I was left wondering when my food will come out after ordering. Thr rating for the food was cause it was small. The veggies were the bulk of my lamb shish,but it was good

Ordered on just eat and then wanted to check the actual place on Google. So I thought I’d leave a review. Was staying in Bournemouth was really hungry and so stumbled upon this place, can I just say how presentable they pack up your food, the freshness of the food and the quality of it is great !! Great portion size too and the prices are reasonable so definitely leaving a 5 star review. Can’t wait to be back and visit the shop someday ! But thank you !!

The kebabs are tasty, and the portions are decent. The staff is polite, and the service is fairly quick. It’s a nice spot for a casual meal, and the prices are reasonable. Worth trying if you’re in the area.

The kebab was good but......no sauce? I never ate in my whole life a kebab without sauce on it.

These guys know their food. This is the only non Turkish kebab place I ever go to. Good portions and reasonably priced in today s economy. Being open late is always a bonus

Be careful if ur a woman going in this shop. The owner- the short balding man is very rude. worse when he thinks other customers aren’t around.i complained about the food and he demanded I levae after getting loud and aggressive.

Mentioned that bread will be with all kebab .. haven't received it . And quantity is less. Get separate chicken kebab and fries, don't get the combo one . Not satisfied.

What a rip off this place is, I paid £10.00 for a rice box, the chicken was undercooked there’s was no word of a lie 2/3 pieces of chicken, the service was poor and these guys should not be in business, my next call would be to the Bournemouth council to come and do an inspection on this place. If you want to not eat a lot and pay a lot do visit this place.

Waiting over 30 min , no food no explanation. After 30 min one of the workers came and ask if I order any food or just seating there. 1 star never again.

The most amazing mixed BBQ ever, so tasty and juicy, portions are big and delivered ahead of time, it was finger licking good! Our little boy gives it a thumbs up! 👍🏻 It was our first time ordering it, and we will definitely be coming back! 👌🏻

Having to travel from Wiltshire to Bournemouth looking at reviews made my way to golden grill , disappointed chkn grill burger with cheese mushrooms half cooked cold slice of cheese dumped on it served , half of our orders for 7 people were delayed got them wrong. Never again

Best kebab place in Bournemouth. Make their own bread for donner or chicken kebabs. Good potions size, fresh full or half chickens, hot coals to cook chicken, kofie meat. Meal deals, take away, or eat in. Homemade garlic sauce. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

they don’t like the english, food was ok tbf, rice is very oily. stick to Charminster if your looking for good authentic Turkish or Arabic food.

Bought a doner with chips. The potion was full mainly with chips not meat. I know kebab shops in the city who gives more meat in the kebab. So i will go back to them. The small, black hair guy, on the picrure here. One of the owners. Not pleased with their potion.Also i did not get a shopping bag , to take home my kebab. Pathetic never gonna use them again.

We ordered food from here for the first time last night for 5 adults. Easy to order online. Came in good time and well packaged. We all agreed the food was tasty and a good portion size.

I have order 3 kebabs non of them arrived with chips and drink which I have paid for and when I called the restaurant they told me is Deliveroo problem because the driver took my drink and chips absolut joke

I always eat here, their grilled chicken burger is incredible, wonderful marinade, (definitely opt for this one over the fried chicken for something special) service smiley, great music and lovely dips xx

Ate in twice here as a family and had kofte, shish, pizza and grilled chicken. All tender and tasty with delicious fresh bread a highlight. Would recommend to all.

Really and I mean really nice food!!so flavourful and tasty no fatty meat or gristle.salad came separately so added to liking,chilli sauce and yogurt where really nice too. Overall a really good experience will be using these guys from now on.definitely give this place a try if you haven’t already.7 months later and I stand by what I’ve said here already,never had a poor meal always great food great service👍👍👍👍👍

Popped in after watching The Streets at the O2 and ordered myself and a friend a chicken shish and lamb doner combination kebab, it was absolutely amazing. I can honestly recommend it and I will definitely return.

I have tried kebabs at lots of places in Bournemouth but definitely Golden Grill satisfied my taste buds. I went there with my family and we ordered mixed grill and doner wrap.. they were literally amazing and we all loved it. I appreciate the service done by them. confidently recommending Golden Grill, halal.

Popped in here by chance for a sit down meal. Can honestly say it was one of the best kebabs I have ever had!! Flavour was out of this world.

We ordered mixed doner kebab wraps from Golden Grill House some time ago and tasted so good. But today we ordered mixed grill for 2 and it blew our minds! 🤤 firstly it was enough for two adults and a 9 year old to eat until we were all full but we couldn’t stop lol secondly the meat, rice, chips and salad were all sooo fresh, perfectly seasoned and grilled to high standard. And the fresh bread they do is to die for! They also give you a tub of hummus and 4 tubs of sauces and trust me the garlic sauce recipe these guys have is just delicious. I rang them to say how great full we were… perfect Friday night treat and a break for mummy from cooking! Keep up the amazing job guys!

Woww!! The best chicken wings and doner i have had here with my girlfriend. Amazing and courteous staff. After long time had the mouthwatering food. My girlfriend is really happy 😅hygiene on top and classic hospitality. Definitely recommended and will visit soon. Kudos to Golden Grill team 👍👌

Ordered 2 kebabs just now, whilst waiting watched one of the guys behind the counter move both the cucumber and onion around with his bare hands, no gloves....when it came to our order I asked for cucumber from the bottom of the tray as I didn't really want something he had touched, eventually he did this but then thought it wax funny to ask if we wanted the onions from the bottom of the tray as well with a smirk on his face,....basic food hygiene training needed and will be reported to BCP Council

Missing items. Very bad service.

I thought the service was very poor. Waited 35 minutes for 3 burgers, 2 wraps and chips. I had to ask 3 times if the food was ready. It was busy but I don't think that was an excuse. When the food did finally arrive it was decidedly average. Expected a lot better quality for close to £50

The prices went up but the amount of meat was appallingly small. We ordered two combo kebabs and there was hardly any chicken doner meat inside. Rather disappointing because it never happened before. £13 kebab should be packed with meat. Not cool

It was nice weather today so visited bournemouth beach, went out for food at this place top tier food. Incredible pizza and delicious kebabs. Customer service brilliant. Reasonable prices, would definitely recommend this place.

I have just ordered the half chicken. I'm worried because I'm not sure how many days old that chicken is, it was disgusting. I have been trying to ring through to the restaurant all night but the system doesn't let you get through to them. I have seen the reviews for the kebab as very good, I suggest that future customers stick to the kebab, you certainly cannot sell chicken like that. What you see roasting on the spit was not the same chicken they put on the grill, I hope I do not get ill from this.

The best kebab in town But...I asked for Extra garlic mayo with money waiting. All was agreed and ok after ordering from deliveroo. Turned up and nope no garlic, their excuse we are busy... surely busy or not it's down to you to fulfill the order? If you can't cope don't be greedy and turn some orders away! Secondly I'm a big boy and the portion was abit rubbish. These were my upsets but what I got was epic. If you're looking for taste and not customer service come here!
