GBK has a fantastic ambiance, with a highly abstract and inventive design that creates both a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and respectful, and Ashley, the waitress who served me, was especially cheerful and attentive—her warmth made it impossible to leave without a smile. The food was genuinely a culinary delight, all at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Came to GBK today as a little meal out after a long week, the service was great, was instantly met at the door by a smiling server. i ordered the new burger they have (el polo loco) and my friend had the smashed blue and it was amazing!! our servers Ben and Adrianna made sure that our gbk experience was 10/10 will be returning :)

Order wasn’t correct which was a shame. Especially for the price, it needs to be perfect. Usually it’s alright though.

Gourmet Burger Kitchen wants to give you so much less food and service for so much more money. Unimaginative, overpriced burgers with a mandatory service charge of 12.5% which is a joke. Do yourself a favour and walk 2 minutes further to McDonalds for a well priced burger without the arrogance of the service charge.

Definitely one of the best experiences of a restaurant especially in Surrey. Me and family were very impressed by the welcoming service by Danny. Danny continuallly made sure we were all happy and had everything we needed this was so nice to have as not many waiters to that. The drinks were very refreshing and food was yummy and quick best of both worlds!! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a good time, a chill vibe and great service!!!

The staff at GBK in Staines were so lovely to us (me, my wife and our 16-month toddler) that I felt I had to write a review. The food, as usual, was great but on this occasion we felt the staff were exceptional and deserved to be acknowledged for their kindness and positive/friendly energy. Nothing was too much for them to do for us - all with a smile. We will definately be going back! Keep it GBK Staines😁

Best Beyond Meat burger I have EVER had. 10/10! Service was impeccable, food was fresh and fast, drinks were refreshing. We will be coming back again for sure. A great pit stop after a few hours shopping. Toilets are kept to an excellent standard and the general decor is classy with an industrial flare. Thanks GBK Staines for looking after us!

Today was my first time in the staines branch. I have visited others else where before, but this one really does stand out from the rest. As always the food was excellent. But for me the service from Megan was brilliant. Extremely friendly and polite. She really took the time to make sure I was happy with my food through out.

I started with the crunchy chicken wings then I had their double cheese burger washed down with a strawberry milkshake which I think is one of the best tasting by far .

The smashed burger was disappointing, the original burgers are the best ! & what has happened to the chocolate milkshake ?, it used to be delicious, not tasting of chocolate anymore ..... Please bring back the old recipe !

The food etc is always good but Ashley made the evening special she made sure we were okay asked if we needed anything was very efficient when asked for anything asked if we wanted anything else . We were 2 of 4 people in the whole restaurant, we arrived and were told any table over the left hand side, a male member of staff came over and asked if we wanted table service or Q R code we chose table service , he went off to allow us to look at menu. We sat waiting for someone to return and take our order but the staff were just stood around talking and one was doing a take out meal. We decided to leave as our customers clearly wasn't important. Won't bother going back .

Saturday evening we made an impromptu first time visit to GBK and were thoroughly impressed. Our server Danny was most delightful, he was friendly, efficient and attentive to all our needs and was able to give excellent recommendations. Food was delicious and to a very high standard. We will be returning!!

Mediocre doesn’t even begin to describe it. This is an average “plastic”-feeling food (including the baconnaise). Light years away from the GBK burgers I’ve fallen in love with. Meh

Really good Korean burger. Truffle fries weren’t that good. The original cheese fries were better. The chicken strips in the kids meal were very good quality.

The order arrived with cold and dry potatoes and the hamburger had dry, hard and cold meat. Last time it was perfect but now this horrible burnt chicken. I ordered a Korean BBQ chicken and they sent me a piece of shoe sole hard and dry. It seems and I'm sure it was food from the day before. The disappointing meal that ended up in the trash. Upset, I do not recommend it

Order was slightly incorrect. Ordered two chunky fries, but got one and one onion rings. Not a bad mistake, still tasty. They also added onion in the burger which was requested as an item to leave out. Easily removed though. These are still my favourite burgers though. Amazing taste and quality.

We placed a delivery from this place. Burgers were amazing. We didn’t expect much, but they exceeded our expectations. Burgers were juicy, vegetables fresh, sauce was also really good.

We have been taken care by server named Ash , he was such a brilliant person and was really quick and attentive and gave his 100% to serve us. Food was nice but as compare to the price we felt the burger size bit small . Otherwise it was a good experience.

