Great Fortune House in Wyre

Rice had no taste had to add salt and the meals just bland no flavour won't be using these again complete waste money and was not enjoyed.

Food was cold and soggy,over priced for the quality of the food

I ate my fill. reasonably priced restaurant. I'd recommend here for anyone looking for a wonderful treat of solid authentic Chinese cuisine. will come back again.

The food was okay but not as good as when I have ordered previously. The bottle of lager I ordered was out of date as well. I thought it tasted funny which is why I checked the date on the bottle. A little disappointing.

Received the wrong food, ordered the Singapore Vermicelli and there was no meat or prawns in it

Stayed in town for work and stumbled across this Chinese restaurant as it was near the hotel where I was staying. Fantastic food and friendly staff. Really enjoyed it and hope to visit again when I’m next in the area.

The food was lovely and the staff are very friendly. We've been coming here for years, and the quality of the food is amazing. The prices are fair and you can get a course for two for £25 if you go before 7pm. Great fortune worth a visit.

The food was cold if I wanted cold food I would buy cold chicken

2 hours from ordering and food stone cold.

Ordered at 19:05 turned up at 21:15, rang the restaurant at 20:30 to be told it had just left and was delivered 45mins later, cold Chinese is not the best when it’s just been delivered.. Shame the restaurant couldn’t help the delivery driver out with more help as she was rushed off her feet as she was on her own, really bad management.. definitely won’t be using them again…

The food was amazing but the delivery time was appalling. Said 45-60mins when ordering and then changed to over an hour once order in and then came another half hour late. Over 2 hours from ordering to food at home. My daughter couldn’t eat hers as it was too late and they’ve refused to refund any money. A shame because it was such lovely food.

Sweet and sour meal was lovely. Cantonese chicken was tasteless, nothing like the last time I ordered, very disappointed. The kung po chicken was nothing like what we ordered last time, not as spicy or as tasty as we had last time. Very unhappy

haven't received our £50+ order 1 n a half hours later and no answer on the phone at all since starting to try at 10.30 and the place closes at 11pm so no food tonight because we can't even get a refund to get our tea from anywhere else! it would be 0 stars if I could

Very late! Food was average. It arrived hot which was good considering how late it was and a nice touch with the extra prawn crackers and spring rolls but the salt n pepper chips were hard and tasteless. The curry was lovely. Would potentially order a curry again but would definitely collect!

Never came them when we phoned up she said they had being knocking at our door bear in mind the door is in living room and the dog didnt bark she then called us liars and said we would have to pay more delivery to get the food so if we did it would of being stood 2 hour so rude !!

Very tasty food, shame the delivery was late however being Christmas Eve I guess that was to be expected.

Huge portion and arrived early

Just had a proper feast at the Great Fortune, and it was spot on! The sizzling steak in black pepper had just the right kick, and the dim sum was top notch. service was incredibly friendly too. defo a shout for delicious food. can't wait for a repeat visit!

Definitely order again! The sauce was strong but I like that, the chips were perfect and the chicken was amazing

I ordered large curry sauce and yet again didn't get the correct ordern

The food was lacking in taste a little overall. Most of the food was average however the Thai red chicken curry was awful. It was absolutely tasteless, so avoid this.

Maybe I didn't read the description properly but when I ordered ribs, chips and curry sauce, I didn't expect it being in a pile.I think it did say sort of a one pot thing but not a layered dish as in a layer of chips, a layer of rice, ribs on top and curry sauce all over it. Presentation failure and food not very nice either.

Food was disgusting. Wish I read the views before ordering. Overpriced food for something that was cold and had the texture of it being left out to go stale.

