Stopped by with the family for dinner. Venue looked inviting. But £110 for 4 mediocre tasting mains plus 1 tiny starter. Took at least 20 minutes to be served too. Won't return...

Exceeded my expectations on most levels. Rarely in my opinion do you find quality authentic Italian cuisine in city centres due to high rents …. Savings seem to be made on ingredients! Not here. Beautifully prepared, presented and tasting pasta dishes.

1st visit to this restaurant, it will not be our last, absolutely 1st class food , plus 1st class service from beginning to end. In Sheffield city centre yesterday taking in the sights and sounds of the tramlines fringe festival, booked a table the night before so glad we did. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the lovely smile of the young lady on reception who got us a great table in the window much appreciated my dear. Our waiter Alfio was attentive without being intrusive and very efficient the service was speedy, but at no time did we feel we were being rushed quite the reverse they gave the impression we could stay as long as we wanted We started with classic bruschetta wow ! the taste and textures for a simple dish were amazing probably the best I have tasted Main course for us both was the Ragu Misto, including pasta Campanella which was cooked to perfection (The restaurant is called a pasta lab and you can actually see the chefs making the fresh pasta which is very interesting) with beef, pork, nduja ragu. The meat was very well cooked marvellous taste and texture the ragu was just right a hint of spice without being overpowering very subtle, beautifully tasty, can thoroughly recommend All in all a fabulous culinary experience. If you like Authentic Italian food especially pasta dishes then you must visit here

Amazing Meal! The food, service and ambience was 10/10. We had staters of the fish platter and it was incredible. I highly recommend and will be back.

Below average bland food for the high price paid as others point out. The atmosphere is loud that you cannot hear the person opposite you. Service was so quick that I was pushed to choose a drink and then food separately. Lack of warmth from staff was evident, it was opposite to Italian hospitality that we were an afterthought and were seen to be turned around and out quickly. 10% service being added to bill shows an attitude of following what other restaurants try, rather than being original and letting people tip naturally.

Disappointing, especially with how expensive it is.

Amazing. Be open to trying real Italian cuisine as they don’t do the American rubbish. The food, service and wine was the best I’ve had. Even better than Italy. The dessert was unbelievable and they make the pasta themselves. Highly recommend !

True Italian creative menu, a must visit if you like Italian food. Recently felt service has been a bit let down (especially when tipping is already included in the bill). Staff running around tables and being rushed to leave.

Aggressive chef serving below average and overpriced food. His behaviour is the reason for the review. My mum sent back a very bland pasta dish that was a big disappointment for £17. The chef, in an open kitchen, looked at her as if he was going to hit her for the next half an hour to the point his colleague waved an apology over and physically turned him away. If you’re Carluccio then it’s understandable to be upset by a returned plate. That dish was a flavourless squash pasta. The swordfish tortelli was also bad and I could’ve sent that back if the meal hadn’t already been ruined. The pasta was too thick and the tortelli poorly made letting the boiling water hit the cheese turning the filling into a very grainy consistency. Served in the ‘house bisque’ that had split and lacked any depth. Overall it was more sand than sea. Lovely front of house staff and I hope he treats them better than he did my family. If you can’t control yourself, you need to work behind closed doors.

Very Italian, and by that I mean loud and busy. That not necessarily bad, but not that relaxing. Service was excellent, food average. I have had better pasta in the UK.

Authentic Puglian Italian food, the Agnello was marvelous, the Ox Ragu was amazing and the best dessert I've ever tasted was the Millefoglie, although I also tried the Gelato Sorbetto, which was beautiful. The staff are friendly, helpful and explain the dishes when asked, nothing is too much trouble. Best Italian restaurant in Sheffield and some of the best food I've ever tasted. Thank you for making this a great experience, we will be back. Bellissimo.

An amazing authentic Italian restaurant. Paolo and the rest of the team were looking after everything I needed in a professional and calm way and served delicious and fresh food from Puglia (the do the pasta and everything from scratch). I'm not local to Sheffield but would defiantly come back in future visit and highly recommend the place.

