Golden Rice in Birmingham

El chino habitual que usamos estaba cerrado el día que queríamos algo de comida china, pero me di cuenta de que este estaba abierto así que lo probé. Encontré un menú en línea para pedir, así que llamé a través de nuestro pedido. La comida estaba lista cuando llegamos y el personal era agradable. La comida estaba bien. No tan bueno como el lugar habitual, pero tampoco estaba mal, pero realmente no nos sorprendió. Sabía bien y nos llenó.

Usado esta comida para llevar durante años la comida siempre fue encantadora hace unas semanas la comida pedida notó que había cambiado pensó que tal vez un stand en chef pidió de nuevo la comida era horrible! Definitivamente no lo que solía ser debe ser un chef diferente tomado sobre yuk cantado era salado y la receta definitivamente cambió igual que el chowmein Singapur la última vez que voy a pedir!

Siempre he cantado las alabanzas de esta comida para llevar, pero definitivamente algo ha cambiado desde la última vez que ordenamos desde aquí. Esta noche, las porciones no eran tan buenas y había muy poca carne en el Chow Mein de Singapur, y tampoco tenía tanto sabor picante como de costumbre. Disfruté mis costillas, pero lamentablemente había mucho menos y eran más pequeñas. No me puedo quejar del servicio de entrega, pero desafortunadamente volveremos a nuestra comida para llevar favorita local. Lamento decir que no volveremos corriendo. No fue muy buen valor esta noche.

Mi chino local ha estado yendo desde antes. Recuerdo que siempre he visto y nunca puedo quejarme. Los nuevos propietarios son incluso mejores que los anteriores.

Esta es, con diferencia, la mejor comida china para llevar en Birmingham desde hace unos 10 años, y nunca hemos tenido una mala. Una entrega siempre rápida y caliente. Los tamaños de las porciones son mucho más grandes que en la mayoría de los lugares y los gustos son increíbles. Definitivamente recomendamos las papas fritas con sal y pimienta.

Buena comida caliente y entrega rápida. Personal amable y servicial, puede ver fácilmente por qué tiene una buena reputación.

Hemos estado usando esto para siempre. Siempre llega caliente y el personal es educado, desde la persona que está al final del teléfono hasta el conductor de la entrega. Nunca nos ha decepcionado. Buenas raciones y comida bien preparada.

After using many local (and not so local) Chinese Take-aways this is our family favourite, delivers to boot! Good prices and portions but the quality really stands out. On our family order they always include complimentary bag of Prawn Crackers. I am a big fan of "Salt and Chilli" dishes so I definitely recommend trying one (my wife loves the Salt and Chilli Chips but they are a softer chip rather than crunchy finish).

I have been ordering takeaway to be delivered from this particular Chinese for twenty years and I have never found anywhere close to competing - they don't take credit cards - they don't need to as they have repeat customers who wont go anywhere else. The food is not just very plentiful and a good price - it is also the very best quality - prawns are twice as large as other places - duck twice as meaty and without fat - squid lovely and soft, twice as much filling for Yuk Sung etc etc - you get the drift? A Fabulous place - long may it last

I was very surprised and pleased, with the take away meal that we had delivered, it was all very nice and hot, good value and plenty of it. thank you.. new customer.

This by far the best chinese take away I have had.... the portions are generous.. everything we ordered was hot and well cooked. crispy duck, chicken curry, spare ribs,and spring rolls all were excellent... definatley will use again.

I was looking for a new takeaway as the one we've been going to for a couple years has suddenly gone downhill fast. Shame. Anyway, I hit TA and found the Golden Rice. Had our first takeaway on Friday night and were hugely impressed as they seem to have managed to achieve the seemingly impossible feat of offering great food, huge portions *and* extremely reasonable prices! How they do it, I've no idea, but they've just acquired some more regular customers :) Definitely worth travelling to if you're within a 5 miles radius, or maybe even more! :)

Always happy to visit Golden Rice. They are always very friendly and welcome your custom. The food has always been good, consistent, high quality and great value. I recommend visiting Golden Rice 100% its a fabulous place.

We use this a lot - rather too much lol! Usually, we have home delivery, which has always been quick and efficient. Food arrives piping hot. Our current faves are sweet and sour also salt and chilli spare ribs. Portions are large.

Been using this place for YEARS. The only place that is consistently good. I've tried other local Chinese takeaways but I ALWAYS come back here. Everything is fresh, hot and tasty. Delivery is always in good time. Friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable compared to most round here. Would recommend! 👍🏻

We always use this restaurant for our take out and am always pleased with the service. We generally have delivery to home and never disappointed. Food is good, I love the curries.

We hadn't used this place for ages and decided to try it as a change from our usual takeaway. We weren't disappointed it was delicious and delivered promptly - hot food on a cold night. Couldn't fault it, excellent value.

This is such a busy place but this is no surprise as the menu is extensive and the food is fantastic with large portions. Service is quick even if you just turn up and order. Highly recommend this place.
