Love the people that run this place and their food is the tastiest Chinese takeaway food I've had. Highly recommend.

My elderly father and partner has the king prawn in Szechuan sauce The same as our last order that enjoyed However this time it would appear your prawns are off as they both have food poisoning So glad myself and children didn’t have any Very disappointed as have previously enjoyed food from you. Sadly watching my father either this evening hasn’t been pleasant

Absoluta experiencia terrible ordenando desde aquí. La primera vez que hice un pedido a este chino en Salisbury, específicamente se indicó en mi pedido que mi apartamento no tiene timbre, y para que yo sepa que la entrega estaba aquí, el conductor de la entrega tendría que llamarme. Cuando recibí la llamada telefónica, el conductor de la entrega continuó diciendo que ha estado aquí durante 20 minutos esperando que contestemos la puerta principal, le pregunté por qué no me había llamado como le pregunté específicamente en el que él tampoco tenía respuesta. Abrí la puerta y tomé mi comida de su mano, para que luego me golpeara y comenzara a gritarme insultos. Cerré la puerta de golpe y luego procedió a golpearla con los puños. Luego llamé al lugar para quejarme sobre esto y cómo el conductor había estado parado afuera durante 20 minutos, a pesar de que mi instrucción decía que me llamara. Le informé a la señora que contestó el teléfono que debido a que estuvo parado afuera por 20 minutos la comida ahora estaba fría, y también le informé de su comportamiento. Entonces la señora me dijo que la comida estaría caliente. Pero no era. Las bolas de pollo estaban frías. La sopa era como hielo. Las galletas de gambas estaban tan rancias. Y las alitas de pollo duras. 30 desperdiciados y todos se han ido a la basura. ¿La señora ofreció mi disculpa sólo un descuento la próxima vez que ordene? Lo que nunca sucederá ya que evitaré este lugar nuevamente. Aconsejo nunca pedir comida para llevar de este lugar después de la experiencia que acabo de tener. Si pudiera dar 0 lo haría.

Todo esta delicioso. Excelente valor y excelente servicio. He estado usando Golden Oriental durante años y nunca iré a ningún otro lugar, ¡no tiene sentido!

My order arrived and as soon as everything was dished up it was cold, now normally I’d be angry anyway but this time I was furious as I’m pregnant. I rung up straight away and was offered discount next time. I asked for a fresh order and was told no, as it was too busy. I then asked for a refund, to which she told me to come in to get it. So I drove out of my way, (again this was a delivery to start with) to get my refund of £32. I arrived and was then told that I would not get a refund because I didn’t bring back the food... FUMING is an understatement, firstly she didn’t tell me to bring it and secondly I was so angry that I stormed out my house and didn’t even think to take it. Anyway, she then tells me i can only have £10. After arguing back to prove a point, she told me no one else has complained and basically made out I was lying. Sure. After I took my £10 I told her I’d never use her again, to which she replied “we don’t want you to use us”

Never again! £30 of food, all inedible. rIbs so bland and tough, duck with bones still in it, curry and chow mien so tasteless. Phoned back to complain but just got so sorry, so sorry. No offer of a refund or apology. sTay away and beware!

Ordered £40 worth of food to arrive an hour and a half later having the wrong order arrive! Our actual order finally arrived and was stone cold. Not worth the money and very unhappy pregnant later! Not ordering here again

ETA of food was 8:41pm and we ordered at 7:32pm. 9:30pm arrived and unfortunately no food arrived. Four phone calls later and still no food. We were told to stop phoning as 'they don't have time and there's nothing they could do'. No information as to why the food was not delivered on time and no information on the driver's whereabouts - they did not have the drivers number apparently... driver finally arrives at 9:45pm. THE FOOD WAS GOOD. However shocking customer service and the call handler was rude towards paying customers. A huge shame as I say again, the food was nice but we won't use them again.

Ordered a meal after a long day at work. Prompt delivery, wrong order, awful customer service. Never again.

I ordered a takeaway 🥡 & had to wait around 2 hours!! After numerous phone 📞 calls it was delivered & though hot 🥵 it was not a nice 👎 China 🇨🇳 takeaway 🥡!! I ordered with them because I only wanted a meal 🥘 for one ☝🏻 so this is not my usual one ☝🏻. I will not be using them again & in all honesty it was a disaster but it was a steep learning curve as they say. I said I wanted a reduction in price for waiting so long & to be fair they did that. I am really glad I did not pay 💰 by card, & from now on will only pay 💰 takeaway 🥡 by cash 💰.

My partner and I ordered a delivery for here this evening. The food arrived dead on time and was delicious, we had noodles, beef in black bean sauce and chicken satay. The peanut sauce was really good. It’s nice to find a good Chinese

I had a chinese with my friend here. the staff were very pleasant, and the food was very good. I would definitely recommend this place. all good prices!

Horrific service. Waited an hour for order to be delivered - called and told it would be at least a further 30 minutes. . When called to complain the person on the phone was terribly unhelpful. DO NOT ORDER

Well, after chef Peking we did not think Salisbury would get another. How wrong were we! Not only are they so value for money, the food is the dogs. If you like Chinese like we do, this really IS THE BEST IN TOWN. Consistent: yes, thank you for feeding us for what is really just a Taxi fare! Best wishes. Rich Stokes from Quidhampton.

Hubby and I had delicious food from this takeaway in Salisbury. The shop delivered promptly and the menu is surprisingly varied. We had a lovely shredded chicken in hoisien sauce , chicken in yellow bean sauce and a special chowmein, I ordered prawn crackers and was informed that these would be complimentary what a lovely surprise. Delicious food, will def go there again.

Wanted a MSG free Chinese so as it states on the menu MSG free decided to give them a go, ordered Just eat, really quick delivery and the food was hot and tasty even had freebies thrown in , if you want a good Chinese takeaway give them a go
