Gorsis pizza in Erewash

Order through Uber eats, the descriptions posted by the company for their food is all wrong, the website states one thing whilst the food that comes is something different entirely. Ordered a kebab with nan got a tray of sadness and depression. Absolutely horrific attitude on the phone after calling up for an explanation, stating he, the manager, doesn't care what it says you get what he makes and that's it. Could not be a worse place to order food from, you'd be better off searching through bins.

Great food with fantastic staff and lovely polite drivers, especially the ginger bearded dude.

My pizza was burnt to a crisp! With no sauce atall... you seriously need to find someone who can cook a pizza. And since when did you start putting butter on your buns? My cheese burger was disgusting! All I tasted was cheap butter. Very disappointed.

Kebab meat was nice, but SO much salad, more than meat, i think there was equivalent to a whole onion on it. Cheesy chips came with unmelted cheese and the chips themselves weren’t great.

First time ordering. I requested the food to be delivered an hour after I ordered. The food arrived on my requested time but unfortunately it came cold and was lacking flavour. The chips were also undercooked. Very disappointing

customer service is amazing the store rang me to say that there may be a delay on the order despite this the order still turned up bang on time with the food being hot and fresh honestly such a great experience from this place.

Slightly late but communicated this before the due time lovely food hot fresh and great value for money. Delivery boy is always a delight to deal with as well

I use this take away regularly, 👌 even though I live In a different postcode they still always deliver tasty, hot, well cooked food on time. I wish they'd put mint yoghurt on there menu but still well worth it without.

Food was fantastic as always. The pizzas had loafs of toppings and we're piping hot when they arrived, and the wedges were hot and hadn't gone sweaty in the tray. Always great food from Gorsi's.

Awful on every level. Phoned for a delivery, waited 1hr 45mins for cold food that had probably been cooked that long ago. Phoned twice for update. Was lied to about delivery time & how long wait would be. Soggy wedges & overcooked pizzas, double pepperoni? Where? Hardly visible... will never order from here again. Very salty, still thirsty hours later...

Lovely food once again, we did order a large chips cheese and bacon and a small came, also orders 10 wings and chips and no chips turned up. But we called and told them and they brought us round what we were missing 5* customer service ! Brilliant ! Thank you 😊😊

Order regular but last nights order was well below par pizza was burnt couldn’t eat the crust. Chips were cold burnt and many tasted old. Kebab meat was minimal time to go elsewhere 🫤

Absolutely beautiful food friendly staff, and food was piping hot if I could give 10 stars I would, absolutely love gorsi's, they've never given us a bad take away yet.

quality of the food was terrible had the chicken tikka kebab, was not worth the money at all. And the “fudge cake” was not a fudge cake at all it was a random store bought chocolate cake.

Delivery great and communication from the restaurant however the food really didnt kive up to last orders tonight. The chips werent cooked and the chicken wings were dry like they had been left to stand abit disappointed

Absolutely appalling service, ordered for collection online, didn’t get a time for collection at all, decided to go after 30 minutes and was shouted at by the bloke because it had been ready for 15 minutes, would not recommend this takeaway at all.

I live at two minute drive from the restaurant. I was surprised when the food turned up early.. clearly I’m on the back end of a delivery run. Chicken was cold naan bread was called chips were cold. Kebab salad consisted of lettuce and white cabbage first and last time

If you send orders out half an hour earlier than expected at least make sure the full order is there. I ordered 2 kebabs WITH SALAD !

Sooo many toppings on pizza, lovely and crispy chicken strips, perfect mozzerella sticks, all hot and fresh and the delivery lady was beyond lovely! Overall a great experience, we would highly recommend!

Was really nice and they gave good amount of what I ordered and everything was nice and hot.

Possibly the worst kabab I have ever had. We placed an order for 6 people, the kababs were inedible and we could not even figure out what meat the shish kabab was.

I have ordered from here before and it’s been decent so ordered again. The pizza was nice kebab although meet was tasty hardly any there in a massive overkill of a naan bread and chips were very very small and tasted like last nights batch minus and seasoning no great for the money but think most places gone down hill in this cost of living crisis.

Terrible food. Found plastic ingredients wrapper in my calzone. Everything cold. Chicken nuggets nearly still frozen. I want a full refund. Terrible terrible experience

Ordered 38 worth of food. All cold. Chips hard. And the worst prt is half way through eating the calzone pizza i find a plastic ingredients wrapper cooked into the middle of my calzone. Horrible experience. Wont be ordering again! Hopefully get a refund. But didnt send out a replacement. Avoid.

I had donner kebab with salad and jalapeño bites. Lovely food, with plenty of salad. Really enjoyed it.

I asked for a number 1 deal . Witch is Donna chips and burger . Got 1 little bit of Donna meat . Food is dirty . I don't think the rats will eat it . ! I will worn you do not eat from this place !

Have ordered several times, always been a good takeaway .Tonight the chips were chewy, like they’ve been recooked or hanging around, burgers were also dry and chicken was dry and chewy. Shame really as it’s always been a good reliable takeaway.

It was stone cold and at least 10mins late, due to your driver sitting in his car on his phone for 10mins before he attempted to deliver the order! No wonder it was cold Poor

Love the kebab meat from here😋 the steak with my kebab wasnt cooked😩and very chewy today couldnt eat it,didnt get enough salad for everyone and when food came was cold but thats easily sorted warmed it up.

We had cold chips ,spicy chicken burger ( that didn’t have any spice to it all ) and hullomi wrap which had hardly any filling … not the best but could have been hotter if they had carried it to the door in an insulated bag instead of just a carrier bag ( no wonder it went cold in this weather )

Food wasn't great, toppings had all fallen off the pizza and was cold.

Both drinks were wrong and we did not receive a call prior to delivery as requested (we live in a gated community and need notice to drive down to collect). Food was ok but wouldn't reorder

Ordered food at 7.15 was told 45mins hour and 10 mins later food arrived cold and was sent back, this is the first time we have ordered from this company after receiving flyers through the door today........all I can say is I feel embarrassed for them.....don't use or you will be disappointed! 😞

Best mixed kebab, meat tasty, no gristle. Plenty of meat and salad. The only place I will go for kebabs and pizza's.

Kebab meat was undercooked, almost grey like.. Delivered late.. Best but was the chips.. Definitely won't go here again.. Nasty!
