Cracking chinese always quick and great food

Food was surprisingly ok , and the store’s environment hygiene management makes people feel very comfortable when picking up food . It is worth recommending everyone to try it ! 👍

Usually enjoy food from here but very very disappointed last night! Full order went in the bin!! It's was disgusting!! And food was at my door within 5mins off ordering which to me means either reheat from last night or wasnt cooked

Food was delivered incredibly quickly and the food was fresh and flavourful.

Must be new owners past few meals have bn nipper curry sauce so wife n kids can't eat it anymore plus not as much chicken in the curry anymore and then got soggy prawn crackers. After all these years sadly time to change

Waited 2 hours for my food and it was cold when it arrived. Went straight into the bin.

Prawn toast and spring rolls in mixed starter were cold and soggy. Chips were cold and tasted awful. Chicken fried rice cold. I phoned the understand after waiting over an hour and they said my food was ready but they were busy and my food was waiting on their driver. I waited an additional 45 minutes before it arrived by which time it had obviously been lying out during that time.

2 different options for Chicken fried rice dry or with sauce ordered dry came with sauce knew I should have put it in the notes disappointed

Been going here for years and it’s usually amazing but tonight I found a bit of beef in my vegetable chow mein! As a vegetarian it was quite upsetting and always makes me wonder about the cleaning and cross contamination of the kitchen

Always use this takeaway, but disappointed with the sweet and sour chicken balls. Overcooked and bitter and small in size.. minute compared to previous orders, so overall I was very disappointed with this order.

Salt and pepper chips were amazing, chicken balls and chicken curry too!

Staff was very rude on the phone and hung up, when I rang them to ask where my food was they told me they was waiting for there delivery driver to come back to get it 15 mins after it was supposed to be delivered. And food still isn’t here

First time ordering from here, food and portion size are outstanding!

Afraid I won’t be giving this order any stars for any categories. Although on time the .orders generally come within a half hour. I’ve ordered food from this takeaway for many years and can’t remember ever having to complain about food. I couldn’t even tear the steak apart with my fingers let alone my teeth, there was so much grizzle in the meat too! It’s the only place I order a steak from and am very surprised/shocked to be honest.

I ordered the food at 7pm and it didn't turn up until 8.30pm. To wait that long is not acceptable.

Couldnt fault the food. The ribs were really good! I got the mixed snack special in my order and the only thing id have liked was the sauce seperate. I paid extra for it so assumed it would come in a wee tub. Was nice though!

Fabulous meal. The one set dinner meal is a bargain at ,£9.50 for what you get. Can't fault it and it's the only shop I use 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Food was surprisingly ok , I've had worse apart from the chips , all Chinese chips are bad but these were beyond that , straight in the bin but the curry and the rice were quite good , the service however was terrible actually felt I had made a mistake and toyed with cancelling my order

Food containers arrived open. The delivery driver was disrespectful and the person at the restaurant answering the phones forgot to mute the phone while I listened to her bad mouth me. She has obviously been never trained to deal with complaints about food arriving open and a car full of NEDS delivering it.

Food always arrives hot and early and is delicious. I ordered chicken fried rice (dry), however it came in gravy. There is an option on the menu for chicken fried rice with gravy, however I definitely selected the dry option, so I'm not sure if they got mixed up or if its a Just Eat issue. Will order from again but if ordering the chicken fried rice again, I'll maybe call the restaurant and make sure that's what has went through.

Menu has two options available for Chicken Fried rice - with or without sauce. I ordered “dry” but it turned up with sauce all over it, it’s personally not something I eat so had to bin it all. Just Eat are only refunding rice so I’ll have paid £12 for chicken balls, chips and a coke which id have preferred to send it all back and reorder my full order elsewhere.

The hotel is a member of ITC, and tries hard to exude the ambience of usual ITC properties. It is well-kept, but very undeveloped just outside the property walls, where you will find yourself in the usual dust and litter of Gandhinagar. Inside is an oasis. The food is excellent. Chef Kinjal Rathod is amazing and an up-and-coming pastry chef par excellence. Her made-to-order breakfast creations will start your day with a smile and a happy belly. Her desserts are fabulous, including the kheer, her cakes, gulab jamun in malai, and the amazing custards she created. They are in the buffet, both at breakfast and dinner, so find her and enjoy the luxury of her cooking.

Ordered a Chinese munchies box for me and my friend and when we finally got the delivery they had gave us a meal for one we phoned up to sort the problem and the woman on the phone was shouting down the phone being aggressive and we even asked them to come and take the food back and for a refund and they refused will never order out there again disgraceful

Came back from a week abroad tonight so decided to try New Good Fortune as a leaflet with menu had been posted through my letterbox. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal, fresh & very tasty! Thanks!

While the food did arrive on time and was fresh it was completely flavourless. Chownein tasted just like plain noodles and very greasy. Over priced and bad quality food.

This place is our goto. Usually never lets you down. However, the chicken, in the sweet and sour that I ordered tonight, was as chewy as a well done steak. Chewing for days.

Not sure what happened this time but rather disappointing the shear starter was well everything tasted the same beef and mushroom and the chow main both very salty and even the crackers were just too fat and hard

Hong Kong takeaway is my go to order for Chinese, so good. Best salt & pepper chips. They always give you free prawn crackers on larger orders. This time they included a large bottle of coke free of charge. Amazing food and amazing customer service. Also always arrives earlier than expected! 10/10 recommend

Absolutely shocking. Will never order again. Phoned 4x over 2.5 hours to get my order delivered. Not the smallest order, was £25. I can virtually see the take away from my house, asked if busy, told no as I would have picked it up. I’m a regular customer, this is the 2nd time this has happened. Very poor English, hard to communicate with. NEVER AGAIN, lied to 3x told def 5mins.

Beef curry was like a portion of curry sauce with a few bits of meat thrown in, portions awful. Ribs deep fried and burnt tasting. Nice delivery driver that's about the best thing to say about it.

Chicken curry was so delicious Not had one like that for awhile I’m always Fussy about chicken and it was amazing defo order for there again 👍

Over 2 hours late and food was so so cold and children can’t eat it I am very unhappy and want a refund.

With it being Christmas Eve I understand food would be late but the chicken curry was cold and there was a layer of hard sauce on the top. We couldn’t eat and it went into the bin.

Tried here as received an appealing looking menu through our letterbox. Really wish we had not. Very disappointing food. The Red Thai Curry was unlike anything resembling that I have had before, watery, tasteless and full of very strange veg selection. The salt and chilli box was clearly reheat and very chewy with brittle chips. Maybe some would like it but we will not return.

Was one of the best places to order from.. not now, delivery time is terrible and waited over an hour for delivery and then when I spoke to someone on the phone all I got was cheek so will never be ordering from this place again !!!!!

Ordered a vegetable curry with chips. The curry had a minimal amount of bean sprouts in it and also two chopped mushrooms. The rest was chopped cucumber! and salad tomatoes! All in a watery curry sauce. I know supplies are low just now but please take vegetable curry off the menu rather than give people horrible tasteless food of a low and unacceptable standard. The chips were ok - but I will never order from this take away again.

Far too expensive I was a chef for thirty years, buy a curry is a lazy treat, it cost less than £1.50 to make a curry and they want to charge £7.50 shame on them
