Always first class food and service.

Food was ok Tasted ok but looked greasier than it actually was They a chicken leg in the kebab. Would order again but probably not the kebab.

Midlands Kebab never fails to please. had guests over and they were as blown away with the food as we always are!

Put a note to say call or text me when outside as baby is sleeping and will set dog off but nope, knocked the door and rang the bell. Chips were thin and tough kebab was different to others not as nice

Order a collection order. On website it gave an option to leave instructions for the restaurant stated needed to be a certain pizza sauce due to allergies, arrived with the wrong sauce phoned up got told no comment t even tho had order still up on phone waste of time won't be using again as now takeaway is useless to us due to allergies. Never normally have issues order most weeks and normally correct food sent but they have now lost customer as clearly don't think sending food that isn't suitable when notified of the allergy is acceptable no apology or anything

A waste of money the coke was warmer than the food

Disgusting my food never arrived the driver never came to my house and the person who answered the phone at midland kebab was rude. I have a ring bell to prove he never turned up so i cancelled my order because of how i was spoken to.

The foods was cold , not much meat on kebabs when I asked for large . 3 little chef in derby is massive for £5 when I paying for this price not happy. Fanta can was advised but when it arrived it was different brands . Chips was stone cold. Won’t be order again

Wrong food delivered and freezing cold

Regular customer but I waited 2 hours and nothing arrived, called them, said they’d speak to the driver, called them again and was told there was no order for my address

the chicken was not great, one piece was just thrown away but the rest was fantastic!

Didn’t get the drink with the kids meal

Paid £11 for meal deal 4 and got hardly any meat or anything surely if your paying for a meal deal like that you should get more that 6 pieces of donna meat

It is my first review ever, because it was my worst take away. What they call it “salad” it was a few pieces of cabbage. That’s all. Not even a cucumber. Meat was chewy and very questionable. Fries - absolutely disgusting - hard, guessing old oil or something. Naan bread all burned. A big, big NO. Perfect way to ruin the end of the night

Foods gone completely down hill used to order all the time, picked food up and it’s all burnt dead hard to chew really unhappy

Delivery driver had a go at me down the phone because he was knocking on the wrong door. Not sure how that was my fault, then when he got the right house he threw the bag of food at me and ran off up the drive. Need to work on their social skills, perhaps he has aspergers but if not just a total knob

The food was very nice, but unfortunately there wasn't a lot of it.

we are very disappointed this is the third time now we have ordered and the food is not hot infact it wasn't even warm. we will not be ordering again from this business.

Expected the sauce & salad to be separated not all over the food, only one person ate the food due to this

Food was collected earlier than time stated and was cold.

I wasn't listening out for a delivery because Just Eat didnt tell me it was on the way, and said it was due at 21:50, I then got a call at 21:20 from the delivery driver who basically said he's been waiting ages and rudely said 'you have 1 minute to come get it or I'm going, I'm busy!' I got it, apologised, the food was cold but otherwise tolerable.

I love Midland but the kebabs are always cold by time they come. Will probably order to collect in future. Shame really

We ordered a few week ago and although the food was good it wasn’t warm. We ordered again tonight & I pointed out that the last food was not warm. I was re-assured that it would be okay .. Not the case. We will not be placing further orders!!

Nice food Tika really is amazing so is the donner, could use more cheese on chips and meals though and it would be perfect!

food was brillaint. let them know my it was my wifes birthday and they wrote happy birthday on all packaging and gave a bottle of coke for free. they didnt have to do anything but its the little things that make you return. great job midlands 👍👍 wife was very pleased

Delivery was on time. The Salad with the kebab is just onion however. Meat is acceptable but not to its previous level.

First lot of food was cold had to ring and complain was offered re delivery or money off next time went with re order and was ok shame it took a second time to get it right will not go back

Just ordered a tandoori chicken kebab. And after biting into it I got a tandoori chicken leg on the bone in a naan bread, which nearly broke my teeth. After complaining all they cared about was my address. Congratulations you have it! Maybe you should care more about the bone in a kebab than a customers address. And before the restaurant’ comes back with the comment that tandoori is on the bone, no where on your menu on Foodhub does it say the tandoori kebab is on the bone.

food was hot . tasted ok.burnt toasted burger bun .no sauce on any of my food and asked for garlic mayo on all.very dry to eat with no sauce struggled to swallow food that dry.

