Our first order from here quality food good portion sizes as well full family is full and still some left. Think we found our new favourite takeaway

it was the wrong order what came, had to wait another 40 minutes for the correct food and the chips and onion rings which was right was cold when second delivery arrived

Dry no taste needs more sauce disappointed jam on toast was better

Very disappointed this evening. Have to say, not from the chef. The driver walked across our front garden. When we opened the boxes, the toppings had slid. I called godfathers who sent a replacement worse than the first delivery. Bearing in mind 4 people have had to wait for food. We brought the driver into the house so that he could witness and also asked him to take photos, which he did. Ruined our evening with guests.

Can be the best pizza, on other days not so good, all depends who's making the pizza's

The rudest delivery driver I’ve ever encountered!

Worst delivery driver an hour late food shuved in my face when I answered the door no apology not even a.hello!! Ordered 4 cans got 1 really disappointed in all the service

Had been a customer for over 10 years, will not return. Pizza not delvered, when asked, was told they had tried and phoned, neither was the case. It was then delivered COLD. Asked for fresh one to be told they would loose money!!! Pffs ... I would happily give it no stars for customer service.

Ordered here for the 1st time tonight and it was absolutely beutiful I got the chicken and donner kebab and it was so full of flavour and cooked perfectly my wife got the pulled pork burger and she said its the best she has ever had this is now going to be our regular takeaway shop they even went out of there way and made my wife a tub of mixed sweets up they really are great people and excellent service was provided thankyou.

Have this if you’re a pig. Yummy

Just bought a Donner kebab the meat is dry & like cardboard must of been warmed up from last night. Never had one like this before from there usually the best kebabs around maybe time for a change

Ordered 2 16inc pizza and there sent me completely the wrong size at same cost without ringing me . Would of got cheaper in special . What's confusing i would of saved £15 that way also Customer service there as gone down hill . Wonder if fatz is aware staff do what they want

Love the cheese burgers from there and the milk shakes my little one always makes me get her they get top Mark's also.

I arranged for pizzas to be delivered to our party premises.. The pizza came on time we’re still hot … everyone commented how nice and tasty they were .. I was very happy with there business will definitely recommend them and use them again xx thank you to all the staff for great service x

whent to godfather, s last night for a pitza today spent most of the day with stomach pains and vomiting health concerns will be contacted on Monday. Ps do yourself a favour it's not worth the risk.

Just been into get an order....the girl on counter needs to learn some customer service skills how rude she was just slammed the bag on the counter and said here you are.....needs some people skills......

Waited over an hour for food, rang to ask where it was ‘it’s on way’ Took over another 45 mins when it’s 5 mins away.

Normal I’m over the moon with this take away but just recently Iv ordered pizza with extra toppings and been very disappointed with them on all occasions the pizza look dry and over cooked and every time toppings have been missed and that pxxxxes me off it’s not like it’s hard to put extra onions , mushrooms and tomatoes Iv paid for these toppings and it’s not hard to put the toppings on that you have paid for especially when you no the shop must go through tonnes of the toppings I know we all have off days but this is my third disappointing pizza, to work all day and look forward to your Friday takeaway but I think for me unless it’s a chicken burger or a wrap I think I’d get my pizza elsewhere

Absolutely amazing! Never fails to impress! I normally have the farmhouse meal which is insane but tonight I had something different the cheesy pulled pork chips which were AMAZING literally mine and my partners fave takeaway

Good is generally good, bit over priced but I guess if you want good food you will pay it. very disappointed in the sweet cups £3.60 for a standard plastic cup filled sith sweets is disgusting.

Owner is rude and aggressive.And website has many faults and owner was un able to resolve the situation.

Food took 1hr 40 mins to come missed part of the order so had to ring. Food cold told them for them to just say sorry. Not good enough. It's not the first time they have made mistakes.

Wow! What’s happened. I’m well annoyed! This used to be a nice takeaway and somewhere that delivered quickly. I ordered the usual farm house kebab which is chips, cheese, grilled chicken and grilled halloumi with salad sauce and a pitta. My usually request is to swap the pitta for a wrap which they always do, very good. However, tonight I have waited over an hour for it to arrive when it is less than a mile away from my house. It turned up cold. The garlic bread I ordered I can only describe as a frisby looking thing. It actually made my jaw ache chewing on it. Grilled HALLOUMI, the clue is in the title, the halloumi in the picture is clearly not grilled, it is quite clearly deep fried which has made it bitter and drier than usual. It looks like a triple cooked beef dripping chip, not cheese! I’d like to give the firm the benefit of the doubt but when the only thing that was half decent was the salad, I think I’ll pass in future. Gutted!

Mould on pizza base ,and also on pepperoni, was told pizza doe is fresh everyday, burger was watery and tasteless ,food was cold even though I live a mile away ,this place has gone downhill during covid ,avoid unless you want to find a cure for disease amongst the mould spores !

One of the best shops after a big night out and you need some decent scran to soak everything up! However staff usually do get one thing incorrect about large orders, however it’s usually a minor inconvenience.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Just bought dinner and they forgot a portion of chips the calzones were 95% bread with no filling and was over all greasy and poor quality. Awful would not reccomend even if I was dying of hunger

Gone right down hill....they dont get orders correct they alway miss something off my order I will not be ordering eva again very poor customer service rude staff I recieved £39 worth of food the pizzas I ordered came like slop in a box the donna wrap had chili sauce I'd asked for no chilli when I phone to complain I'd asked for a refund to be told I cant and if I did not to return and order again staff member become very aggressive on the phone he then turned up at my door with the replacement donna wrap where he demanded to see the pizza I told him my children had ate them but I do have pictures I showed him these pictures he said he would deduct money from the driver this to me is un fair as I didn't receive a refund I paid for the food so the shop is not out of pocket so why take from the driver VERY POOR will not order again and would definitely not recommend the food it did use to be really nice but now it's not it ofton comes cold I was made to feel like i was been awkward for complaining!

This is one takeaway which always gets the order right. The food is always hot and i never have to wait too long for my food to be prepared. I cannot fault godfather at the moment!

Our regular take away always quick always nice and definitely worth going. I tend to go for a calzone.

The worst pizza ever ordered half vegetarian half pepperoni to find pepperoni over most of it 😡😡 hardly any cheese absolutely rubbish soggy onion rings it's gone right down use to be nice !!!

Food nice what we get but one of the delivery drivers isn't good. 1st time he knocked on window placed the bag on the bin and ran off next door dog scared him. Next time he rang me up asking if I can come out and get the food from the car. I told him I am disabled cant get out lucky my partner was able to go. But the guy didnt seem to want to be around my area as loads of kids n parents where out. It's like he didnt want his car to be stolen but I known many other drivers who come to the street area to take out their keys n come to houses this guy didnt want to. Lucky we ordered online as the place would of lost money. I ran up complained about it. Manger or owner said their sorry and have a word with driver. Making me not want to order from their again.

Do not order from this place as my family got food poisoning on Sunday night been confirmed today by drs the food was rank

Ordered never sent full order rang up got told the rest would be with me in 15 mins rang back up 30 minutes later cos still never got the rest and they never had even sent it out bad customer service will never order again

I left without an item and they called me to let me know I had left it love the honesty. Good Pizzas and offers.

We have had a couple of mishaps with some of our orders...but we have continued to use them since and tbh things have been fine...hence I have edited my comment to reflect this positiveness and I also increased my star rating.