First time here so we got a banquet b soup which we picked hot and sour amazing! then mixed starters chicken wing rib seeweed prawn toast and spring roll all lovely. we added duck and pancakes for extra £6.50 100% worth it the best duck we ever had then a main each ,chilli beef nice but would chose different next time and chicken in black pepper just wow the best dish I ever had anywhere mouth watering! rice and.noodles we had two drinks each two cokes and 2 pints total bill £76 now to the service outstanding just so lovely made sure everything was OK fast great service and just lovely people price is worth it indeed we can't wait to go back again soon

I rang to place my order and the lady told me to go on the app as card wasn’t working. She told me how to get wonton, the price and to write a note and that she would be waiting for it. I did as she said and no wonton. Ruined the whole meal. The message was on the order, the print off. So it was clear.

Took an hour and a half to arrive on a Sunday night. Ordered at 7.20 and arrived at 8.55 and we live local. When I checked the arrival time it changed to a much later time than originally advised. My meal was ok however my partners king prawns were inedible & covered in a sloppy kind of batter. Won't bother again

Had the same meal three times before and was great this time chips were soggy and hard like they were reheated chicken wings were rock hard chicken balls the batter you could squeeze the fat out of them I phoned they sent new chips also they were greasy phoned again they offered me half price discount next time. I don’t think so

Ordered before 8pm and received after 10pm !

There was an issue with delivery so ended up waiting other two hours which was bit of a pain but a member of staff rang up to apologise and let me know it was being remade which was very kind of them. Noodles were lovely and I've heard great things about the meat dishes but the bean curd was a bit watery, probably could have done with being pressed. If you're veggie it's not the best - not a ton of options but that's pretty standard unfortunately. Otherwise a nice restaurant, although if you live nearby you'd save a lot of bother by ringing though the restaurant and sending someone to pick it up.

Think the soup and chips are overpriced. The noodles where thin compared to what I've had before and chicken was tiny bits not long strips that other places do. The food was mainly good but a bit pricey

Both my wife were suffering from Flu like symptoms so ordered at 5pm. The estimated delivery time came and went I called they said its still here awaiting a driver the same person who answered the phone delivered the food the restaurant is 5 minutes from the house so no excuse we were quaranting

I had a few spoonfuls & then could not it anymore.. the special curry was way too salty, the egg fried rice too dry & also too salty. Not pleasant to eat at all Unfortunately, I doubt I’ll order from there again.

The table service was incredible and the lady servers were so kind and helpful. Each course of food was great quality and delicious. We had ordered from their fortune banquet as recommended and aromatic duck. Mouth watering. Only just discovered this place, definitely worth coming here for a change from Lytham St Annes. Our entire experience was wonderful. I would award this restaurant for their excellence. Nice comfortable atmosphere. I can't believe I never knew about this place before. I've already let my friends know about here. We'll come back more frequently!

Fantastic food, fresh and wonderful flavours

Came in as a group here the other day. I've been going here with family for years and it never disappoints. This restaurant is famous for their multi-course banquets. The food is always flavourful and well prepared, the staff service is always friendly and courteous. Definitely one of the best Oriental Restaurants around. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

New to the area thought I'd give it a try, more expensive than my usual takeaway but very tasty and huge portions! Would defiantly order again thank you

We visited last night for a pre birthday get together. Greeted warmly by the lovely staff, who were offering help to my disabled mother, and showed us to our table. Restaurant was busy last night, and the staff were ever so lovely taking our orders. Food, as always, was fabulous and plentiful - banquet meal with lots to choose from and no problems ordering for our vegetarian dad. Atmosphere was lovely, restaurant very clean. A fabulous evening!!

Food was delicious! Well packaged so food was still hot. We had friends round for dinner and they will now be using this Chinese restaurant for take aways. Delivery driver was also very nice! Will be ordering again soon!

Great good at value for money. Great communication (I was in a Blackpool hotel) for the delivery and the food was 15 mins earlier than originally expected.

Visited on Saturday night 4 of us and had 2 different banquet meals, staff were really friendly but efficient food was 1st class would highly recommend will definitely be back.

Always delicious, always delivered on time or early, always by such lovely people. Best Chinese on the Fylde.
