Really lovely Chinese food, good selection of vegetarian and meat dishes, all beautifully cooked. Living locally we have been coming here for 2 years now and always been more than satisfied.

the worker at the front desk was a lovely girl, she helped me choose my order and was great fun, at such a young age has great manners! LOVELY!!

I went for my occasional Chinese takeaway treat, trying this place out as I was passing. I had my usual Singapore chow mien, and sweet & sour chicken. The chow mien was just mainly noodles a few bean sprouts, I saw a prawn I think. It was well over cooked, and it seemed like they had added a poor quality curry sauce! I am afraid to say it was disgusting. I have had this meal from a number of other takeaways over the years - rating from 6 to 9 /10. This rated 1. So sorry but ‘Goodwill’ needs a drastic improvement for me to entertain returning.

Good value meal quick service and close to where I live will try again in the future . So good to find a nice Meal!!!

I invited my daughter, her partner and my granddaughters over for a birthday chinese meal, it was the first time of using this Chinese, I spent a fair amount of money to feed us all, and it went into the dustbin, not out stomachs. The only thing we could eat was the prawn crackers. I certainly wouldn’t use this take away ever again.

This is a convenient take away but if there was another local one wouldnt use this one. The chicken balls have got smaller over the last two years and the chicken chow mein no chicken in it. Its a shame as when a dish is good very tasty. Tried giving feedback directly but owners not interested.

The worst place I have ever eaten, had a takeaway from here at the weekend. Ordered what we thought would be a nice meal and turned out to be nothing more than slop in a plastic container. Not only did we have the worst meal imaginable but 1 of us ended up with severe food poisoning.

We visited friends in petworth for the first time in October and decided as there was 9 of us we would get a takeaway instead of cooking,the food was lovely and really hot,we had plenty to choose from on the menu and were not disappointed with any of the dishes,we only had one jiggle and that was when we got it home we were missing 2 dishes that we ordered and because we were not given a receipt we couldn’t see if we had been charged for them or not.

This is for sure one of the lower end quality Chinese Take-aways I have experienced. The food tastes grotty and the meat in the dishes is foul. I wont be eating here again in this life time again.

We are always very pleased with the food we have. We just had Sweet and sour chicken balls and Hong Kong style chicken with egg rice.

Tried this takeaway when it first got taken over from the people that served burnt rice! Although an improvement, not great. Having spoken to the local people of Petworth, they say that this takeaway is great now?? Obviously haven't travelled and easilly pleased! On the recommendation of a few locals, we tried 2 meals. I had chicken chow mein and the wife had special chow mein. Where was the meat? A few tiny pieces of some sort of meat about 1/2cm square and a couple of tiny shrimps in the wifes special. Honestly was a plate full of noodles with little else. Have had better pot noodles! Avoid at all costs!

We had a large takeaway from the Goodwill House last weekend to feed 5 and it was excellent and good value for money. We will definitely be using much much more. I have to say that we used the takeaway about 8 years ago and it was not great. However I think it's under new management or has new owners and its completely transformed. The food was very tasty and really superb quality and no nasty msg. Very very happy customer. Well done Goodwill House.
