We ordered a 3 tier pre iced sponges with decorations, the cakes arrived to us in Clacton, they were packed brilliantly we knew exactly what day it was arriving, looked amazing, we added some of our own decoration ideas on as well on the day, this was for our wedding cake looked just as we wished at a fraction of cost compared to prices of local bakers/cake makers. The cake was amazing, had so many people comment on it. The communication from them was helpful throughout. Thank you so much to team at Cloud Nine xxx

Only ordered a plain coloured cake as my son wanted to decorate his own birthday cake, and it was the exact colour he wanted and ready to collect when we asked for it to be. Everyone loved it and although I'm not a fan of chocolate cake, I did think this one was really nice. Would definitely use again

We have booked from here twice now. 1st our wedding cake, a chocolate sponge with white icing and secondly for my husband's 50th birthday. Royal blue icing chocolate sponge with a second tier iced but polystyrene. Delivered to the West Midlands both times exceptional delivery. Also recommended to our friends for their wedding cake. More happy customers. Will def order again.

My brother ordered a 12inch and 10inch plain white vanilla sponge they where amazing everyone loved it the staff where amazing helping us with what we needed to decorate the cake our self's my brother and sister in law loved it ❤️

I ordered a 12inch chocolate iced cake, and an 8inch iced fruit cake and an 8inch iced vanilla cake as our wedding cake. I had bought a stand and wanted simple cakes to decorate myself. I was not disappointed. The cakes were ready for collection on the specified date and were boxed up, ready to go when we arrived. They were easy to decorate and transport to our venue. Guests commented how tasty the cakes were and I'm delighted I chose one of each option. I'll definitely be ordering more cakes for family events!

We ordered 1 large fruit cake and 1 small vanilla sponge cake, both iced. We took them to our wedding in Italy in a hold-all 😂 when unpacked there was just 1 little crack in the icing which I repaired. The cakes were delicious and it was worth all the effort of getting them there. Thankyou X

I ordered plain iced cakes (for my wedding) as I wanted to decorate it myself. I was not disappointed! The cakes (x 3 for a three tier cake) came beautifully iced with a white ribbon around the base of each tier. We went for vanilla sponge for the bottom and top tiers and a chocolate sponge for the middle. Both flavours were amazing and so moist. I highly recommend.

I ordered a birthday cake to be delivered to Manchester and they were brilliant. The delivery was on time and the cake was delicious. Well done! Recommended.

Everyone one was very helpful, it's a small place, but you have everything you need to make a fantastic cake. I was on crutches and one Young lady helped me out, letting me through the side door and carried my shopping for me to the car. I highly recommend anyone wishing to make a cake to pay them a visit. And try there cake shake they are to die for.

We ordered the cake for our wedding day which was a couple of days ago and we have had so many compliments about how the cake looks and tastes. With some saying it's the best wedding cake they have ever had! Emails before I placed my order were very quick and gave me all the information and reassures I needed. Just wanted to post a review about this cake shop because the whole experience to ordering it, receiving and eating it was excellent. After I ordered it online the lady rang to confirm all the details were correct,it came on the day it was meant to and the packaging was excellent,the cake was excellent all my 100 guests thought so and I got the plain iced fruit cakes and decorated them myself and also I cannot believe how reasonable priced they were,once again excellent

It would’ve been better if I got what I discussed with the lady on the phone, I asked for the top tier of our cake to be fruit which I got told wouldn’t be problem,but ended up with 3 sponge tiers,I was very disappointed because this was our wedding cake.

Ordered the plain, undecorated iced cake tiers to put together for my wedding cake. Company was super helpful in the ordering process, kept me up to date with delivery and packed the cake very securely to ensure it arrived in tip top condition. Tasted great, looked great and I was very pleased with the price - huge thank you!

Bit late but I ordered my cake for my wedding in may 2022 after being let down by a cake making friend. I was a little apprehensive as it’s a cake in a box being delivered via post and anything could go wrong. I was extremely happy when it arrived. Absolutely impressed as were my guests when I explained where I purchased from. Wouldn’t hesitate in ordering again. Cake was delicious too. I ordered a plain iced cake and added hand made flower decorations myself.

We had a wonderful experience with Cloud Nine, very easy to order what we wanted, prompt delivery, and the most delicious wedding cake which we decorated ourselves :) thank you so much and we'll definitely be back for more cakes in the future!

We've used them on and off for a while, they hold all the stock for cake making, and are pleasant to deal with. This is not a restaurant its a cake making supply shop

The cake was amazing. Tasted even better. Usually wedding cakes get left behind, but our all went and people was asking for 2nds and 3rds. Will be back for more cakes

I'm extremely disappointed. The cake arrived and all four sides are cracked. The box did not have fragile written on the packaging. and the delivery driver was throwing it around. I contacted Cloud nine and they said in a nutshell its nit our problem. I would advise you to nit purchase the cake from Nine cloud. Absolutely kicking myself.

