we ordered 2 pizzas tonight for collection, ready in 15 minutes food was hot with lots of toppings and very tasty ! staff are always happy and friendly. we would recommend it and we will be visiting again.

It's really nice food but they have a tenancy to cancel orders I have had two out of three orders cancelled which I m not sure why cos it don't state why but I always pre order and Im told its been cancelled about a hour after the order time I select

I really dislike leaving poor reviews for local companies but one has no other option when the service is so poor. We were regular customers here, we enjoyed their food mostly, however the last order, they sent us the wrong food , which we couldn't eat. I rang up and was told that they had run out of ingredients for our original order so couldn't replace it. Seems too much of a coincidence that they got wrong the order they didn't have the ingredients for in the first place. We were told they couldn't refund us, we had to go through just eat, which we have 3, times, but just eat has told us that golden grill are ignoring every ticket we open. I'm going to open a ticket every week until I get my refund. I'm fact, in going to open another one now! Just refund my money! It's more the principle of this now! I'm happy to collect it in cash from you.

Very disappointed. I ordered a lamb kebab in a naan. What i got was 5 very small pieces of lamb in a very thin wrap. 2 small kebabs cost Over £17. Not impressed at all.

If you want to eat well and quantitatively, for me, the burgers make me happy the most. The offer is rich and the prices are low. So is the service, it is fast. PPTI comes with confidence and you will not be sorry.

Took nearly 2 hours to arrive, was coms and part of order missing.

Meat was dry and cold, not worth the money by far. Poor customer service. Complaints not listened to.

The worst take away I’ve had in Lynn. Way overpriced for the very small portions you get. I ordered an XL doner meat tray and got what is a small in any other keebab shop. Payed about £5 for 3 naan breads and got sent tortilla wraps. Food was horrible and cold. I will not be ordering from them again. Avoid this place, overpriced for very low quality food and very small portions.

Avoid, Avoid. this is by far the worst take away in kings lynn, got my order wrong, delivered cold an inedible and rude and unwilling to rectify, zero customer service, finished up with mcdonald's, wished I had read the reviews first, lesson learned. Never again, 😡

Ordered 2 pizzas at 7.30. Was going to be an hour for delivery. Paid on line. At 9pm, got a text from Yofoodie stating that my order was cancelled. Nothing from the shop. I rang- was told sorry, a big order had used up all the dough. One hour and twenty minutes after ordering!!! Logic would suggest that, had this big order already been there ( I was told it was £300), they would have realised and declined my order. Not good enough. Will never use again.

i cannot put into words how much i love golden grill. best thing to happen to cwa college, the chips are salted to perfection. my recommendation? the chicken filet burger is so beautifully seasoned and juicy, the lady behind the counter is so lovely, i love golden grill. i live golden grill.

Worth it for garlic bread, best local pizza in the area by far. Staff are lovely too!!

Don’t. Just…don’t. Had Barbecue pizza and ordered the seafood special as well. Glad I didn’t eat it. Let’s start: it took… and hour an 10 minutes to arrive, whereas Dominoes takes what, 20 minutes? So my family and I were starving and opened the box for…a very ordinary and bland pizza. Okay, don’t judge a book by its cover. But in this case, the pizza has absolutely nothing else to offer. In fact, it was quite frankly gag inducing. I ate one slice, tried to eat a second and gave up. I wish I hadn’t. That was my dinner for the evening. Abhorrent. I’d rather starve, thank you. Terrible taste, gross texture, £12 for this literal dirt. Not to mention the foul smell. As I’ve mentioned, the appearance was also nothing special. I have never, NEVER, written a review in my life and the fact that my first review is on the worse “pizza” I have ever eaten is sad. I am truly warning you. Please, just buy Dominoes. Oh, but the curly chips were alright. Expensive though.

Do not order! Plain burgers, they added cheese when I’m lactose intolerant! Chicken Shish was pink in middle. Chicken Donna had no flavour! Well over priced for what you receive! VERY POOR! When called up to talk about the problem, the lady was very rude and was not willing to try resolve the situation! Said do not order again.

Just ordered a kebab for the frist time from this place not going to lie highly disapointed as getting out out the bag its like they had tipped a hole bottle of oil inside the bag and over the food. The worse part was when i looked at the meat it dosent even looked cooked all the way trough. Like i wasnt aware that you could get a medium rare kebab meat not impressed will not be going here again sadly

There’s less grease in a bottle of sunflower oil.. than there was on this kebab!! £26 for horrible tasting little shredded bits of doner. Sitting here sulking I look forward to the chilli sauce & it was the worst I had ever had lumpy in chunks with 3cm of oil on the top Won’t be going here again, I’m now off to Instanbul kebabs which has now been highly recommended after telling people my experience of Golden grill 🤮🤢

Well I order garlic bread chips with cheese and two kebabs I left on the comments of my order " please no onion and no pitta bread on both thank you" after that I wait 1h for my food and when I open it came with the onion and the bread obviously I call them and explain that i can eat onion just the smell makes me vomiting so the lady said we are very busy sorry for the mistake but you will have to eat like that just put the onion on the garbage and i said no because I'm paying and they have to do another one's and she said i will have to wait another hour and half for my food! Finally i have just in front of me! Never order kebabs again but the pizza is lovely just the women is very rude! She just doesn't know how to treat the costumers and deal with the mistakes they make! Is better if you speak with the owner!

Had a chicken doner with chips chilly and garlic sauce, absolutely rubbish , chips and doner meat drowning in oil, garlic sauce worst I ever tried.

Food took, 1 hr 30 mins to arrive. Food was cold, order was all wrong and short changed by the delivery man, called up to get our order replaced correctly and hot and the lady was very abrupt and said it's wrote down that I ordered this, eventually agreed we will give them the food back for our money back but we will have to wait behind 4 other deliverys as we are just calling up to complain! unbelievable! How do these businesses stay open? Never again!
