We had fish and chips there and the portion was huge! It easily feeds two people. We also had a deep fried mars bar. Everything was hot, very tasty and really inexpensive.

The chips are so good! Please don't change!

Amazing food, super quick service!

Fabulous fish and chips with generous portions. Service is friendly, but they can get overwhelmed when a large number of orders come in simultaneously. Not a lot of room to wait for your order.

The pizza’s from here are always really good, I’ve frequently ordered here and they are very generous with toppings and they taste great. However, they take no accountability for mistakes or provide any level of customer service. They delivered the wrong order to me which has a big impact given my partner is veggie, when I phoned to let them know the “boss” instead tried to gaslight me into telling me my order was wrong, even walking through the receipt which showed their error. Eventually I gave up as it was more hassle than it was worth. Amazing food, horrendous service.

Stop here every Tuesday for a fish supper and a portion chips . Delicious

Best pizza around! Any pizza lovers will know its hard to get good solid pizza in Scotland. Good dough, nice sauce, evenly distributed cheese to sauce ratio. Solid 7.6, one bite everyone knows the rules 🍕

Stopped going here years ago because it was hardly ever open, but tried it again recently. Think it's different owners now and I was very impressed. Special Fish in particular was excellent. Son loved his doner kebab too.

Have been a few times and everything has been delicious. Love that there's the option of a tango ice blast - reclaiming this luxury slush from the cinemas 😂 Thanks team!

Hi All, I would like to call your attention to the poor food hygiene in this shop. The food is yummy (on the few occasions I've had it) but I have to say buying directly at the shop this evening and being able to observe how food was being handled gave me the shivers. I was absolutely appalled to see that the employees are using their BARE HANDS to touch all kind of food, both cooked food (such as fish) but also raw ingredients from the cold condiments section... They should wear gloves... I even saw the person preparing my order go out of sight further inside the kitchen and reappear a few seconds later with a handful of frozen peas in his BARE HAND which he threw into the frying pan to prepare my Risotto Verda. I said to the lady who had accepted my order that this was not OK, to which she said they ALL USED THEIR BARE HANDS AT THIS SHOP and this was OK as long as their hands were clean... I saw her using her BARE HAND to pull out two pre-cooked pieces of fish from the heated window to prepare somebody's fish and chips order... And this is the person who touched the till machine and handled cash, etc. I asked to speak to the manager but was refused. When I said I would unfortunately have to report them to the local food hygiene authority, there was a flurry of activity as another employee started dealing a number and handing the phone over to the lady speaking to me... I asked for my receipt so I could go (without the food obviously) and as I was going out of the shop she shouted behind me that I should better never go back... So adding poor customer service to poor food hygiene and handling... Just so disappointing. This can't be right. I have reported the shop to the local food hygiene authority. I would ask everyone reading this review to please observe if the hygiene remains poor at this shop and report them accordingly. It would be worth it if we could save at least one person from getting a bug or infection or food poisoning after eating food from this shop.

Awesome pizza and quick service

Unfortunately, something has changed. The chips were anaemic and soggy, some of mine were still hard in the middle. The fish batter wasn’t nearly crispy and the mushy peas were just weird. Such a shame, we’re hoping it’s just teething issues and the quality will increase. Really wanted to write a positive review, but this is as positive as I can go…

Had fish supper and Mrs had a single special fish, chips were ok but fish was tasteless, positive it wasn't haddock more like whiteing, the seagulls appeared to like it. Definitely won't be back.

Sometimes you wonder if the chef has tasted their food, because the fish and chips/scampi and chips I’ve just ordered should not have been let over the fryer. In a world where you have chippies like Salvatore’s and Alanda’s this place should have upped their game. Scampi appeared to be reconstituted mush, fish was grey and dry. A big disappointment. To add insult to injury, single use plastic containers that can’t be recycled in household recycling. I would avoid.

Very fast and efficient service for busy takeaway orders. Good system which works, had my order within a few mins of placing it. Lots of staff working hard. Fish was outstanding, tasty and very hot and fresh. Will return

Visited the chippy while in queensferry and the 2 women at the counter were so rude. Took the mick out of my boyfriend for a small stutter he did while ordering for a solid 2 minutes while we stood there and waited for our food. It was embarrassing and childish.

Inedible. Soggy, undercooked chips. Scampi was actually something deep fried filled with some sort of mash?! There was no scampi inside. Had to throw it away as was inedible. Would like to know what do you put inside “scampi”?

Always get the best chippy here without fail. I've never had a bad dish from them ever. We travel from Edinburgh to enjoy a chippy and the scenery 😀 Loads of good dishes to try out!

The service is extremely bad staff where not patient and helpful and even though we are tourists and it was our first time having fish and chips. We also found hair in the batter

Had the chicken kebab tonight . Disgusting was told when I called it wasn't their fault,they have changed the way the chicken is cooked ( used to be grilled chicken breast from a sewer) . If it changes then there should be some indication of this They offered to send another meal which was lovely (sausage supper ) Really has put me off ordering in future 😞

Absolutely disgusting!! I order regularly. The chicken kebab was fabulous. I ordered tonight and was so disappointed gone is the big strips of chicken to be replaced with I actually don’t know what. It was so bad I binned it. The bits of chicken were about 1.5cm long at most! Never again

Graziano's can do no wrong the food is amazing each and every time. Grazianos is up there with the best of them, the oven baked pizzas are to die for ! That tomato base is ridiculously delicious! Chips are always Amazing too! Cannot rate Grazianos highly enough!

Been coming here for 6 years as its my local, great food, particularly when fresh. Excellent pizza. Used to love the fish but we're vegetarian now, and the pakora is a great option. Really want to see veggie haggis and sausage though!

