Food lovely and arrived on time and still very hot

First time ordering from here. Sadly not a great experience, the vermicelli was stuck together had a very floury texture and flavour, it was completely inedible. Pancake rolls were not cooked properly. The chicken chow mein had no flavour but was edible.

Did not get full order , missing prawn crackers at £2.70.

Food was great, not so much the Noodles bit hard,every thing else very tasty

General standard of quality of food was just not very good. Didn’t expect chips at the bottom of the omelettes although the taste and quality of them was okay. Chips tasted funny, seaweed tasted a bit strange and very dry. Prawn toast also not a lot of flavour. Duck spring rolls were okay, large spring rolls very tasteless and no salt. Crispy beef was okay.

We ordered sweet and sour chicken and when it came there were prawns in it. I could not eat it as I am allergic to shell fish. If I had not seen the prawn on top I could have ended up in hospital.

Compared to other Chineses the food was bland wasn’t flavourful.

The food was 2 hours late and it was freezing cold to the point my Hong Kong style chicken wasn't sauce any more it was a thick jelly like substance inedible and doesnt meet the needs for a refund apparently

the food was 2 hours late, which I understand it being late due to delivery strikes and valentines day. however, 2 hours was far too long. The food was also lukewarm, but it was every tasty so it made up for it.

just ordered special chop suey.. it came in sweet and sour sauce . (when it should be gravy !!!) when I phoned, as I thought they made a mistake with my delivery, they said "that's just how we do it". nowhere on earth makes it with sweet red sauce. chips very overdone. i won't be ordering again! not happy.

Arrived early but the food wasn’t great. No hoisin sauce for the duck and pancakes, sweet and sour sauce was like water, duck was over cooked, seaweed was undercooked. The list just goes on! Won’t be ordering again

Ordered king prawn fried rice and the smell from the prawns was unbelievable, absolutely disgusting, usually lovely but this time the prawns were off, meal went in the bin

£45 worth of food didn’t even get prawn crackers, chicken was very over cooked/ burnt. Got a salt and pepper munchies box for £20 may as well have just sent a box of chips won’t be ordering again.

Fabulous piping hot fresh food, delivered in double quick time. Noodle dishes in particular were exceptional- and the Christmas card was a thoughtful touch! Highly recommended.

Absolutely unreal never fail would highly recommend the mini munchy box or anything from the menu, never ever leave reviews but there food is out of this world! Also they gave us a Christmas card today with our food always early as well!!! 10/10
