty a bit like a brioche just ever so slightly sweet. Also ordered a side of curry sauce to dip the chips and chicken in. And delivery was super fast. 👌

Food was ok / average. Chicken curry tasted nice and good level of spice, sweet and sour chicken was decent in a light sauce. Bbq spare ribs were ok, and a decent size portion.

I'm afraid that I don't like oven chips from a chip shop. The fried rice was OK, the curry was OK, the 10 x vegetarian spring rolls were the only highlight.

1st time I've been to this chinese. Will definitely go again. Delicious food.

First visit here tonight and I have to say it was an amazing experience. Food was fabulous and hot. Plenty of it, good size portions. Will definitely be eating from here again.

Konhatcheawa, we are coming to you today all the way from the great wall of China. We have to say we were surprised as we thought we were going to the real great wall of china however this was just a takeaway. We walked into this lovely establishment and ordered our food and we must admit the service was eggtactular. This is spanish for petrol station. For the first ever time, we had a brand new option of paying over bank transfer. As we found out about this, we jumped in the air with joy almost as high as usain bolt and screamed ‘get in lad!’ Usually we have to catch a train to Miami, USA to the nearest ATM to draw some dollars out, then find somewhere to transfer the dollars into pounds and then collect our takeaway. Onto the scran, the salt and pepper chips were chips with salt and pepper. The salt and pepper however, were comme cï comme sà, if you can’t speak arabic this means salt and pepper chicken. They were crispy on the outside, chicken on the inside. They came with a lovely amount of onions which I can only assume were grown especially in the ground just for this takeaway. I would like to thank this pig that sacrificed its life to give me this chicken. It will remain in my memory and dreams forever more. Love you. The noodles were good quality but about as plane as a plain. These noodles were NOT grown in the ground, but from my expert opinion I firmly believe they were grown on a tree. My newborn child refused to eat any of this chinese, probably because he can’t. The price was an average price for an indian but they threw some prawn crackers in so it was better value than petrol station. Overall, this was a great chinese however it was false advertisement because I thought I was going to a wonder of the world but I ended up on the outskirts of Manchester. Would highly recommend if in the area. But we will never ever be in this area again as we live over a 100 miles away from here. 4/5 is a fair full time result as we were full, fankful and fandabidozie after this experience. Au revoir you shakey sharks.

The best take away around, the food is amazing, the app it’s friendly and easy to use. 100% one of the best Chinese food in the area.

Ordered salt & pepper chicken balls,portion of chips with plenty of salt & vinegar & a tub of curry sauce. The batter on the Salt & pepper chicken balls tasted really sweet, not nice at all. The chips were oven chips with no salt & vinegar thrown into a paper bag. Absolutely awful, straight in the bin. The tub of curry sauce tasted not to bad but it was very watery.

Always great food from here we use to order from another but that went downhill found this one and they do delivery

My son and I use to get takeaways all the time from this place. But we haven’t for a couple of years now. But tonight we felt like Chinese and our regular one wasn’t open today. So we thought we would try the Great Wall again. Won’t be going there again. The food was very poor tonight. I don’t no if there’s new owners, but it really wasn’t as good as it used to be. Me

The food is lovely from this place always is but to charge £1.70 for a sausage I think is a bit too much and the chicken box seems to have gone up in price but the food is gone a lot left you don’t seem to get as much quantity as you used to

My takeaways just been consumed and we feel (my wife and I) that it’s only correct to give credit to this establishment. Easy on line order form, quick delivery and delivered hot!! I’m now sorry I didn’t tip the driver but I will next time for sure but didn’t know what to expect ... it could have been cold and tasteless,,, but it was gorgeous. Special thanks to the very hard working delivery guy who arrived quickly at rush hour!

Ordered chips and gravy, chips aren’t freshly made definitely oven made tasted awful! Gravy was so runny like water. Gave me really bad stomach ache afterwards. Wouldn’t suggest to anyone. Maybe the Chinese food is better from the English options I don’t know.

This restaurant is wonderful and broad, the food was delicious and the rates were very reasonable. Located right outside commercial park and next to warehouse facility. This is definitely quick, efficient service and very friendly staff members. I recommend this place.

5 meals, 5 empty plates and not one negative thing to say. Tasty and delicious. Then as an added bonus a selection on deserts.... OMG I wish I could make them, they looked pretty and they too tasted beautiful, all very fresh.

Food arrived and was "Thrown" together, the fried dishes looked like they were undercooked and anemic. The beef dish was gelatinous and did not smell or look like beef. Threw the entire order in the bin without tasting as I value my health!

Had a menu posted through this week so I decided to order. I have to say it's the best takeaway we've had in a long time. The fortune cookies were also a nice touch. Great takeaway. I'll order again soon.

My parter and I decided to pre-order some food from here yesterday to be delivered at a later time as we thought it might be busy. We ordered directly from great wall’s website which was very easy to do and had the full menu online. The food arrived at exactly the time we ordered it for and was piping hot and delicious. Can not fault Great Wall in any way. Great service and food and I can’t wait to order again.

Lovely food, staff patient while I stared at menu. Only downside was cash only rule. Will go again and recommend. 👍

We have ordered from here for years and regularly . Tonight they didn't give us our complete order and didn't realise til the driver left. I rang them and was called a liar that I hadn't ordered that...I had a reciept on just eat so they said tgey would send it to me asap. When the driver gets here he argued saying he put everything in the bag himself and that I was lying u asked him if he wanted to search the house. He then went to give me the item shaking his head. I am not a liar and am disgusted they have taken money for items we didn't recieve. Never again

Easily located by the corner, reasonable parking....go in or try to phone ahead and have it speedily delivered to the counter.Great food,fast service, reasonable price

Really good food, their deliveries are on time and the premises have always been clean when I went to collect the food myself.

Ordered salt and pepper chicken, a portion of noodles (i called to ask for thin noodles which I got so that was good) i asked for lots of garlic and abit of chilli on the chicken but honestly it's the blandest salt and pepper chicken I've ever had, it also had what seemed like a whole raw onion in there! I called the restaurant and they apologised and sent a new portion of the chicken, this was a big improvement on the last one it had lots of garlic but still not that flavoursome, I've definitely had better. The crispy noodles were for someone else and they said that they were still abit chewy and had been taken out top early but I was told this after I'd made my call to the restaurant so not much they could have done for that. Overall I don't think I'll be ordering from here again but the customer service and the way they dealt with my complaint was good

I go here sometimes after dropping my sons off. I went here today. It was very busy. 45 minutes for the food. I wasn't a fan of the batter on the pork (it was like pancake batter) but all in all the food is good quality as a whole. Sometimes you go in and they are fast sometimes slow. Staff shouting loud at each other (in Chinese) the lady sounded very angry behind the counter shouting at the Chef's in the kitchen.

Food is relatively good, but the attitude on the young lady serving needs a lot of work, told me a price and then said she never said that 🙄

Special Chow Mein was good and plentiful. Good chips although they're frozen ones I guess. Chicken omelette good again. SharSui fried rice wasn't good with the pork tasting just like bland pork and had no CharSui flavour.

Belly wasn't right for a few days after

Great food and quick with delivery. Shame the delivery driver didn't pay more attention as he hit my car and drove off!!