Older woman was snippy and sour faced. Chips were hard dry and not very hot.

Absolute gash experience. Mince pie tasted like dirt. I don't even want to think of where the smoked sausages came from! The salt dispenser and sauce pourer person is to blame for the permanent numbness I now have on my tongue. What the hell!! The fritters were ok though. Wouldn't go back there if you paid me.

We drive from Edinburgh to Grazianos for a treat every couple of months and have been coming here for around 6 years. The fish and chips are the best we've had in Scotland and worth the drive. Grab a fish supper, a bench overlooking the forth and enjoy. It's our favourite.

Visiting from Manchester ( home of the treble champions ) had the bogof pizza. Absolutely delicious, well done. Absolute bargain

Just bought a vegetable curry tonight it was a large portion but was very watery and tasteless more like a watery soup than a curry

Been twice now, battered sausages were too long left out very overpriced, soggy and over cooked. 2nd visit garlic bread which tasted barely of any garlic, chicken had no taste it was full of water, bread itself was nice. Very poor flavor to ingredients and very overpriced. Asked for extra cheese and garlic twice, very disappointed. Will not be going back. Topping were simply soggy from too much water. Would be happy if it was soggy from the garlic oil. Paid for extra garlic and cheese and it was a huge let down. Spat it out and ate no more. Absolute waste of time and money, spat my 2nd slice out.

It's not our local, but we travel to eat here, and well worth it too! Staff are busy, chatty and so friendly. The chips are tasty and dry not greasy, the fish is in a beautiful light batter, tasty and piping hot. Chicken Goujons are cooked just right. Well worth a visit, food will not disappoint even if you have to wait a while, but not always.

Was personally impressed, fish was fresh, tasty and nicely flaky. Batter was golden and crunchy. Chips were fluffy inside and delicious. Onion rings were also crunchy and flavoursome. Portions abundant, service efficient. Cannot fault it.

The fish suppers are fantastic. Tasty, great value and cooked to perfection. I drive from Kirkcaldy to taste these delights.

Ordered from here many times and has been good. Tonight waited over an hour, had to phone to chase it up, chips were disgusting, not fresh, batter on fish and sausages were not good, it is like everything has been lying there for a while.

Donner meat was raw, and looked like it had been carved out with a spoon came in giant chunks not cooked through. Didn’t send the salad and sauce either. Pizza was 70% sauce with little cheese or topping. Normally don’t have a problem with graziano’s but this has completely put me off. Glad the dog god fed though 😒😒

I ordered a delivery tonight and was shocked at the whole experience I ordered a chicken wrap with onion and cucumber arrived with millions of onion and no cucumber I also ordered a plain burger with chips only a wee bit salt instead when it came was a cheese burger with brown sauce drowning the food absolutely disgusting!! Also ordered a sausage supper with a LITLLE salt christ was half a bottle to the point it was unediable. When I phoned to complain was told they will send another burger up but not doing nothing about the wrap with no cucumber. Whole experience totally put me off.

Me and the other half normally order from here all the time I would say 5 stars but we ordered food here tonight there was chilli sauce on all our meal that is normally a sweet chilli sauce that comes in a tub but this time it was a very hot chilli sauce all over our food we both couldn't eat our dinner due to this .

Just driven away after collecting my order. As stated previously staff more interested in talking amongst themselves than serving. May have actually got our order right otherwise. Chips gravy and a roll(no roll) Sausage chips and gravy(no gravy) Fish chips and curry sauce( no curry sauce) 3 out of 3 incorrect meals paid for Also batter on fish was thick and uncooked on the inside. Won’t be going back

I’ve had food from here many times and always been lovely and tasty. Yesterday, I was there earlier than usual, about 4, and the food was not good. Re-heated chips and the fish was just all batter. Very disappointed as it’s normally delicious and I’d brought my friends especially to taste it. Such a shame.

Our pizza was fantastic but they chips were pretty greasy and disappointing. Felt like 8.50 for a fish supper was pretty expensive too, are they charging us for the taxi from the water to the counter?? Lol

White pudding supper with salt and sauce was lovely!! A two minute walk down to the water to eat.

Called in at around 21.25 and felt like I it was too much to serve me. The smoked sausage was poor and the haddock was more soft rubbery batter than fish. Poor standard of food and service

If you want a delivery and can be prepared to wait 2-3 hours on cold food then this is the chippy for you. We have ordered a few times and every single time our order has either been missed or its extremely late and cold. Will not be back. My advice would be either reduce your delivery area or employ more staff to cope with the volume of custom you receive. Utterly unacceptable

Best place around by far Edit Saturday 6th March 2021 I can't say the food is bad as it is not I have ordered many times however there was a glitch in there system and took /£15.78 for an order then they cancelled i phoned and enquired what the problem was as women answered and advised me to put my order through again paying another £15.78 and said I would me refunded for previous order, however I was not refunded for either order that day or the next or the next so I am now owed £15.78 x2 I phoned again they advised me i would be refunded and so far I have not the date is Saturday 6th March 2021 Still waiting for a refund.................. 19th Feb 2022 was the day i was offered a refund and not received it to date

Ordered a delivery. Pizza was insipid. Hardly cooked and the sauce tasted strange. Asked for lots of sauce on the chips and they arrived bone dry and undercooked. Bit into a few that were hard. Disgusting. Shame.

Amazing staff !!! Full of smile.they don't do any problems with your order whatever you want (I always want to mix or change something in my dish :) ) . Food super fresh. And even I'm not the big fun of fish and chips or pizza ,I can highly recommend this shop.
