Two different names and same restaurant!!! Online they were open for collection and when I got there the guy outside told me is only delivery but at the same time he let another guy go inside to order food.

Food ok, donner meat is.very low quality's, burgers had a frozen taste. Items missing from order. Chips were amazing. It's really hit or miss, consistency is not really there. Delivery driver is cheerful.

What a rude customer service... i had ordered delivery online after 90 minutes called and asked the man on the phone was rude and said they didn't receive my order.....! What a waste of time.....DO YOU NOT ORDER THEM DELIVERY...Because they not cared...!

Paid 14 pound to eat tasteless garbage!! I'm very dissapointed. Paid 7 each for the stuffed Americano which was a tastless meat Patty that had an awful smell. Didn't even have any cheese, mustard or gherkin like the description said. The bun was so wet and soggy it was like they washed it in the sink before they put it in. Garlic mayo was more runny than tap water. I feel angry and upset. Definitely will not be ordering from here and ill advise everyone else the same. I hope you rectify this

Absolutely terrible delivery service. Food was 45mins late on a Tuesday. After 3 phone calls with a rude man I was still offered no apology nor any compensation. Definitely will not be using again!

Burgers was made fresh in front of me on open grill. Tasted great and service was excellent. Nice , tidy and clean atmosphere. Thanks guys keep it up.

I've tasted the new Buffalo Burger here and it was delicious. All the burgers are handmade and affordable.. compared to the bigger food chains.

Nice spot for a quick bite before taking the train. They were the only spot open super early but service was quick and friendly.

Lounge was poky had to clear our plates ourselves proseco chargeable like alot of drink. Toilet filthy not maintained at all I will not return definitely not recommend.

Unfortunately, the reception staff do not know their job. We ordered food online and the courier waited for us downstairs for 10 minutes. And then the courier saw the police and ran away with our order, so the Hindus at the reception said. We had a shock. We asked why you didn't dial our number and call us, and they said we don't know. The courier in Tick means that he is not legal in this country, and those who work here simply covered him up and that's it. And I will add that there is no bottled drinking water in the room at all. But normal shower gel.