I just felt overcharged. They say kids eat for £2 for a full paying adult but that was not my case, I felt misinformed.. On top of that I was charged a service charge and no explanation for that ... If I had known that my bill was going to be that much I wouldn't have opted for dine in.

Service was average. No BBQ sauce for the kids and adding a tip. It should be my choice to tip which I was going to, but the staff very not helpful at all

AVOID the classic vegan burger like the plague. It just falls apart and is the blandest thing you have ever eaten. The strange waiter just said jokingly oh that’s what they’re like before walking off. 12.5 % service charge added automatically, should have held it back due to the appalling quality of these burgers. Won’t be returning to the Staines branch again

Edit from 4* to 5*. Nothing has changed apart from the server by the name of Danny. He was truly serving all the diners with due care and attention. Deserves a 10 out 10. Brilliant service and makes you want to come back.

As a delivery driver, I feel compelled to warn others about the appalling treatment I've received from this restaurant. Without fail, they consistently subject drivers to interminable waits of 15-20 minutes, displaying a complete disregard for our time and efforts. It's evident that they prioritize their own convenience over the needs of those who facilitate their business. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this establishment unless you have time to waste.

Friendly welcome, fast service, delicious food. Had the Californian, chickenless chicken with onion rings and a side dip. It was delicious and I'm not veggie. You can order from your table using the QR code on the table itself. The staff offered to take my order also. There's a disabled toilet downstairs.

The food was extremely late (even from the point it left the restaurant) and therefore was completely cold. So, really inedible. The driver went through many different places beforehand which I could see in the map and have taken pictures of.

Have not had a takeaway for a while. What an absolute PLEASURE!! The burgers were very tasty, chips well fried but defo not oily at all. The onion rings were superb. Ordered the double burger but it was WAY too much food. Cooked the way I requested. Will DEFO be ordering from them again!!!

It was great as always. Felt bad for the driver though because it was delivered to a University campus which made things difficult, but they were really helpful and kind.

Not only was my order 45 minutes late it was so cold it was to cold to eat, when I contacted the restaurant the whole attitude was its not there problem contact just eat for a refund. I won't be ordering from them again and am unlikely to be using just eat anymore

I have an allergy to raw egg. I wanted a burger with no mayo. However, they refused as their policy is they won't remove a product you are allergic to and I was offered a choice of about 3 products!!!!!!! So, if I had just said remove the mayo I could have eaten the burger I wanted but because I am allergic to mayo it could not be removed!! Lol WHERE IS THE LOGIC? We went to restaurant next door who catered to our needs sensibly and logically

I love GBK for its huge milkshakes.. at this branch, we ordered fries, halloumi, vanilla shake and strawberry shake. Everything was delicious as usual except halloumi.. There was something not right and it had a strong spice smell. Overall we had a nice time. The staff is polite as well.

This was my first time at a GBK and it didn't disappoint. Food was hot and freshly cooked and the milkshake was lovely and thick.

This is our go to place for Sunday lunch. This GBK restaurant is so good. Head and shoulders above any other GBK we have experienced. Amazing and welcoming staff. Specially Daisy. Absolutely delightful GBK and great staff.

Ordered food via Deliveroo, biggest mistake you could ever make. Food turned up stone cold. Also what you pay and what you get are two different things. Not worth the money, your better off going to one of these one of burger shops. GBK use to lovely, but has gone down hill big time. Would I use these again no I wouldn’t.

Good, only minor issue seemed to be the Cheddar Cheese was swapped out for American cheese.

As soon as we came in, we were greeted and sat down, our waitress was very attentive, she kept coming over to make sure we had everything we needed such as ketchup & etc! I got a coke and my boyfriend wanted a tap water and they came over with a massive vase and 2 cups without us asking which was very nice! The food came out very quickly and was delicious, especially the onion rings! thank you & we will be back soon <3

Ashton gave us the best customer service when we needed help using a voucher which wasn’t working. He was so helpful and super friendly. Turned our evening around!

Absolutely ridiculous! My order was placed at 18.11 and was ready at the restaurant at 18.35. Driver did not deliver until 20.00. Refused to take stone cold food and I want a refund back! Thanks a lot for ruining our evening Just Eat…we will think twice about ordering through you app again. Very unhappy to say the least!!!
