While the nation is forced to tighten it’s belt on spend, this establishment is taking full advantage, you need to spend over £20 to get a free pompadom, every other take away in Port Talbot Indian: Bombay Spice etc,, you get free pomading when you spend £9… when it arrived the chips were like cardboard and curry/spare ribs were Luke warm, the percentage of profit on food is huge to start with, this is pure greed and shouldn’t be assisted, AVOID unless you have no regard for your hard earned cash 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Had a takeaway tonight, the staff were very friendly, helpful and clear (read the order back to us to make sure it was correct). Food was cooked in 10 minutes and was really good. We will definitely be back for more.

Thought we would have a change, We asked on the phone if the meal comes with Prawn Crackers due to the amount spent told yes, they were missing called up and they said no it don't come with Prawn Crackers. Something so simple to lose a 1st time customer. Shocking customer service and blatant liars!

Usuall Sturday night treat sit in or take away but always lovely food and the service is excellent, they deliver as well

Went to the Golden Dragon Restaurant and decided to have a sit down meal, possibly the worst decision i have ever made the tables in the restaurant were bare and informed the staff behind the counter that i was having a sit down meal rather than a take away the young girl came over to the table and left menus and said give me a shout when your ready at this point there was no offer whether to order drinks and had to ask how much is a bottle of wine she then said it depends on what wine you have this ended with the £8.95 bottle of house chardonnay which was very nice however came out with no ice bucket and became room temperature very quickly after ordering a selection of food it was delivered on cold plates however the plates to eat off where boiling food was lovely and plentiful and good value for money however the staff behind the counter were more concerned about talking about there social life and paid no attention to sit down customers but were totally engrossed with a drunk person who was using very bad language and who occupied there time for 20 minutes. when asked for the bill was told it will be on the bar when your ready, went to the counter and was told it was £34.95 when i asked for a breakdown of the bill she asked why?? i replied because we did not have what we ordered when she asked what didn't we have i replied chips she then replied i didn't notice ( this was not a complicated order) she then reduced the price by £2.00 but still didn't issue a bill or receipt upon leaving i made what i considered a constructive comment that being there was no soya sauce and she replied you could always ask. there was not offer of chop sticks to eat the food with ( a chinese restaurant) and the table was barren of all condiments. all together extremely bad service and clearly totally not used to customers sitting in. this restaurant needs to train there staff in not just customer care but also the philosophy of chinese cuisine and service. I have experienced better service in the worst fast food restaurants than this joke disguised as a chinese restaurant and take away. Never again will I attend this joking restaurant as they clearly have no idea of sit in diners. One to miss as a sit down. However if you want to know all about the counter staff life it is a perfect place to sit.

This restaurant has been in Station Road for absolutely - well, forever. The food is always very good and we prefer to get in the car and go a little further for a takeaway from here rather than pop round the corner to our local Chinese.

My poor review is not regarding the food, I have always had a good meal and would very much recommend the red curry. I would also recommend a delivery only, the serving staff are disgusting. On arrival they are very put out that they need to serve and are taken away from their mobile phones. Their attitude to a paying customer is shocking and makes you wish you went for a Indian sit down instead

This is a small Chinese restaurant, mainly doing a brisk take-away trade, which is always a good sign. The General Tsao's sauce was unlike any I am used to, but the food was generally good enough. No remarkably good or bad dishes. I asked for the sauce for one of the dishes to be served on the side and they brought a dish with about 2 cups of sauce in it and then charged a pound for it. I certainly did not need that much sauce. Cook appeared to be Chinese, wait staff not Oriental. Wait staff attentive enough.
