Absolutely ridiculously priced place. Over £15 for 2 coffees a sandwich and cake. And the coffee isn't that good either and it's full of sugar 15 teaspoons to be precise. That is scandalous.The prices seem to have gone up again, disgusting

Its a nice Costa and convenient where its placed but the coffee is not the best and the food is very basic in choice. Also find that its costly too when compared to independent businesses who need more support in this current time.

Lovely coffee house. Lovely staff and great coffee! Recent refurbishment means a few less sofas which I liked but that's the only downside. Everyone else can go shopping on the retail park, I'll stay here! 😉

Staff are friendly, however it’s getting expensive

Costa seems to have gone down hill. The food was ok, the place looks tired, arms of chairs wearing out, split seat pads. There was no joy.

Arrived here collected hot sandwiches got to till. No friendly greeting just two rude staff who told us they were not using crockery and it would all be taken out only , no explanation why .This outlet needs an over hall of staff or to be closed down. Do not provide Costas service.

I didn't eat or sit in so no review for those but theservicewas excellent and the staff very polite and helpful.

Contacted customer service about parking ticket and they don't care and refuse to help. Give an independent coffee shop your money

A bit of a mediocre experience, nothing badly wrong, just a couple of small changes they could make to improve the experience. When ordering a large tea sitting in, it comes in a takeaway cup, not what I exspected when sitting in with my friends, it felt cheap and I felt unthought of, a simple fix would be to have a large mug or cup to accommodate the tea, or offer a pot of tea at the point of ordering, neither of these options were given at the point of ordering, nore was it mentioned that it would be served in a takeaway cup despite not taking it way. When I mentioned I'm eating in, could I have it in a cup or mug they looked and me blankly as if I should already know and said we don't have large cups. And that was it. I find the price of the small snack food in there are also getting very expensive, most of the small cakes are nearing £3 now, I don't wish to sound cheap but these are the sort of cakes that cost 4 for £1 in a supermarket, I think closer to the £2 mark would be a better pill to swallow for the customer, and you may possibly sell more items. Prices are just getting out of hand ATM.

Big Costa fan. This is one of my go to when at Hardwick. Peaceful friendly staff with good service.

Love the sausage baps prices can be high but if you're used to "spoons"you have to accept it

The Hog toasted sandwich is absolutely gorgeous. Really nice flavours and washed down with a nice Cuppa.

Fan of Cofta, but the service was so poor, MUST do better.

Very friendly and polite staff, and they let me have gingerbread in my hot chocolate instead of having a lattè like on the menu. Would definitely recommend stopping by here if you're in the area.

A great break in shopping. A new member of staff, learning, well supported in this by her experienced colleague. Each customer was treated with consideration. Well done, great to see good customer service.

The staff are so pleasant and helpful I go there every weekend either a Saturday or Sunday and they are always the same

The girls were nice and chatted whilst the order was made. No queue and minimal wait time.

Just a normal Costa really. Just a downer about the disabled toilets. I have a broken leg and the door to disabled toilets is on a hinge to keep the door closed, really not great when your in a wheelchair either trying to get in to keep door open or when trying to get out keeping door open, very difficult and embarrassing, a re-think needed for this.

Pleasant service and great coffee with nice views overlooking the area from below. Would recommend anyone coming here either to work or socialise.

I've visited several times whilst waiting for my car to be serviced on several occasions and this is the friendliest Costa I've ever been in!

Costa is Costa, you know what you are getting. This one has lots of space and the staff is very friendly. We were served by the lovely Kinga. She was chatty and helpful.

I am not a fan of their coffee. But overall good place.

I go for the Latte...usually the same quality no matter which Costa you go to.Fiid is good but you oay for that

This is our favourite Costa. The staff are friendly and the latte always nice and hot. The cakes are delicious although maybe a bit overpriced. Plenty of parking space right outside the door.5*

Visited in the early morning. Was quiet at this point. Store was clean and tidy. One toilet for the whole facility so perhaps when busy may be problematic. Barrista was polite and served us quickly.

Whenever I go to this Costa for the special they don't have any, staff were friendly and the place was clean and tidy

Coffee is good, a little bit cold with doors permanently open but a good all-round experience

We only popped in for a hot choccy drink about 5.30pm before we drove back home and the ladies seemed nice that served us and the place was clean but quite empty of people !

Small branch on a retail park, only had drinks and used toilet which is suitable for disabled users but only one for everyone. Staff friendly and wasn't as busy as others stores. Ordered a latte and tea. Music was playing but wasn't too loud and intrusive. Automatic door constantly opening as people walked past so sit away from this area if it's a cooler day.

Had to wait a long time as the que was rather long but was well worth the wait!

Not a good experience. Staff were very grumpy. I had asked for a skinny lataand a blueberry muffin. As the barasta had put her hands all over the mouth piece of my take away cup, I asked for a clean one. Oh dear... Shouldn't have done that. I got the blackest of looks and a mouthful of cheek. To top that, the milk was sour and coffee so weak, It was not worth drinking. I won't be going back. Wish I had waited until I got home. Total waste of money 😡

It was the nicest Costa I've been in and I've been in a lot. The girls/ladies were very friendly and everywhere was clean. No stuff left on tables as in other places. I'd give 10* if I could.

The furniture is a little shabby in this Costa looks like the mice have been at the arms of the chairs. Really good service but the drinks could definitely have been a little warmer..

Service today was so slow, the servicing person got so many people's orders wrong and the coffee maker was get more annoyed.

The place was too noisy for a conversation. They have music playing far too loud, and the music was mediocre at that. Those who were in our group struggled to hear each other, and combined with the clatter of drinks being made and the unforgiving decor meant it isn't somewhere I'll be visiting again. Table service is nonexistent, so go elsewhere if you expect to be served or have a disability meaning you can't carry a tray. I'm sure they're pleasant enough and only doing what they were trained to do, but the training needs to be improved. There's a reason why they're only working in Costa and not anywhere with standards. Very disappointed. I only went for a meeting, but will suggest elsewhere in future.

Waiting time is 20min for 1 coffee.. not going back for sure

It was lovely to see staff ask customers to keep their distance and to strictly adhere to covid rules. I felt really safe and cared for by staff.