I went for dinner with my wife. While the service was acceptable, the restaurant was incredibly busy and as the tables are so close together it is hard to have a conversation and we felt very rushed. The food was adequate, however nothing special and certainly did not justify the prices charged. I had the "agnello" lamb shoulder dish, which tasted like Lancashire hot pot with pasta rather than potatoes... probably one of the more unusual Italian dishes I have had. Having spent time in Puglia, I had expected a lot more. Overall very disappointing, and a long way from the romantic meal I had hoped for.

Update. Went again. All good Lovely. Real care taken with the food. Friendly service. Only criticism was that the chairs were uncomfortable and the toilets a bit smelly

Had a meal with family here one Saturday evening, which everyone enjoyed. Great quality Italian food, really interesting flavours and pasta styles (shapes) made in house. Necessary to book well in advance to get in at peak time, place was full even at ~9pm. The restaurant is relatively small and tightly packed so it did have quite high background noise from other guests. But can't fault the food or service.

So this is the best independent modern Italian restaurant in Sheffield. The food is modern, original, fresh ingredients, the drinks are classics with old favourites. The service is friendly, helpful and just right. The atmosphere is busy, intimate and great for celebrating, children and families welcome too. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit, highly recommend to everyone.

Could easily be the best restaurant in all of Sheffield, it was like being transported to the south of Italy. They have a monthly specials menu to go with the normal menu, which is always worth a look at! The pasta is made fresh and basically in front of you, which not only reassuring but adds to the charm and satisfying atmosphere. The ox cheek ragu is amazing, especially when you add the N’duja! Seafood is amazing, and the ingredients are just fresh and full of flavour. The real show stealer is the pistachio tiramisu. I could live on that and only that for the rest of my life if need be. It was so good! Tremendous restaurant with amazing, welcoming staff!

The best thing I can say about the experience is "Meh". The staff were friendly but the food was pretenious at the expense of taste. It was not bad per say but a far cry from the simplier menu Grazie used to offer before they moved the restraunt. The pasta dish my partner had looked great but tasted lackluster, far below the standards we would have expected for the price range. The table and seats were also far too high and not comfortable at all. Felt like I had to eat with my elbows in the air, have staff actually tried eating at them? Sadly I think there are other restraunts in Yorkshire more deserving of a visit. Also putting a 10% service charge on as default annoys me. The service was fine and deserving of the 10% on this occasion but it is entitled to automatically include it. Is that authentic too?

This is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. I took my Italian husband here for his birthday (tho he's from piemonte not puglia). We traveled from Manchester. the atmosphere was so lovely and chilled (despite being fully booked), the service seemed so effortless and skilful and the food genuinely blew me away. The prices were so good, too - just amazing in every way. The puttanesca and the pistachio tiramisu were out of this world. Grazie infinite! 🥰 🙏

Came for dinner with my partner, we had a lovely time, the food was really well made and well flavoured, service was really friendly and attentive, lots of choice on the menu which seemed thoughtfully put together. Only slightly wrong note was the espresso at the end which my partner felt was just average (I don't drink coffee) but that did not impact on our enjoyment - we'll definitely be going back there.

This is a slick city centre restaurant - the food and wine were delicious but the service a tad brisk and the glassy bright interior not hugely atmospheric. Excellent location easy to find and I would return.

Staff service is exemplary, helpful, friendly and the food is top level. Open view of kitchen with busy but chilled chefs, working hard but quietly and calmly. Wonderful atmosphere, would definitely visit again.

The food was lacking salt and flavor but it was edible. But the service was horrible, they kept hovering over my table waiting for me to leave so they can have the table and kept asking to take my plates even though they still had food just to empty out the table for the next customers. So overall horrible experience wouldn’t recommend

We had an excellent time as ever at Grazie, courtesy of some incredibly warm and welcoming service from Sharon in particular. This is our favourite restaurant in Sheffield and the food is always out of this world. The Mari e Monti pasta was the culinary highlight this time round. Perfetto!

