Golf Fang - Glasgow in Glasgow City

As a first timer here with friends visiting us from away. I've got to say I am really disappointed. Which is a shame because the reviews on google are great. Maybe the staff were burnt out come Sunday. We paid for the food deal on the website offer and it was a pointless offer. You pay £9 extra and the menu is limited. Then the staff say that's okay because you can have other stuff off the menu. Although they will have to check with the cook. Fair enough. The bar tender or member of staff (not waitress may i add because they don't bring you your food once its cooked). She came to us about 9pm, towards the end of our game to get our food ordered so it is ready for us finishing our game. I thought that was really considerate. Anyway, me being awkward, I asked for another option as they suggested. I quite fancied the Tacos. She asked me to come with her to the kitchen because it is a separate thing (despite us getting the food offer with the game 🤷‍♀️) and she said the cook is often rude to her. So it would be better if I speak to him. I approach this man in the kitchen. I ask for Tacos. He is a very unapproachable and arrogant man. Not wanting to experience a bout of food poisoning. I thought despite his rudeness I would be pleasant. He told me there's no Tacos. It was pretty obvious he was wanting to shut the kitchen down ASAP. Probably why the girl came to take our order in the first place. He said what else do you want but I never considered anything else. I said what do you have. He said well tell me what you want. Basically he was only happy making burgers. So I got a burger and had to pay a further £5 for it due to it not being on the limited menu and I had to pay the difference. When we got to the table. The food was just sat there on the service hatch which states "get yer food here" but we weren't sure if it was ours and we were asking each other do you think that's ours. The cook walks past us and grunts that's your food. So at this point I realise we get it ourselves. Yeh thanks mate. So everyone got chips with their burgers but did I?! Your joking. So I paid £5 more than everyone for less than everyone else. Absolute joke! The bar tender. Lovely lass. She came over to ask if everything is okay. I said everything but the food. You'd expect chips with a burger. She said to take it up with the cook and walked off. Not impressed. Then last orders for drinks was called at 9.45pm so my friends get me a glass of wine. We are all sat there with our drinks and about 5 mins later this guy comes round telling us to drink up. And we're like, erm, we've just got them, give us chance. Its encouraging us to binge drink. I then said to my friends what time do they actually close? We weren't sure. I had to look online. It was 10pm. They could have said this at the bar and gave at least half an hour to drink it up. To top off our night and the reason for the massive rant. We are sat there enjoying our night and this bouncer is stood staring at us. Making us feel really uncomfortable. I will never return. Thankyou for an awkward night.

It was our first time at golf fang and we had an absolute blast the atmosphere was amazing could stare at the art for hours, our server Paul was very helpful throughout checking on us and making sure we understood the rules of the course and the food was out of this world could not recommend this place more definitely coming back.

Best mini golf venue I've been to. Each hole was extremely creative and fun. Cocktails were delicious.

We arrived for it opening so didn't have to wait long to get started and place was quiet so got round the course quite quickly. Course is fun and staff were good. Downside is the music is so loud you can barely talk with the people you are with and put us off sitting and having food when we had finished.

Loved our night of mini-golf, food and drinks. Special shout out to Megan, who was fab 🙂 Great service!

I hate saying this but everything was really good. The food was messy but taste amazing! The cocktails were thoughtout and tasted great! The golf course is very impressive but...it was my Birthday. I mentioned this in the comments and mentioned when I ordered a drink. No one picked up on this which was very disappointing. Also, fix the photo booth. It's very vague and just snaps photos when you aren't ready 😂

Having malcom as a bartender reminded me of watching a 2012 Lionel messi performance effortless when shaking cocktails with excellent patter to match it

We didn't have food but it smelled really good which is why I've scored 4 The whole experience was a lot of fun, the course itself is very diverse and fun with plenty of picture opportunities, the dark neon vibe while very cool did start to give me a bit of a migraine towards the 17th/18th hole, we went during the day so coming back out into daylight was a bit of a shock to the system but other than that cannot fault the place. My biggest gripe has to be drink prices, we were only drinking soft drinks and it was £3 per can of soft drink, the golf itself was like £16 per person with 18 holes I'd say it's not too bad but honestly have a look at your soft drink prices, that was a shock when we wanted 2 cans of irn bru and paid £6!!

Had amazing experience playing mini-golf here, loved the decorations and music. Definitely recommend visiting. Our server Laura was very helpful and friendly

Went here for a 40th birthday, sister not a big fan of mini golf but had a great time. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Parking isnt ideal until after 6 oclock.

Had an amazing time here. The venue is fantastic. Joseph was really great and kept checking if we were ok for drinks. The drinks were good and the food was amazing.huge portions too much for one person. Would recommend the Vietnamese chicken tenders and the loaded chips with haggis. Oh did I mention the staff member Joseph who was extremely helpful.

Great course managed to get 3 holes in one and beat my BF, lots of things to see and I live a pic so really enjoyed the photo ops. Joseph served us and was amazing nothing was too much.

Good day out and a good laugh, food was great!

Came on a Thursday early afternoon, it was quiet and perfect. The holes were fantastic, the art all around amazing and great playlist. Burgers were sensational! Thank you Louis for looking after us and checking we were happy during our visit.

We didn't eat here unfortunately although the food smelt & looked amazing 😋 we wished we hadn't ate before going. The atmosphere is amazing staff are brilliant 👏. Reasonable prices on the drinks we loved the alcohol slushy's 🍒 Also some great picture opportunities 📷 Would recommend to anyone.

The most visually outstanding crazy golf course I’ve been to! Mocktails were delicious and staff were all lovely - Joseph was a great server and made sure we had everything we needed as we went round the course.

We loved coming along. We were there for my 30th and had so much fun. Good price for the length of time it takes and drinks were yummy. Staff were so accommodating and friendly.

Relatively great mini golf. Packed Friday nights, there is quite a queue and wait transitioning between each hole. Great vibes. Good fun and definitely a place to visit in a large group.

Cool place, a good night out that not your usual drinks/dinner. Staff are friendly and helpful and bring drinks to you on holes. I preferred the old menu definitely had better veggie options with the fake meat burgers over chickpea they have now but that’s just personal preference.
