Four friends have just been here .. it was a lovely restful stay .I enjoyed my treatment what I had facial. Staff are really lovely.even when they are under staffed.they work really hard to help your stay be joyful.we will be back

Spent 4 nights at the hotel, we had a relaxing time, good service with friendly staff. We used the pool and sauna a couple of times which we enjoyed.

Went here for the first time and was very disappointed. It was my friend’s birthday and the decor seemed very outdated. The spa was better (which was what we were going there for) and was very disorganised. The afternoon tea we were told would have gluten free options. When we went to eat, the receptionist did not have a clue. So I ended up having an awful red pepper soup. My friend had a boring sandwich collection and specifically requested no pork options. It was so busy with a lot of people. This made the spa experience a not so spa experience. We checked in at 1.30 and our treatment was at 5pm! A very long wait. I have been to many spas and enjoyed every single one. Each one had their own little perk and something different. A disappointment all the way. I won’t be going there again nor recommend it. We were told that it was now an external company managing it but we paid for a service and expected something decent in return. When we finished and walked back to the car, I almost fell as there were some stairs and not even a light! Avoid!

Went for a Sunday roast. It was very tasty, but I like my beef rare it was well done. It was the usual 3 roast potatoes, but unfortunately, it wasn't roasted very well. The parsnip and carrot could have been cooked less. My wife had the nut roast. She enjoyed that very much, but no Yorkshire pudding and the same issue with the vegetables and potatoes

Afternoon Tea Was lovely but the best thing was the restaurant staff. Lovely person, couldn't do enough for us. She was on her own running round serving, taking orders and seating people. She did a marvellous job and a credit to the hotel. thank you

First time here.but it won't be the last. What a super place to dine. Served by Grace who looked after us for nearly 2 hours. Nothing was too much trouble. It was nice to be served by someone who always had a smile on her face and really enjoyed her job. I can't put into words how she made our afternoon. She was under pressure most of the time but treated everyone the same. Nothing was too much trouble. Grace we will be back. A very gracious thank you from all 4 of us.

Went here for Afternoon tea couple days ago, at the Gomersal park hotel with my sister. The location was really nice, it was getting busy, but not too crowded, felt serene and peaceful around. The place was clean.and tidy and the food was amazing. But what stood out was the service received from Gracie-Anne, she made us feel so welcomed from the moment she greeted us. She was so friendly and bubbly and really went above and beyond with her kind, friendly attitude, witty banter and infectious laugh. Her vibe was on point and energy unmatched, we felt as though we've known her for ages which is so refreshing to find nowadays with strangers. We'll defo be returning and have already recommended to family & friends.

Spa was very good and the Food was amazing and the staff was Brilliant. Highly recommend this spa.

Went there today for Afternoon Tea with 3 friends. The young lady who greeted us and served us was amazing. Her name was Gracie (another name too but I've forgotten. Blonde hair and very bubbly). She was so friendly and made us so welcome. 10/10 for her. The sandwiches and cakes were delicious and all freshly baked. Plenty of cups of tea too. Definitely recommend it to anyone. Hopefully we will be back soon. Thank you. ❤️

Service was great, really friendly staff and went over and above at times. The room was clean although tired and dated. Recommend the hot stone massage albeit a little expensive. My only grumble was paying £4 for a diet coke which was poured from a 2ltr bottle which retails for approx £1.85!

Went to this hotel on a spa package with my daughter it was great value for money, we got use of the spa facilities, a treatment,bed breakfast, afternoon tea and a £40 credit pp towards our evening meal. The spa is modern and a very nice area to relax thoroughly enjoyed the 90 minute treatment which included a body scrub and massage. Our room was very nicely furnished modern and clean the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant area is very large and with lovely decor throughout our food was very nice although there was a tad too much gravy with my sausage and mash! Breakfast was good large choice of cereals and hot food. The car park is very large with ample spaces and the outside areas are clean and tidy and I bet look lovely in the summer. Would definitely stay here again and can throughly recommend the spa package

We have been for many spa packages here, but on arrival this time we were met with a faulty foot spa and lukewarm hot tub with jets not working. Food is absolutely delicious in the spa and the restaurant and the waitresses were fabulous. Just needs a refurb in the spa area. Fantastic facial too. The rooms were noisy with what sounds like a broken air con machine which we did mention to the receptionist who said shell get maintenance on it.

I was treated to a stay here for my birthday, myself and my friend had an amazing stay, the room was lovely, the spa amazing and food great . A special shout out to all the amazing friendly staff , Gracie Ann, molly and Kelly worked especially hard and catered to our every need . I will certainly be returning .

Today myself and a friend went for a Groupon Sunday lunch and it was superb. Amazing Yorkshire Puddings, and lovely melt in the mouth before. Delicious. Fantastic service from all the lovely, smiling, welcoming staff and especially from Gracie-Ann who remembered me from last time, which was lovely. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and I’ve had a very good time there on both the occasions I have been.

Such a great place to stay, the facilities are a combination of classy high finish and a traditional hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The TV was of a good size and the normal facilities were all present. Food in the bar was well priced and tasty. Seating is plentiful and service was quick. A great venue and a great stay.

Lovely place, staff very friendly. Excellent facilities. Very enjoyable experience.

Nice looking place upon arrival, nice bar area and restaurant area with friendly welcoming staff. Restaurant staff were particularly helpful and accommodating. I only used the sauna from the spa facilities but the pool area looked nice. The rest of the place needs some serious investment. Rooms were extremely dated and dusty. Toilet was not secured to the wall or floor. Doors are pretty damaged and my bathroom door scraped the floor when using it. Carpet was full of stains and the felt like it had been down over 40 years. Looks like maintenance has been lacking for some years. Wagyu burger was really nice and so was the chocolate brownie. restaurant and bar area and staff were great!👌 Could be nice with some serious investment.

Really enjoyed the wedding yesterday..nice venue but the staff were amazing always checking to see if everything was ok & very polite and friendly. Also nice to see the owner being there and talking to guests..nice touch!!

A great little hotel just off the M62, staff helpful and food was great.

We went for a spa weekend and overnight stay which was all in all a fantastic experience. We arrived at the venue at 11am and we were told our room was ready which was great so we went and got changed and put on our robes that were provided and headed to the spa. We used the outdoor hot tub, pool,sauna and steam rooms and they were in great condition and not too busy. As it reached 2pm we headed for our respective treatments of which I had a massage that was really good and I felt so relaxed after we finished. We then had a mud chamber which was a great experience and left my skin feeling brand new. After that finished we went to the room to shower and dress for dinner. The restaurant wasn't over busy and the staff were friendly. My wife had fish and I had carbonara and both were delicious. We went to the room then to settle for the evening the only drawback being the room above and next to us were quite noisy and there were people in the corridors throughout the night. Breakfast in the morning was really good with plenty to choose from and great local produce. A great weekend and we have since booked another for march