I got a cake for a friend 50th birthday and I was disappointed with the decoration. Please be thorough to staff on what you want and don’t just leave it up to them thinking that this is their bread and butter so they know best. I wanted a New Orleans theme, with poker and pilot. The New Orleans was run off the internet and stuck on square icing and stuck on around the cake. No Mardi Gras etc but photos of parks and bridges - yikes! The pictures were awful and it really ruined the look Of the cake. Also, it’s not the cheapest place. I was almost £200 for a 2 tier cake and not what I was looking for. So little thought had gone into this with staff. Also shop about re: prices. I will not return for any cakes in the future

Ordered 3 plain iced cakes for our wedding and decorated ourselves. They arrived on the day we requested and packed so well so no damage occurred during the long journey! The cakes were absolutely delicious and baked to perfection! Highly recommend

Ordered 3 cakes, a cake topper and sugar paste circles from here. Originally got an emails saying they were struggling to source the topper I ordered but they offered an alternative. I went to collect my order today and they do not have the alternative topper that they offered. Staff were very unhelpful and could not tell me when I could get this topper baring in mind it's needed for Saturday. Staff member I was dealing with had a bit of an attitude problem and was rather abrupt when dealing with me. Definitely do not recommend them and I will NEVER use them again!!!! I WOULD LOVE TO LEAVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW BUT THAT IS NOT AN OPTION EDIT!!! In response to the reply. I asked your member of staff if they could guarantee I would have the topper in time for the event and they said NO THEY COULDNT GUARANTEE THAT I WOULD AS YOU DIDN'T KNOW WHEN IT WOULD ARRIVE WITH YOU. When I was in the shop you "tried to contact" the supplier after speaking to the manager.

My cake arrived in Oxford today in perfect condition!! Really impressed with the way you package your cakes I’ve had a few via post and this was the best!

One of my favourite places, as a Baker I rely on good supply's, cloud nine have everything you could think of or more, the staff are fantastic, can't do enough for you and Nikki the owner is so lovely, it's a fantastic friendly place, can't recommend it enough.

I bought 2 cakes from here for my wedding I got two small seperate cakes and not an actual wedding cake as my wedding was quite small. I ordered 1 fruit and one victoria sponge and both the cakes were delicious. I recieved the cakes well ahead of the time needed and they were packaged really well with lots of protection to keep the cakes in good condition. The only criticism I would give is the courior who delivered the cakes completey ignored the fragile and this way up signs; so it was luckly the cakes were well packaged; however despite that I will definetly use this company again.

Fantastic service, lovely staff and really good prices, I was surprised by the low cost of many items, and they had far more available than what is shown on the website. The actual cakes were lovely, the plain sponge went down a treat with family, would definitely recommend. The chocolate cupcakes were a big hit too. Will definitely be buying from here again, 10/10.

I ordered the cake kit for my daughters wedding. Absolutely over the moon with it. Delivered to Manchester, so well packaged, arrived perfect. Decorated it myself even though it had decorations with it. The cakes were vanilla, chocolate and fruit and were delicious and was an absolute bargain. Tiny issue I didn't get any dowels but was able to sort easily enough. Totally recommend. Thank you for great product and service.

Ordered a vanilla sponge cake with white icing to decorate myself. The sponge was lovely, many people commented how nice it was. I was a bit concerned as to how well it would travel (I live over 250 miles away from Glasgow) but it was well packaged, there wasn't a mark on it! Would definitely recommend.

I ordered this for my sons wedding, so I could decorate it myself (as I am not great at baking). I am absolutely 100% over the moon with all aspects of my order. Communication is fantastic, they kept me up to date with messages when my cakes delivery information. The delivery driver was really friendly and professional. The cakes were so well packaged and protected with cardboard bubble wrap and polystyrene around them. When I opened the packaging, the cakes themselves look absolutely beautifully made. I cannot recommend this company enough. So happy with my order.

You can get everything you need from basic plain cakes all ready to decorate yourself to ordering all the bells and whistles you desire on a cake great place if you are just starting out making cakes looked as if they had it all to hand, the cakes tasted lovely very light and fluffy and the icing that was on it was just enough .

Over the moon with my son's 10th birthday cake. I ordered chocolate cake with plain white icing so I could decorate it. Came a couple of days before the big day, packed very securely and cake looked nicely finished. Cake was tasty and moist. Thought good value and was all round spot on.

These guys were super helpful & efficient at kindly delivering a rush order cake to London for my son!s birthday - I called to enquire on Monday, they received the order on Tuesday, shipped it on Wednesday and I received it on Thursday..! Amazing service. The cake was so well packed (glue gun precision!) that it arrived in perfect condition. Everyone loved the cake! Absolutely thrilled with how our Son's Christening cake turned out! We were let down 2 weeks before the day, and Cloud Nine Cakes came to the rescue going above and beyond, delivering in less than the 2 weeks that they advise. I'm no Baker but I can decorate so I just needed a plain sponge cake quite quickly. It arrived I perfect condition considering it was delivered by courier. I decorated it myself and everyone at the party commented how delicious and moist the cake was. So impressed and would definitely order again!! Thanks so much!!

Ordered 3 canvas cakes as I wanted to decorate my daughters christening cake myself and must say I wasn't disapointed. Buttercream was so fresh and fluffy with the best sponge cake we've ever tasted. Girls at the shop couldn't be more helpful with picking decorations and giving me ideas on what to do, even though they were quite busy.
