Golden Dragon in Harlow

Food is very good and not too sweet- good ingredients and fresh

This number (in the name of Golden Dragon) called my father pretending they were an energy company and asking personal questions about his earnings and energy use. Luckily, my father knew this was not the case and they were just trying to get some money out of him. Wouldn't trust them.

Had food here yesterday. I was worried about trying a Chinese out in Harlow as I'm picky with Chinese and have my regular in LDN. Food was actually really nice here. We got chicken balls, s+p prawns, chicken chow mein, pork fried rice, s +p chips, bbq ribs and veg spring rolls. Sweet n sour sauce nd curry were great too. Will be my new Chinese now.

Amazing food at all times would visit it again

Ordered from here for the first time. Arrived early but they were the worst plain noodles I've ever had, they were dry and flavourless. The rest of the food was OK but not the best. Can't see why people rave about this place, maybe I was just unlucky but won't be trying it again.

Ordered from JustEat. Got Singapore noodles, crispy beef, egg fried rice and spring rolls. All of the food was disgusting, couldn't eat it. The noodles were not typical Singapore noodles and tasted like the chef had dropped an Oxo cube in them. The crispy beef was just deep fried batter with no beef inside. The egg fried rice looked to be microwaved and the spring rolls were just mush wrapped in pastry. Complete waste of money, no idea how it is highly rated.

Food is always delicious, portion sizes are great and the people are lovely. I lost my wallet there once and when I called in they told me they found it and saw my drivers license so they then sent it home to me!

Ordered takeaway for first time last night. Food was really good and freshly prepared. Service was polite and efficient. Accidentally forgot pancakes for our duck but immediately sent these to us using their driver. We will be back :-)

We went to takeaway and ordered in person, one dish was made totally different than we asked. Chicken had very weird taste out of 5 meals only 1 was tasty the other 4 went in to bin . Delivery driver was very quick and nice 👍

Not very good first time ordered last week made me I'll ordered 2and time got order completely wrong food very bad looks like manky old rice with fresh rice

My family and I have been going to Golden Dragon for over a year now and they have always been consistently good. Delicious dishes and always on point delivery. Not to be mistaken with Golden Dragon & Crystal Palace in Old Harlow, this Golden Dragon at The Stow is a hidden gem! 5/5 would always recommend.

Disgusting food, freezing cold and inedible!

Ordered Special noodles with no pork! Got home to find the dish containing pork! Ordered salt & pepper squid not sure what I got but was hard and dry and cold!!! Just like crispy beef. Overall very bad experience won't be ordering from here again. Once bitten twice shy!!!

I've used this restaurant for years but my last two orders have been awful, first time thought I was unlucky but it was the same next time. Chicken chow mein very salty and lots of extra garlic in everything else. Has it changed hands or got a new supplier does anyone know?

Worst Chinese, delivery was supposed to be 40 minutes. after 1 hour I called and was told delivery is on its way. One hour later still no delivery. No answer from there phone number. When the food finally turned up I turned it away as it was freezing cold.

Order from here every week all ways a good bit if food.

Best Chinese we have ever had in Harlow. Everything we ordered was delivered quick, with a friendly face and the food was hot and fresh, and just overall amazing! Would highly recommend! We will defiantly be returning!

Standard Chinese but always fresh and tasty. Great honey spare ribs and good size portions. Reasonably priced and ready very quickly. Definitely recommended.

Very strong, slightly weird additive taste to all dishes. Horrible. Won't be ordering again.