Truly one of the best restaurants in Sheffield. Very aesthetic location and staff very attentive. Was apprehensive of the prices prior to going but the food justifies the price. Portion sizing is good, can't wait to go back and try more dishes!

Excellent service. However all food was tastless and dry. Not filling and incredibly overpriced. Music was loud and poppy, decor was poorly thought out and uninteresting. The amount we paid felt like a joke. The vegan cheesecake was the only thing that brought genuine pleasure into the lunch. Never eating here again as i would compellelety forget to mention to a friend unless I had just remembered how empty my wallet is.

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I attended with a group of close friends. The evening started well with a pleasant atmosphere and good service from the bar tender, but as soon as we were seated, it all went downhill. Two members of staff were taking our drinks and food order, and both had a lack of customer service skills and made it clear they didn't seem happy to be there. The food was the worst part of the night. No one on our table enjoyed their food, tasteless and bland is the best way to describe it. This is a shame because the restaurant is clean, welcoming, and in a good location, but we won't be visiting again.

Had a lovely time here. Went for dinner as a walk in and even though they didn’t really have a table, they moved things around to make it work. We had the Ragu and the Pasta with Mushrooms and both were good. The pistachio tiramisu was fabulous 10/10 recommend. The only negative point is that the frying oil used to make the fried oil smelled rather strong, so that was a bit of a let down. Otherwise it’s a great place to have a nice dinner. Definitely recommend

Me and my friend went on Friday night after hearing raving reviews. Did it live up to the hype… I can say not. To start We had the tartare di Tonno, this was bland no seasonings. To describe the dish to come with anchovies and it having one across the top is poor. The ricotta mouse was flavoured with lemon zest however this was very minimal and didn’t complement the overall dish. CARPACCIO DI MANZO This dish was also quite bland and was lacking some acidity, although it came with balsamic cavier, there was not enough of this to add anything to the dish it also wasn’t the easiest to eat. A simple balsamic glaze would have been a lot nicer. ZUPPA DI COZZE E VONGOLE The clams and mussels was cooked well, and the bread served on the side was good quality despite it being quite chewy. The overall broth on this dish did have a quite metallic taste. Eaten with the clams and mussels was fine but dunked in to the bread was not enjoyable. The mains MARE E MONTI This happened to be my favourite dish of the night the Olives and capers made a great addition to the dish. I would say on the menu the cod is described to be flakes, I did only get two pieces so would have liked some more. PROFUMO DI MARE The dish was enjoyable but not worth going back for, please when your serving king prawns and especially with the price you charge I expect them to be clean. Mine was full of poo. The drinks I was recommended by the waiter to order a passion fruit spritzer, (non alcoholic) so we went ahead and ordered 2 I would say they was nice however no lemonade with a bit of passion fruit pulp is worth 7.50. Overall our bill came to 107.35 including service charge, the service itself wasn’t great and it would take a long time to get the staffs attention. Despite our disappointment we did still pay the charge. the interior of the restaurant is very beautiful and overall has a very homely feel. I did feel that it was slightly over crowded I had a table at the side of me which was extremely close which takes away the feeling of intimacy. Overall ratings Service 4/10 Food 5/10 Drinks 6.5/10 Decor/ ambience 7/10 It was lovely to try but how the restaurant stands I wouldn’t be visiting again.

We originally had a reservation for 19.45 but ended up arriving earlier than expected. The staff were incredibly kind and energetic and offered us to wait at the bar till a table is available. The wait wasn’t long at all and we were sat in no time. From start to finish, everything was beyond great. We had some bread and olives, both very fresh and delicious. We then had profumo di mare and ragu (both pictured). We also had pistachio tiramisu, unfortunately I don’t have it pictured, but it was one of the best tiramisu’s I’ve ever had. For drinks we had Malbec wine and an Aperol Spritz cocktail. Cocktail was generous and the Malbec had a rich and beautifully balanced taste. I will 100% come back to try new dishes!

