GoodBrews in Gateshead

I called in for a quick pick me up espresso I ordered a double it arrived very quickly the chap behind the bar was very efficient and polite.

Asked for brown bun told yes no problem then came in white. Asked to change then told we don't do brown??? Asked to plug in phone to charge. Not able to as apparently trips the whole electrics in the business. Perhaps the electrics need checking or upgrading?? Not offered apology or a loyalty card. Other customers were offered a loyalty card as I sat and waited for my connection bus. Soya latte was nice but customer service goes a long way in this extrenely competitive buiness. Sadly I won't return based on my experience.

Intercambiador de autobuses situado dentro de Gateshead. Hace el mejor "para llevar" capuchino y pasteles jamás para morirse.

Llamado aquí para un aperitivo, el té y el café era bueno y caliente, y el mejor pan tostado de panini que he tenido durante un tiempo. Es barato y alegre, pero ninguno de los peores.

Yo vengo aquí regularmente para conseguir arreglar mi café de la mañana. Hacen un buena selección de sandwiches y pasteles si apetece vuelve a almorzar. La oferta de desayuno es uno de mis favoritos

As a daily commuter, I often use this little treasure of a shop during the early mornings. The staff there are lovely to say the least; they always remember my regular order and get my day off to a great start!

I used to visit Good brews on a daily basis while waiting for my bus home after nightshift and it's probably the best coffee I've ever had along with a lovely butty, always fantastic customer service. Can't fault this place or the staff.

What a fab little coffee shop, lovely coffee, cakes and snacks, very reasonable Welcoming staff, I got a real 5 star service

this is a good little cafe and in acgood place for customers to have a bite to eat on the go or even grab a few thing just to put in ya bag for a trip down to the coast and the food is good quality and excellent staff service with a smile

If you are passing through Gateshead and in need of a coffee or a sandwich, this is the place you want to visit. Theirs is - without a doubt - the best coffee in the area and extremely reasonably priced. The owners and staff are extremely welcoming and friendly and are always happy to recommend something if you are not sure (they have an AMAZING range of syrups for flavoured coffee fans!). I'm often tempted by one of their delicious bacon sandwiches on a morning and having had their lunch sandwiches a few times can also say they are excellent, very fresh with a generous amount of filling. My Hubby and I usually pop in for a quick coffee on the way to work and love it so much we often go out of our way to go here on weekends/days off for our coffee fix!

Great place to grab a bite to eat.....had one of there fantastic crunchie topped hot chocolates and a breakfast sandwich. Lovely service and great staff

If you travel through Gateshead you must stop in, lovely friendly service with the option of hot and cold drinks available.

I've been going since it opened a year ago and would struggle without my morning coffee fix. They're always so friendly and the food and drink really fresh. Just what you need when you get off the Metro or bus!

Gateshead has been crying out for a decent coffee/ sandwich shop for years, and this place delivers. Excellent location and good selection of sandwiches/ snacks/ drinks. Very friendly staff also

My favourite coffee shop in the world!It's on my way to work and I couldn't even dream of starting a shift without having one of their perfect lattes and brownies!The service is always spot on and the guy's make you feel very welcome. I don't have much time so just get what I need but they have lots of different things on the menu from coffees, teas, hot chocolates, sandwiches, wraps, salads, treats, sweets and cakes. I would highly recommend this place to anyone stopping in Gateshead and I'm constantly talking about the place at work! You can't miss this place either as it's in the middle of the bus station!Don't miss out on this place like! Also I've been slowly making my way through all the flavour they offer with the lattes and I will recommend bubblegum to anyone!

Staff greeted me with a smile, service was efficient and quick, food lovely. Great range of sandwiches/wraps to choose from. Everything made fresh. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Good choice of hot and cold drinks, breakfast baps, lunch baps/wraps, salad, crisps, chocolate bars and tray bakes! Lovely coffee, great prices and friendly owners/staff. They've just had their first birthday, here's to many more.
