Got a sausage n egg sandwich, the sausage looked and tasted like it had been cooked five times over, took sandwich back and got my money back. I would of even served them sausages to an animal they were that inedible. First time here and never again

Best sandwiches in Elland, if I’m out and about it’s always the sandwich shop of choice.

Best place in Elland for lunch butties. Not tried the hot ones but ee by gum the Ham is delicious. Also really enjoy the Prawn Mayo and recently tried the Chinese chicken. I don't think you'll be underwhelmed by a butty from here.

Lovely clean little shop, the freshest ingredients used always. The only negative is they've stopped doing fresh cream cakes!!

I go here with my daughter and granddaughter regular the sandwiches are excellent especially the bacon sausage and egg 😃and the staff are friendly

I go here often for my dinner, the food is lovely but there's 1 lady who works there that is the most miserable person in the world she's not polite, she snaps at customers & clearly has no people skills or communication skills. It costs nothing to have manners shame she works there puts a good business to shame

Had an absolutely glorious butty today from Grandpa Thomas’ in Elland. All I can say is I feel sorry for any local competition as they are up against a great shop here. Always friendly and polite with a great selection you can’t go wrong. For a tasty butty look no further....

Sold us something that was a month out of date, and then one of the ladies tried to convince us it would still be alright, even though we paid full price, and it was a gift for someone! Apart from that experience, which I would put more down to the staff, the food is good.

WHAT A DELIGHT! This little unassuming bakery/sandwich shop just happened to catch our eye and then captured our hearts! The pasties were the best I have ever tasted, not to mention any of the other bakery delights. Had to get here early as the items went fast, but no matter what you ordered you were served a delicious product, at a low cost and the place and staff were clean and helpful! FAVORITE STOP FOR SURE!
