Papa John's Pizza in Erewash

Used to really like papa Johns but the last few pizzas I've had recently have been so dry for some reason wont be getting another one untill they sort it out

Please avoid at all costs!! Not long after finishing the pizza (half ham and pineapple, half bbq chicken) I shared with my little one, I started to feel sick. My two year old has been up all night upchucking this pizza and my stomach is still off. Certainly won’t be getting my custom again. 🤢

Food's always amazing, best vegan pizza I've ever had and the staff are really friendly. Haider always has my order ready and tasting wonderful

I ordered from this branch today and they are always top quality pizzas and they make it to my exact specifications. The staff are helpful and deliveys are prompt. Always polite. Wouldn't go anywhere else .

Been wanting to try Papa John the advertisement looks great but what a disappointment I had a large Pizza and garlic bread. I think they had forgotten to put the cheese on it tasted horrible The garlic bread was no better I may as well eaten the box would have tasted the same I’ve had some bad pizzas but this topped the lot… please note I only leave feedback when the food and service excels, or in this case when it’s extremely bad I invite the management to contact me

Tragic. Ordered for delivery, 50 mins later when my order was marked delivered but I still haven't received it I called the shop, the guy with limited English said he needed to contact the driver and put the phone down on me. . Driver turned up hour and 10 mins late, sent him back. Would never use them again!!!

Never had a bad takeaway from here everything is always piping hot and delicious! Pisses all over dominoes and cheaper

Lovely staff and a great, fresh pizza.

Pizza's are always great from this Papa John's and the staff can't do enough for you.

Food is always great once they forgot my sources but I'll let them off because the food is amazing

Pizza always arrives quickly with everything we order. Great for a low stress Friday dinner.

Food and service is really bad. Will never use them again. Even alot of my friends and people i know avoid this place. They go to the Beeston one instead as it's better all-round. Food is much better. Longer journey, if you are collecting, but its still warmer than here in long eaton

I used to get these pizzas years ago at Beeston, they were delicious. Sadly the same level of quality can not be attributed to Long Eaton branch. Toppings were very meagre, tomato sauce bland and the overall taste was poor. I got the 2 for 1 offer, unsure if this was why toppings were scarce, or if this is usual. Ham & Pineapple. All The Meats, this particular 1 was extremely poor. Nothing at all like the images on the brochures or menu. I could have got better pizzas with generous toppings at any burger/pizza/kebab shop in Long Eaton at a 3rd of the price I paid last night. In future, I'll spend my money on Domino's Pizza. Toppings generous, pizza similar in price, sauces with lots of flavour. Pappa Johns Pizza needs to improve a lot!!!!

Went into get my evening meal ordered my food and waited for my order but was left feeling very uncomfortable by a young chubby brunette girl working in the back. Never have i ordered from a take away and been looked down at or glared at so much don’t know who she thinks she is but because of her I won’t be eating from here again that’s how awkward I felt.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very good gluten free pizza base, if you have been diagnosed with a gluten intolerance and miss pizza, give it a try.

Wow! That crust is just incredible. Been a domino's man for 30 years. No more sloppy pizza. I am well impressed Long Eaton staff, give yourselves a hand 👏

Been to this new branch and it's always provided top service. Waiting times are great and orders are processed very quickly. Dominos Long Eaton are gonna feel the hit because their service is appalling.

We walked past and spotted the new store today (20/07/22)and kids persuaded me to try it out. . We ordered a half and half and had questions on the types of pizza and dips as the kids couldn't decide. The guy who served us talked us through the options and nothing was too much trouble - in fact as we walked back to the car the kids commented on how friendly he was. Pizza was also excellent and so I think this will be our go-to from now on.

Good food, potato tots could do with cooking longer, great tasting pizza tho

"That's stingy" is what my partner said referring to the toppings when i opened my pizza box. 5 slices had either no or just 1 small piece of ham on a ham/pineapple/mushroom pizza. And then I told her that it's meant to be double ham.. if those are the standards, then I'd rather spend my money at Domino's. The flavour was great, but I don't feel like paying for dough and a couple of pieces of toppings.

Pizza was nice, good crust, tasty tomato base. Service was pretty good, wasn't waiting long at all. Who on earth tested your "garlic sauce" it's vile! Do yourself a favour sub it out, or throw it away.

Finally papa John's now in longeton 10 of 10 Better than domino's worth every penny

Really nice staff members. Lovely new store. Clean and tidy. I had a delicious papadias.
