Awful customer service, I asked for price of chapatis when I walked in and x1 girl and x1 guy behind counter both looked and ignored me, the staff seemed more interested in chatting to the girl and the girl seemed to be more interested in the attention form the staff than the customers. I walked straight out and will not entertain this place....

Tried to place an order on the 12/02/2025 @ 8.07pm. The customer service is got was awful. He or she even cut the phone off while I was speaking. What utter nonsense. Not ordering from there again

Order was placed at 11.36pm didn’t arrive till 12.40am, when I asked the delivery person why it took so long, he said all drivers finish at 12 so that’s why order was so late, plus he said I ordered the food late on just eat, I said they should inform just eat not accept orders after a certain time if their drivers finish at 12, all food had too be reheated again, so it took the pleasure away from enjoying the food

Food was almost 2 hours late. The kebab had more onions than anything. sauces tasted too sour like the yoghurt was off. The pizza looked as though there was a long thin slice missing. A bit disappointed, I have ordered lots before and was great

Ordered chicken curry. Box size of a side with 5 tiny pieces of chicken. Almost a third of size a normal piece would be. Kebab. Good but wrong sauce. Had to scrape off. Shame. Used to be good

First time trying here after seeing some positive reviews online. They were very busy so was 10 minutes wait which I get, what I didn’t get was in the 8 minute drive home, most of the food was suddenly cold. Didn’t follow any of the small requests made in the comment box. The donner meat had an awful gritty texture and tasteless, the naan bread was terrible and dry, the onion bahjis stone cold, the fries were the smallest portion I’ve ever seen and they were supposed to be a large, they tasted like they’d been warmed up, awful. Positives - the lamb in the curry was tender and the curry tasted ok. I’m not fussy at all but I’d say a good 80% of this went in the bin. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t ever order from there again.

A couple of times we have ordered now they have forgot things etc bottles of coke then we ring up tell them and they say we will drop it off but dont know how long it will be and then doesnt even bother turning up.

Ordered at 10.35, didn’t arrive till 12.05, wasn’t worth the wait, the quality of the food was not that good either,

App said it was delivered, it wasnt . restaurant said it was on the way. the automated schedule said it was delivered. it wasn't. Just Eat don't offer any back up for poor service. restaurants just aren't bothered about offering poor service.

Probably the worst place we’ve ordered food from. Kids chicken korma was that spicy (we tasted it and it was extremely spicy and not at all like a korma) and the wrong colour that my daughter couldn’t eat it. Rang the restaurant told not there problem and we were wrong and that’s just how there korma is. Avoid if you have kids that like mild curries

Ordered keema curry tonight, it was bland has though something missing out of it, really disappointed with it won’t be ordering it again

really disappointed. really poor service. food took just over 2hrs to be delivered from when it was ordered. no updates given from the restaurant until i rang them to give me an update. I was told that the driver was on route and after 30 mins they hadnt turned up. I phoned back and was told they couldnt help and that they didnt know when they would arrive. another 25 mins later the driver arrived with rock hard and cold food. completely unedible and it went in the bin. what a waste of £25!
