Ordered 10 naan breads, expect them to be hot obviously, when it arrived it was very cold, rang the restaurant and the owner said his oven isn’t working, didn’t have the audacity to ring me and tell me. Be aware, Don’t order from there! No apology, no refund, completely out of order!

Don't ever use this establishment been using for a while, when you get freezing cold and undercooked food then when ring to ask them about it you get bombarded with abuse and get told if you have touched the food (which you need to try to complain about) and return it you won't get fresh food. Attitude central take your custom elsewhere

Use this place very regularly poor and cold food tonight when rang to complain got bombarded with abuse and said driver will collect food and only send new food out if food hadn't been touched! How can you tell if food is cold if you haven't tried it? Enimick portions also! Take your business elsewhere!! As someone that uses this establishment regularly and gives them a lot of money throughout the year you would of thought they may of been helpful but obviously not! Go to leeroys

First time user…very impressed. Food hot on delivery. So very tasty. Portions incredible.. only criticism from the other half was the chilli sauce was way too hot!! He can take some heat, but even this made his eyes water. On the whole 100% will defo order again!!

cancelled my order but took the money. this was after it showed as delivered.

Order through Uber eats, the descriptions posted by the company for their food is all wrong, the website states one thing whilst the food that comes is something different entirely. Ordered a kebab with nan got a tray of sadness and depression. Absolutely horrific attitude on the phone after calling up for an explanation, stating he, the manager, doesn't care what it says you get what he makes and that's it. Could not be a worse place to order food from, you'd be better off searching through bins.

My pizza was burnt to a crisp! With no sauce atall... you seriously need to find someone who can cook a pizza. And since when did you start putting butter on your buns? My cheese burger was disgusting! All I tasted was cheap butter. Very disappointed.

Kebab meat was nice, but SO much salad, more than meat, i think there was equivalent to a whole onion on it. Cheesy chips came with unmelted cheese and the chips themselves weren’t great.

First time ordering. I requested the food to be delivered an hour after I ordered. The food arrived on my requested time but unfortunately it came cold and was lacking flavour. The chips were also undercooked. Very disappointing

customer service is amazing the store rang me to say that there may be a delay on the order despite this the order still turned up bang on time with the food being hot and fresh honestly such a great experience from this place.

Slightly late but communicated this before the due time lovely food hot fresh and great value for money. Delivery boy is always a delight to deal with as well

I use this take away regularly, 👌 even though I live In a different postcode they still always deliver tasty, hot, well cooked food on time. I wish they'd put mint yoghurt on there menu but still well worth it without.

Awful on every level. Phoned for a delivery, waited 1hr 45mins for cold food that had probably been cooked that long ago. Phoned twice for update. Was lied to about delivery time & how long wait would be. Soggy wedges & overcooked pizzas, double pepperoni? Where? Hardly visible... will never order from here again. Very salty, still thirsty hours later...

Lovely food once again, we did order a large chips cheese and bacon and a small came, also orders 10 wings and chips and no chips turned up. But we called and told them and they brought us round what we were missing 5* customer service ! Brilliant ! Thank you 😊😊

Order regular but last nights order was well below par pizza was burnt couldn’t eat the crust. Chips were cold burnt and many tasted old. Kebab meat was minimal time to go elsewhere 🫤

Delivery great and communication from the restaurant however the food really didnt kive up to last orders tonight. The chips werent cooked and the chicken wings were dry like they had been left to stand abit disappointed

quality of the food was terrible had the chicken tikka kebab, was not worth the money at all. And the “fudge cake” was not a fudge cake at all it was a random store bought chocolate cake.

Absolutely appalling service, ordered for collection online, didn’t get a time for collection at all, decided to go after 30 minutes and was shouted at by the bloke because it had been ready for 15 minutes, would not recommend this takeaway at all.

I live at two minute drive from the restaurant. I was surprised when the food turned up early.. clearly I’m on the back end of a delivery run. Chicken was cold naan bread was called chips were cold. Kebab salad consisted of lettuce and white cabbage first and last time

Sooo many toppings on pizza, lovely and crispy chicken strips, perfect mozzerella sticks, all hot and fresh and the delivery lady was beyond lovely! Overall a great experience, we would highly recommend!

If you send orders out half an hour earlier than expected at least make sure the full order is there. I ordered 2 kebabs WITH SALAD !

Best place for a takeaway. We tried the rest and they were no where close to Gorsis. Food always really good, delivery on time (or very quick 😀), drivers are always great. Our go to takeaway every time. Thanks Gorsis

Was really nice and they gave good amount of what I ordered and everything was nice and hot.

Possibly the worst kabab I have ever had. We placed an order for 6 people, the kababs were inedible and we could not even figure out what meat the shish kabab was.

I have ordered from here before and it’s been decent so ordered again. The pizza was nice kebab although meet was tasty hardly any there in a massive overkill of a naan bread and chips were very very small and tasted like last nights batch minus and seasoning no great for the money but think most places gone down hill in this cost of living crisis.

Ordered 38 worth of food. All cold. Chips hard. And the worst prt is half way through eating the calzone pizza i find a plastic ingredients wrapper cooked into the middle of my calzone. Horrible experience. Wont be ordering again! Hopefully get a refund. But didnt send out a replacement. Avoid.

I asked for a number 1 deal . Witch is Donna chips and burger . Got 1 little bit of Donna meat . Food is dirty . I don't think the rats will eat it . ! I will worn you do not eat from this place !
