Sweet and sour pork, sweet and sour chicken, egg fried rice and sesame prawn toast. Lovely. Can’t say better then that. 😋😁 Oh, and free prawn crackers. We like free! 🥳

Really don't have any words to describe my disappointment, actually I do.....didnt start well with the delivery driver running down the road waving my dinner around while talking on the phone trying to find my house, downhill from there, chicken and sweet corn soup....cold tasteless gloop but to be fair had a lot of (tasteless) chicken in it, BBQ spare ribs badly burnt which worries me about how many times they may have been cooked, but were disguised well with a thin layer of some sort of sauce, Chicken fried rice ok but backed up with the soggiest noodles have eaten, all in all for 23quid quite disappointing, not anticipating a comfortable night and the poo paper is already in the freezer.

A few months ago I would have rated this take away highly, have ordered from here many times, used to be lovely. Not sure whether it's been taken over or what's happened, but it's gone downhill faster than a silver bullet on its way to hell! Ordered last week and the meal was forgotten about, waited well over 90 minutes and when it did arrive it tasted good, but was cold. The first Thought I'd give them the benefit of doubt and ordered again tonight, ordered Schezshuan chicken, which I've enjoyed many times before, but it was really awful. It couldn't have been further from the lovely food we used to get from this place. So disappointed, not hot enough, tasted really awful and more water chestnuts and bamboo shoots than any other content...definitely won't be using this place again. Lack luster, poor quality and so disappointed 😥.

I have had 5 orders delivered to Ludgershall in the last month or so. Have known about the Golden Dragon for years but didn't realise they delivered. Despite the bad reviews I thought I would take a chance. I am so glad that I did. Every meal has been piping hot and delicious. Probably the best Chinese food I have eaten since Lee left the Hong Kong in Ludgershall. I think I know where all my Chinese food will be coming from in the future. It seems that people only review when they want to moan about something.

Sadly I have moved on after 3 years with deliveries from this place. I got fed up with cold food and very long wait for delivery (which is charged extra, ) The food was getting more and more salty. I was also told on one occasion, they had run out of ginger!!!! Not so good when its part of most of you menu! On a high I can say your delivery lady is lovely, But that is it!!!

Really terrible service and mediocre food. Ordered at 6.15pm to be told there would be up to an hour wait for delivery. 7.45pm I rang to get an update on the order to be told it was cooking at the time. The person on the phone was rude and couldn't provide an ETA. 8.10pm order has arrived, no discount/ complimentary dish provided. Order was missing a dish. Phoned again to be told the missing dish would be sent asap. Again, person on the phone accused me of lieing about the lead time and said that no discount etc. Would be provided. Total order arrived at 8.35pm. Food was mediocre and could not enjoy full meal together. Would not use again.

Tatty, Cold and just GRIM The lady serving was very nice, but was really preoccupied by her 3 young children that were behind the counter and in the kitchen. She was serving customers at the counter and taking orders and money, but also assisting in the kitchen (didn’t see her wash her hands) she also didn’t have hat or apron. The cook was wearing an old grubby t-shirt, also no apron and no hat. The whole place is just well past it’s best, and the food was just meh! The food, well, it was all just brown and tasteless. Probably the worst take out I’ve ever had! The sweet and sour chicken in batter tasted and looked like it was bought in frozen and deep fried, tasteless and not even crispy. All 5 dishes I bought were just below average, were brown, uninteresting, tasteless and utterly forgettable. As for having 3 young and uncontrollable 3-5yr olds running around the kitchen, it’s just an accident waiting to happen! The place is grubby, and the waiting area was bloody freezing! The fan heater was blowing cold air, in November. It looks like it needs a good and thorough clean and update! I won’t be going back, ever!

Good Chinese takeaway, the food was good and not too greasy, their hong kong style sweet and sour chicken was delish! I would say that their portion sizes are a little stingy when you order chow mien though. Delivery was very quick and I paid over the phone by card which was really helpful as most places seem to be cash only.

Very tasty good quality and freshly cooked food. Reasonable prices for the food that we ordered and decent sized portions.

We had just your average take away, nothing too challenging, not only was it so cold in there that you could see your breath misting as you spoke, but that temperature carried over to the food. We literally live about 3 minutes away and the food was totally stone cold when we got it home so we had to reheat, which effects the flavour unfortunately. We did taste it before reheating and the flavour was good, shame about how it ended . I wouldn’t go back again I’m sorry to say.

The chicken was raw blood still coming out when bit into it delivery guy was fat dripping in sweat onto the carrier bag

Shared a meal for two..mostly ok..but the fat used needs changing..the chicken balls batter was distinctly unpleasant..we will try again as overall acceptable

Seems to be on a downward spiral, food quality is getting worse the last delivery of soggy barely warm sweet and sour pork balls was pretty revolting, the curry is hit and miss varying between watery yellow liquid and over spiced glute. I used to use this takaway on a weekly basis but it's now very occasional more of a test to see if it's got back to how it was todate still getting disappointed.

As 1 of 2 Chinese takeaways in Tidworth, it has some competition with regards to variety. Having previously tried the other on Tidworth's main road, I could say I prefer this establishment. The dish I had was above average, the rice about on par/as expected. The only drawbacks are how much further out the way from Tidworth centre this is, and the minimum spend to use card payments, which isn't an issue when the Costcutter next door is open, but once it closes, you either have to order more food you may not necessarily want/need, or retrieve cash from the cash point next to the garage.

Have used this take away a lot . Always good food and prompt delivery . Prices reasonable and the food is tasty. . If you are looking to have evening meal delivered with no worrying this is the place to order from .

Food is very tasty. Staff are polite, kitchen is clean, I watched as they were preparing my food. Maybe a bit overpriced..£4.80 for a small bag of chips. However they do the best Garlic, chilli and salt chips!!!

Tenía un curry desde aquí, estaba bien, pero no la mejor, el personal es amable y muy rápido para conseguir la comida preparada, en cuanto al precio, no está mal mejor que algunos lugares en la zona, no es la mejor pero es buena comida y rápido y amable,

I think this Chinese and the other one in Tidworth are very similar in taste but both are very good. Plus they do seaweed !

Fast food, friendly staff and good recommendations. Nice Friday night, PJs on, staying in kind of food.

Han estado usando este restaurante para comidas a domicilio durante muchos años. Tienen sólo una vez tuve un problema (que para ser justos no decírselo), cuando parte de una comida que faltaba. Buena comida, no hay problema con la entrega o ordenar lo recomendaría para un sabroso, noche tumbados.

Been coming here for years now. Great food and friendly staff every time. The food comes out very quickly too.

Popped into get a takeaway, good choice of menu, served by a friendly young lady. Food was cooked to order and when we got home found the food tasty with good size portions. Food was reasonably priced for a Chinese takeaway.

As the title says it's just another Chinese takeaway, neither brilliant or bad just dependable. Delivery service is always on time.
