Been here several times now for evening meals, sun lunch and quiz night. Always good and reasonably priced. Very welcoming staff and family friendly. Would definitely return and recommend.

Done a lot of work. Lovely inside. Welcoming. Food doesnt take long. Always lovely & if you need beast meals. Its the place to go. I need bigger meals, the only place I go to and never think where is the rest. I always leave happy and full without paying over the odds. Now a local. Love the place. Run by lovely people.

We saw this place had opened and decided to give it a try. The place is nicely decorated and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. Cheap booze and friendly staff what more can you ask for from a local. Have recommended and would definately come here again.

This is a dog friendly restaurant that caters for all breakfast, lunch. Open from 9am until 4pm daily, Closed on a Tuesday. The food is scrumptious and so reasonable with large portions. Their ice cream is yummy. Sunday lunch is amazing and their evening menu is unbelievable given the quality and cost. Even on a budget you can justify eating here.

Whistle RoadGarlic mushrooms with a balsamic glaze over a toasted brioche bun was absolutely gorgeous I ate it before I remembered to take a photo for the review, my main meal was steak and ale pie with chips and gravy, my wife had the scampi and chips and was absolutely delicious. We will be coming back up in the summer and eating outside there’s lots too do up here, when the weather gets better camping and caravan’s are welcome as well, and a park for the kids.

Wain-y-Clare Cottage Usk RoadGreat welcome from bar staff. We visited lunchtime, 4 of us. We had tapas, garlic prawns, meatballs, sweet chilli belly pork bites, chips, garlic mushrooms, maple chicken waffle chirozo sausage, all food amazing, piping hot, tasty flavours, would definitely go again.
