For spending £37 on food I think there should be some kind of free be normally you could get a free garlic bread with cheese but because I ordered a classed as a set meal of a curry you can’t ???? Any think it’s a bit naff to be honest also if you use other take aways you spend over a certain amount you get something free also I think the woman that answers the phone is quite abrupt doesn’t seem to like her job maby

Awful customer service, I asked for price of chapatis when I walked in and x1 girl and x1 guy behind counter both looked and ignored me, the staff seemed more interested in chatting to the girl and the girl seemed to be more interested in the attention form the staff than the customers. I walked straight out and will not entertain this place....

Order was placed at 11.36pm didn’t arrive till 12.40am, when I asked the delivery person why it took so long, he said all drivers finish at 12 so that’s why order was so late, plus he said I ordered the food late on just eat, I said they should inform just eat not accept orders after a certain time if their drivers finish at 12, all food had too be reheated again, so it took the pleasure away from enjoying the food

had to throw the food away, sauces that we ordered were not delivered so the kebabs were dry, chips were clearly reheated, slow delivery. absolutely disgusted

Ordered chicken curry. Box size of a side with 5 tiny pieces of chicken. Almost a third of size a normal piece would be. Kebab. Good but wrong sauce. Had to scrape off. Shame. Used to be good