We asked for mild chilli but certainly got hot chilli which unfortunately ruined our meal as it was way too spicy for us.

Wrong salads on kids chicken burgers which were meant to be chicken fillet. Family kebab had more bone than meat and salad was all onion, 2 slices of cucumber and 1 half slice of tomatoe. Kfta dry, lamb tough, nan chewy. No thank you!!

I used to love the Shish. The Donner and Tikka are the same as always - brilliant. But the shish is extremely hit and miss and was disappointed with the taste of the shish, tasted off and was quite pink inside so had to chuck the shish away. Left a really strange taste in the mouth.

Absolutely disgusting the chicken was black and burnt to a crisp but still sent it anyway. It was definitely old refried chicken couldn't even eat it. Will never order again

Portion size was good,meat quality was poor and was a sloppy mess when delivered with wet packaging,had to heat up again,ordered 2x midland kebab special! Was nothing special chicken was dry and overcooked,chips tasted like old oil and was cold on arrival,really disappointed as midland kebab used to be fantastic,if i could i would ask for a refund!!

Way too expensive for what you get. Hardly any meat on large kebab. Only 2 little bits of cheese on cold chips, that wasn't worth £5. Overall was not worth £20 that I paid.

Got family kebab for £16, V good value and all salad was fresh... Hold on see below Had to update this review, ordered again today, 2 large kebabs, very tasty but very skimpy, not much meat at all, very disappointed 😥 had a so called large kebab at 7.30pm and ate a ham cob at 12, never I have been served such an anorexic kebab 💀

Really good, apart from there wasn't much salad or an option to have sauce on the side as I love sauce but my other half doesn't and we shared. Good tasty kebab ☺

Good quality take away kebabs and curry's for many years love It! Updated from 6 years ago!!!! Food quality is still great but it's to expensive now and the last time I ordered will be the last after 20 years as my favourite kebabs. My order was delivered and the driver refunded me the cost of the can of pop as he had dropped it on the floor and it split, I felt like saying go get another because your 3 mins drive away but I'm not a knob. I left the house in the morning to find he had left the can on the floor in the street!!! Unacceptable behaviour I'm afraid, it's disrespectful. Won't use ever again

Drinks 1.25 not 1.5 which I paid for plus not pepsi but diet coke. Kebab was dry and very luke warm plus salad was mostly onion with half a slice of tomatoe and 2 slices of cucumber with about 2 whole onions sliced up. Can't recommend this place as it was all round dissatisfied experience. Order somewhere else is my best recommended advice to avoid disappointment

Large kebab was tiny. Handful slices of meat and their salad was literally just a quarter of an onion. Hot chili sauce wasn't hot at all, tasted mostly of vinegar. For the same price you can order a kebab from anyone else in this area and you will be given meal twice as big a and tasty.

As always flipping lush! Pay day treat from here always satisfies

Ordered a well done pizza and chips it got here after a hour the pizza was undercooked and cold the fries was also cold told the delivery driver to take it back wasn’t eating that rubbish

Had a lamb it was boodly horrible could eat hard lumps meat didn't even recognize it no taste bin it

Over the years I’ve ordered a lot of kebabs from midland kebabs. I’ve never had any issues and the food is always delicious. Delivery is generally a few minutes earlier than the predicted time and the drivers are friendly and polite.

Order turned up wrong, I did contact Midland Kebab and they did replace the incorrect item, when the new one turned up it wasn’t hot.

I had to call them, they put it right straight away & delivered more food within 10 mins, no arguing, just politeness & very easy dealing with them. More companies should be like these. Food was lovely too.

Said it was delivered but it hadn’t! So rang to see what was happening and why it said delivered when not.. Don’t get me wrong they apologised re did the food but the so called manager came with the driver who made out he’d been and hasn’t was rather rude and disrespectful won’t be ordering again!!

ONG what's to say. Food was absolutely outstanding For once no one spoke whilst eating, conversation was zero as we all savoured that flavour of our takeaway Will definitely be ordering again Highly recommended 👌 👍
