Good Luck in Barking and Dagenham

Placed an order get home to find items missing then delivers it 25 minutes later then the other food is cold

Possibly the worse Chinese I have ever had. Tough ribs in what supposed to be bbq source. Singapore Chow main had hardly any meat in it, just dry noodles. sweet and sour didn’t taste like sweet and sour. Salt and pepper chips were just awful. How can you serve rubbish like this? And I paid £28 for the privilege. Never again

Had house special chow mien 2 prawns 2 bits of beef 1 bit of pork couple bit of chicken not nice not worth money house special lol

First and last time ordering from this place. I just ordered a large king prawn Chow Meni and only received 4 prawns. The chow mien was so dry lacked flavour and had no vegetables. I could have cooked a better chow menu myself.

Unfortunately not for us. Chow mein was too greasy, sweet and sour sauce was too sharp, and the smoked chicken was too hard

I understand its called a sweet and sour sauce, but there should be a balance between the sweetness and the sourness. Rather, it's much much more sweet than sour. Too sweet.

Extremely salty inedible food and I have high tolerance for salt. When informed the restaurant they were rude and would not even listen to what the issue was. Was very arrogant saying they have 100s of customers. To the least they could have listened to what the customer wants. Dont order food from here. It's a waste of money. Very poor service.

I ordered this chinses food and everything I ordered delivered to me wrong and the chicken wings was tasteless am not going to order again 👎👎

They forgot 1 curry sauce AGAIN!!!!!!

Love their food. Orders made fast, on waiting time you can go next door where is a shop, to buy drink or anything else.

Delivered at the agreed time but not the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Sweet and sour sauce is very tangy, chicken balls are like chicken nuggets and the chow mein was a bit bland. Not bad quality, but not the best in my opinion

was not really impressed with the food, rice was quite dry and chow mein tasted funny. Also I ordered chicken balls but they came as strips?

The food was amazing tasted delicious, hardly any oil like normal Chinese places, the food came hot and on time. Definitely order again

Bbq ribs were awful. Special fried rice was delivered very hot which was good but hardly any flavour or veg. My sis enjoyed it but i didnt like it. First time i tried them but unlikely to go back. The delivery was really early too.

This is my local Chinese take away,I love the food here the delivery is quick and food fresh ....It also has an open kitchen which I like to see as you can watch your food being cooked....lovely Chinese take away

I am a regular customer of Good Luck, and have always been satisfied with them. However, I am very disappointed that they are now charging £3 for delivery on an order of over £21.00. I am seriously thinking of not using them anymore. What with the 50p charge for paying with my card, it puts an extra £3.50 on the price. I always though delivery was free over £15.00. I mentioned it to the guy who delivered my order and he was surprised also. He said he would mention it to the manager. I hope that Good Luck cut this delivery charge, as I will not use them again

Food is usually always very nice but when you have pay £3 delivery charge and then the food turns up 25 mins late and freezing cold. Not good!

Food was due at 19:10 it didn't arrive until 20:15 by which time we were starving. Called restaurant at 19:30 and was told when the driver came back would tell him to deliver mine first. Called again at 20:00 and was told didn't know what had happened or where the driver was. Not very helpful. We use good luck a lot but won't be anymore.

Finished both my chow mein and spare ribs but still wanting more not that the portions were small they were perfect just really wet my taste buds wish id ordered more . Will be ordering again this time pop in myself look around thanks lovely meal .

Delivery time was a little long, but no real complaints. The food on the other hand... questionable meat in the dumplings and wontons, some rather off putting food colouring in the crispy beef and an ever present taste of vinegar in all the dishes. Disappointed.