Amazing pasta and the cocktails were gorgeous too! A perfect evening. The giant prawns were insane and all the sauces were so interesting and complex. I loved trying a new type of pasta and the menu was surprisingly informative!

Food was excellent & the service attentive most of the time. Didn't like the 10% service charge automatically added to our bill & Didn't pay it all. This is an extremely noisy restaurant which I really Didn't enjoy. Don't think we'll be going back which is a shame because the quality of the food is excellent ( if a bit pricey ).

Beautifully presented food, great atmosphere & excellent staff. The food was flavoursome & the pasta was perfectly cooked. My only qualm is that the mussels, clams & even the prawns I had were disappointingly sandy. However the vegan cheesecake they have there has got to be the best vegan cheesecake I have ever had. Super creamy, you would never know it didn't have dairy in it!

The menu is not very informative. I ordered something I thought sounded nice, and wound up with a whole crustacean sitting on top of my pasta staring right back at me. Had I had known this I would have ordered something more suitable for me. If this were an average priced restaurant, I'd not be too bothered, but this place is expensive and the meal was not good for me. That being said, the meat and cheese sharing platter was a decent starter. Drinks are expensive even for beer. The after meal drinks selection had no descriptions, and not even size of beverage. I wanted one, but no information on what they were meant I didn't. Staff were attentive for the most part, aside from our server speaking over our table loudly at times. It seems like the wicker chairs have been sat on a lot. I fel like I was kneeling at the table due to the sag in the chair. For these prices I really expect better. It is not good that the best thing about the dining experience is the starter.

Took my partner here for a birthday meal and everything was fantastic! The service was swift, food was delightful and the atmosphere was STUPENDOUS. They even popped a candle in dessert and sang happy birthday, thank you!

Food is ok comparing to the price. The portion of one main course is not enough for a skinny lady). The thing that I am not happy with is the waitress who helped us pay the bill today. She gave us bad face all the time. I do not appreciate her attitude. I am starting to wonder whether she is racist or is she naturally like that. I felt the need to complain about her otherwise I wouldn’t bother giving a review anyway.

Surprised to have such delicious Italian food at Sheffield. All food are excellent though a little bit expensive in that area.

Came to celebrate my girlfriends 25th birthday. Really unhappy with our visit here, which was a shame. Staff explained her pasta dish as mild spice which turned out to be extremely spicy. Only had 3 mouth fulls of food and said we were unable to eat it. The staff were not accommodating at all with this offered no alternative and expected full payment at the end, to the extent they argued their point. They did however reluctantly take the item off the bill, after this. I’m not one to complain but when the staff aren’t sympathetic to spending a lot of money on their food for a birthday celebration and not being content, I think this deserves a bad review. Sometimes these things happen in restaurants, even great restaurants, however the response and attitude of the staff to this experience has really disappointed us. We are really upset that this experience has put a downer on her birthday experience, given we chose this restaurant on its good reputation.

Incredibly delicious dishes and very well presented. I enjoyed all of my courses here. Everything was perfect! The oysters were very fresh, I could almost taste the ocean. My main was the BOSCAIOLA, it was so amazing... Home-made pasta was prepared perfectly. Mushrooms had a lot of flavour and the sauce was very creamy. I still can't get over it. Pistachio tiramisu was perfectly balanced. I was worried the liquor would be overwhelming but i had nothing to worry about! It's nothing like any other tiramisu I ever had. This was creamier. I can't give this place enough stars!

Have been here before and really enjoyed it. This time though I enjoyed the food but thought it was expensive , especially the house wine at £23 a bottle. We also found the chairs uncomfortably low at the tables when we were eating. It was also very noisy ( from the kitchen, some machine?) and this made it hard to hear a conversation across the table. It was a shame as I was really looking forward to being in the new location, not sure if I would revisit
