Food turned out to be a bit bland however portions were very generous

Really nice they do the munch boxes but the food wasn’t good just mid level.

Absolutely distraught and disturbed!!!! One evening I was sitting on the coach waiting for my order until I seen a rat festering around the corner of the sofas with its dirty and disgusting body rubbing everywhere…. I later continued to tell the woman about the trespasser that I seen and she told me not to worry as they don’t go on the counters or near the kitchen.. I really and truly thought I was staring in a film of ratatouille , I’m most honestly in utter disgrace of this restaurant and will never be returning to another Chinese within a proximity of 5 miles again.

Originally I had nothing but good experiences from golden kitchen however after latest trip to collect my food from the golden kitchen I would never return even if I was absolutely starved, as I was sitting in there waiting to collect my food peacefully enjoying my day in the corner of my eye I saw what I believed to be a spider until at a second glance I realised there was a rat running round the chippy like a scene out of flushed away or rattouttie, the guy on the till didn't seem concerned in slightest which made me even more worried, I dread to think what goes on in there with the rats when the kitchens closed for the night

Waited over 1.5 hours, they delivered cold food, with missing items, they offered £3 refund. Outrageous. I "used" to be a regular customer, this will be my last order. It astounds me, you're a business that depends on customers to survive yet you treat them with such disrespect. I rang back to ask where my missing item was and they put the phone down on me. Disgusting. STEER CLEAR!!!!

Worst chinese meal I have ever had. Chewy beef in curry. Dry chicken. soggy prawn toast and the chips were cooked and cooked again. Horrendous

We have been going here for over 3 years up to now always been happy with food ,tonight food was under cooked, not seasoned ,cold ,we phoned to tell them they wasn't bothered one little bit ,we will not be using this curry house again

Placed an order today for various meals one being chips & chicken balls with a portion off curry sauce, order arrived with no curry sauce even though I was charged for it, rang them back up to find out why I hadn't got the curry sauce she then tried charging me another £3.60 for them to resend something that should of already been with my order, will not be ordering from here again as it's not the first time she's got my orders wrong

House special fried rice and chowmein are beautiful. Food arrived early nice and hot. Will make this our regular take out

Ordered Chinese tonight they said 45 minutes - 1hour for delivery called after an hour told me it had left the shop. 20 minutes later still not arrived and I don’t live that far from the shop, so I called again they told me it will be there anytime soon he has left. Still didn’t arrive so I had to call to cancel after waiting so long! 😡

Food was an hour and half late. When I called to ask for update sounded like she forgot she had an order. Chips were recooked and gave me a stomach ache and my kids. Asked for chow mein to be spicy but it was so bland. Yeah avoid. It’s gone downhill

Ordered from here and we always ask for no salt on the food but there is no need to put coffee in the food and then deliver it 2 hours 30 minutes later as I am allergic to coffee so you will be getting a phone call when you open tomorrow and we will not be ordering ever again from you. Very bad service and I was sick from it so you can have your curry back with your lack of mushrooms too. Bad as always order from you and complained from 13/08/2022 that your food was too salty and then you add coffee to the curry, totally inedible will never order again from you ever. UPDATE ON MY REVIEW, PHONED AND SAID HOW BAD THE FOOD WAS, AND SHE SAID ILL GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT NEXT TIME, SAID WE WILL NEVER BE ORDERING AGAIN, SO GIVE ME A REFUND, £30, SAID IVE GIT NO DRIVERS SO WE WENT THERE AND GOT OUR REFUND BUT WHAT KIND OF RESTAURANT HAS CHILDREN RUNNING ROUND EATING FOOD, NO WONDER FOOD HYGIENE IS A 1 STAR, MOST DIRTIEST AREA EVER SO THEY HAVE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER AS THEIR FOOD WAS NICE, BUT AFTER THIS INCIDENT NO NEVER AGAIN.

Delivery on time, food piping hot, order correct. Staff always give you a warm welcome. Wide menu. Meals tasty and filling, as always.

Dreadful experience with this restaurant ordered food and In the early hours my partner woke up being violently sick (he is never sick ) and all he has to eat was porridge In the morning. He had hurrendous food poisoning spent the whole weekend On the toilet , They have a 1 star hygiene and when I spoke to the restaurant they didn't want to know they didn't care. Will be reporting to the food hygiene agency. Please don't eat from here.

AVOID - gave me really bad food poisoning! They only have a 1 star food hygiene rating! Ordered on Friday, hadn't eaten anything all day and within a couple of hours of my takeaway had severe stomach cramps, followed by spending half the weekend with my head in the toilet and the other half sitting on it. Monday evening now and my stomach is still tying itself in knots. My partner spoke to the takeaway who weren't interested at all and very rude to her on the phone. Their excuse for not refunding is that we didn't complain the same day - obviously don't have a clue how food poisoning works. Will also be making a complaint to the food standards agency.

Best ever chinese iv had in a long time.

I’ll start by saying that we had the best tasting chicken balls I’ve ever had. The salt and pepper chips were amazing too. With it being only round the corner from our house this would’ve been our new go too Chinese, but the curry sauce really let it down. Had a Smokey kinda taste that we really wasn’t too keen on. It’s a shame because everything else so so perfect

Lovely food but delivery is rubbish told 45 mins to an hour, one and half hour late Please watch your Change driver should have given me £10 he tried to put £6 in change in my hand I said no chance it's £10 change, I got it

Tasteless, ive just tried a special chinese curry and i may as well have been eating water , 2 prawns, 1 piece if chicken and some fatty substance i presume they pass off as pork?, no taste to it whatsoever

Nice food delivery can be a long time depending how busy on one occasion I did wait over 1.5hrs for delivery I'm only approximately 2 miles away

I rang for our chinese this evening just before 7 pm..nearly 3 hours later no food each phone call I was told 20 mins extra... then after being promised it was know its way it was another 40 mins we decided to cancel only to be asked why!! Rude and no customer service
