Midland Kebabs in Erewash

We ordered a few week ago and although the food was good it wasn’t warm. We ordered again tonight & I pointed out that the last food was not warm. I was re-assured that it would be okay .. Not the case. We will not be placing further orders!!

Just ordered a tandoori chicken kebab. And after biting into it I got a tandoori chicken leg on the bone in a naan bread, which nearly broke my teeth. After complaining all they cared about was my address. Congratulations you have it! Maybe you should care more about the bone in a kebab than a customers address. And before the restaurant’ comes back with the comment that tandoori is on the bone, no where on your menu on Foodhub does it say the tandoori kebab is on the bone.

Wrong salads on kids chicken burgers which were meant to be chicken fillet. Family kebab had more bone than meat and salad was all onion, 2 slices of cucumber and 1 half slice of tomatoe. Kfta dry, lamb tough, nan chewy. No thank you!!

Got family kebab for £16, V good value and all salad was fresh... Hold on see below Had to update this review, ordered again today, 2 large kebabs, very tasty but very skimpy, not much meat at all, very disappointed 😥 had a so called large kebab at 7.30pm and ate a ham cob at 12, never I have been served such an anorexic kebab 💀

Good quality take away kebabs and curry's for many years love It! Updated from 6 years ago!!!! Food quality is still great but it's to expensive now and the last time I ordered will be the last after 20 years as my favourite kebabs. My order was delivered and the driver refunded me the cost of the can of pop as he had dropped it on the floor and it split, I felt like saying go get another because your 3 mins drive away but I'm not a knob. I left the house in the morning to find he had left the can on the floor in the street!!! Unacceptable behaviour I'm afraid, it's disrespectful. Won't use ever again

Ordered a well done pizza and chips it got here after a hour the pizza was undercooked and cold the fries was also cold told the delivery driver to take it back wasn’t eating that rubbish

Had a lamb it was boodly horrible could eat hard lumps meat didn't even recognize it no taste bin it

Caught food poisoning after eating a kebab from here

Ordered at 17.45 two pizzas chips and cheese and donor and chips. Driver turned At 18.50. with a missing pizza his response I have delivered to someone else. called the shop to ask to see when my pizza is coming at 19.00 it’s 19.45 still no pizza.

Food not great and the portions are not great very little food for the price you pay I won't go again

Obviously disgraceful £10 for a small kebab do not use the Midland kebab

Cheap burgers, taste worse than Asda value burgers. Expensive. No chips. Wouldn't recommend

Burger not to bad, same can be said for the pizza. However the fries are awful, if your going to sell old fries reheated then do them half price. Unedible. Wouldn't recommend.

Not good! usually really nice but this time awful, tasted really weird after one bite, threw it all in the bin, even smelt off! Left a bad after taste, definitely put us off from here!

Tried a variety of food with high hopes and boy was I not disappointed. The steamy succulent donner with meat ( sheesh ) on a wide range of luxurious naan is a “must have” for anyone craving some juicy fresh heavenly filling food. The man on the phone was extremely nice in taking my long order without rushing me whatsoever, who has that type of customer service these days. If I didn’t need to worry about my physical figure and bank figure I’d be eating here for every meal as the options go on forever!

I use to live in Ilkeston but moved to Eastwood. But I didn't have to move Kebab Houses. Enough said!

Lovely kebabs, best in Ilkeston especially with their Nann breads. The mint yogurt is amazing

Worst takeaway I've ever had so definitely won't use again Nothing was good,pizza was cold and burnt ,soggy chips ,chicken burnt possibly reheated ,kebab was terrible all went in bin How can you send out food like this and expect any other review?

Thought I'd write a review seeing as the reviews of late weren't great and not having ordered for quite some time I was a bit dubious BUT the food was fab as usual. Delivery was quick too for a Sunday bank holiday weekend. Usual large chicken tikka, shish, donner kebab, meat tender & cooked perfectly. Chicken strips not ordered before but they were really nice. The only thing I had to do was heat kebab for a minute in microwave but I do that with most take aways anyway!

Just spent £25 on kebabs and wish I'd not bothered hardly any salad (I got 1 piece of tomato) the lamb had been cremated the only think that was ok is the chips ... Awful meal which is a real shame.

Ordered two chicken kebabs from here. Waste of money, small. Didnt have any sauce on like i asked for. Not worth the money. Rang up and they didn't do anything about it! Pathetic.

Definitely not value for money!! Ordered dinner meat and chips on nan and there was probably 7 or 8 strands on donner meat!! So tight it’s unbelievable! Would rather drive to derby get proper portions! Definitely won’t be returning again! Been ripped off by these mugs time and time again!!

Very poor quality chicken kebab. 2 hours after eating I thrown up which was put down to food poisoning! I will say though the chips and garlic bread pizza where outstanding! So what im saying is buy a product that is not meat based and you'll be sound.

Absolutely shocking!!!! Kebab had 9 small pieces of chicken stone cold, large pizza is an 8 inch and warm, separate salad is a tiny bag of lettuce and 1 piece of cucumber and dry af!!!!! £13 quid😂😂😂 never ordering from here again!!!

Chips were soggy kid you not three tiny pieces donnor meat and no shish and tiny amount of chicken tikka for 11.50 delivery go manor fish bar every time half the price twice the product.

The biggest Onion Bahajis I've ever had. Excellent Indian food and other delights. Very friendly staff which are helpful and respectful of their customers. This is lacking in many English takeaways.

Fantastic range of food and at really great prices. If your order via their online webpage then you'll also get an additional 15% off!! This place is always busy, especially at weekends. Be prepared for a bit of a wait if ordering for delivery.

Not happy about delivery charge it's wrong on just eat it's not £1 and if u pay for a 1.5 ltr bottle of pop u only get a 1.25 ltr bottle just pulling money out of people just be right with people

Was an excellent late night bite and all the better with a drink. Good portion and tasty. Surprisingly good for being hidden away, will try again.

Brilliant service, very good delivery time, lovely food and most of all very pleasant staff! I ordered saag aloo & they’d ran out of spinach so they called me to let me know they had given me an alternative which I found very courteous! I used to eat from here all the time but when I moved to a different area I wasn’t aware that they would deliver this far, I am very pleased to have discovered that they do!

Fries taste half raw... this has been an issue for at least two years now.

Great kebabs. I travel from junction 27 for a good Friday night treat. Great pizza as well.

This place has some killer kebabs. If you like tons of random meat rolled up on a flat bread with some spicy sauce on top, this is your place. I also hear they have alright pizzas.
