£9.50 for a regular donner? Surely this has to be the most expensive kebab shop in the country?! They are having a laugh. You can get cheaper kebabs in Mayfair London.

I like the food and it makes my favourite kebab in Manchester but I used the website to order our food and they gave me one wrong pizza. Phone was off the hook so drove back with wrong pizza expecting to swap but no. The server was rude, no apology and blamed me for making a mistake and I should have made comment on website even though there were no instructions. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I wouldn’t even usually complain but my wife is pregnant and doesn’t like fish so couldn’t eat it.

The Godfather in burnage Manchester was absolutely disgusting. We ordered a donnor and chicken kebab and 2 pizzas. Do not know what meat was in there but it was inedible and the pizza dough tasted soapy. Never again. The next day I felt sick and was on and off the toilet and that was only after a few bites. Avoid at all costs!!

The quality of the donner meat is second to none. You can tell its proper meat byt the way it melts in the mouth. The secret donner sauce is crazy good but i couldn't tell you what's in it! A free salad bar whilst you wait for your main meal as well, what's not to love about that?

Decided to go here after a few years not going and I can honestly say it is disgusting the kebab meat is so dry and the place is well over priced I can honestly say never again will I go there

Pizzas usually ready and piping hot when I come to pick them up within 40 mins of placing an order although I am aware they deliver as well. The staff are friendly and able to accommodate some ad hoc adjustments to pizza orders and even forgo extra charge for the inconvenience. Spicy pizzas are moderately spicy and taste fine though a tad salty.

AWFUL !!!! AWFUL !!!! AWFUL !!!..Now I really don’t like slating people on here as everyone has different experiences at different times. Now really I loved eating here when I was a kid But WOW this was AWFUL!!!!! Ordered 2 doner’s tonight all the trimmings it was delivered within 30mins we thought amazing. As we sat down to eat we started to get a sour smell but really sour. Once the meat touch your mouth it’s was really really OFF!!!! I mean really off like the sourness off it was almost metallic or something really really bad. So we thinks ok everyone makes mistakes no problem. Give them a call an they were nothing but RUDE!!!! Really Rude we explained we have eaten here since 1985 an never really had an issue but NO!!! We were spoken like we know nothing about anything. We asked just for a replacement, so not doner just chicken or lamb but NO!! Guys rude telling use it’s fine an they won’t replace anything or refund???? So here we are served up ROTTEN MEAT!!! An told to basically F**k off??? Luckily just eat are more accommodating an refund our bill. Fuming now to think I’ve been eating hear an advising other the same an to be told after all this time your not worth there’s? STAY AWAY Everyone it’s just not like what it used to be. Off meat bad bad customer service an a total lack of any hygiene You’ve Benn WARNED!!!!!

tried this plce out tonight after the Halal Food Guy on You tube was raving about how good quality and value for money it was. I am highy dissapointed in the least to say the portion size of donner in nan would not even feed a teenager let alone a adult.the price was extortionate and the special donner sauce as he called it was bland as ..........welll u think of a polite was of putting it I would certainly avoid and as for any other reviews made by the o called infamous HFG on youtube i would certainly take them with a huge pinch of salt or better stilll a wide birth as it seems he might have taken a little backhander to get this place on the map and some trade flowing in ! Zero stars would be most appropriate for this place !

Always loved Godfather - their hot & spicy pizza is incredible, the spicy mince they add to it is extra special! Love the kebabs and burgers too and how there's fresh salad available for the customer to box up while they wait. Staff are top guys! <3

Ordered on web, said pay at place, when got there cash only, they have a app, website , just cash that is complete tax evasion, 4 men inside only 1 had mask on, rest around necks not good enough

After watching a YouTube review (halal food travel guy) I thought I’d try the donner kebab in naan with chips. The best part of the meal was the cardboard box it came in.

Great tasting pizza that was good value for money with the BOGOF offer. Ordered the veg pizza that was spicy, but wholesome.

I ordered a donner kebab and chips from here and was blown away at the price, when I heard how expensive it was I was expecting it to be amazing but sadly I wasn't impressed.... The donner meat was dry, the sauce in my opinion didn't go with the meat, the chips were also dry and felt like they weren't fresh. In my opinion for the price soo not worth it maybe overcharging for it due to the fact it comes in a big box.... but quality wise it's not worth it.

I have been going there since 1984 when I was a burnage school boy aged 12. All the old staff were wonderful and had their own football team. These bunch of jokers are rude, arrogant and simply have no passion or care. They are probably on low salary and signing on at the same time. Will never go again, such a shame how things have changed over 30 years. The old timers from the 1980’s were the best, I loved those guys they were like family.

Ordered from here 3 times so far and I literally cant fault them! The pizzas are tasty and always come on time. It's slightly more pricey than a more local takeaway but worth it for the extra few pounds! Toppings are full and yum, and delivery drivers always call if they're lost! Highly recommended! Yum

Can’t I put zero stars?! The guy behind the till was so rude. Seriously didn’t you mother teach u any manners! Been here a few times but my last visit was probably my last. Tasteless dry expensive chicken kebab and a pizza with a few grains of cheese sprinkled on top. Avoid at all costs.....

El personal es arrogante, no hay forma de hablar, no escuche a los clientes, porque no deberían estar en la industria. Llevo más de 30 años viniendo al Padrino, pero no volveré. . . sus precios son exorbitantes ahora. Cobran 6. 50 para un Donner Kebab, pero cuando pedí una bandeja de carne Donner (sin pan, ensalada y salsas naan) también fue 6. 50! ! ! Qué estúpido es eso. . . . los propietarios se han vuelto codiciosos y el personal, en particular el tipo que recibió mi pedido por teléfono, no es educado. Otro cliente y mis amigos y familiares que no frecuentarán de ahora en adelante.

Llamado el sábado por la noche para hacer un pedido, el hombre del teléfono dijo que la entrega demoraría una hora, no hay problema. 5 minutos después, llamé para informarles que tenía una emergencia familiar a la que tuve que ir de repente y podría cancelar el pedido, ya que solo habían pasado 5 minutos. El hombre fue tan grosero que dijo que la comida ya estaba hecha, lo cual era extraño ya que ¿cómo puede tomar 5 minutos y luego otros 55 minutos para entregar? ¿Este establecimiento estaría sirviendo comida fría? Luego pedí hablar con el gerente y él se negó a darle el teléfono, en cambio me dijo que nunca le servirían comida a la dirección que le di de nuevo.Este lugar solía ser el mejor, pero el personal grosero está haciendo que el lugar vaya cuesta abajo.

been going here for many many years its stood the test of time. the food is great tasty and fresh the staff are freindly and efficient the shop is spotlessly clean.highly recommended

El pan recién hecho vale la pena la espera, aunque hay un montón de personal, así que no hay que esperar mucho y tienen una barra de ensaladas GRATUITA para que te sirvas mientras esperas a tu kebab recién hecho (también sirven pizzas) tienen asientos. para un pequeño número de personas dentro y supongo que algunos asientos también afuera, ya que hay calentadores de patio y un gran toldo de estilo continental, pero fue un día frío y lluvioso en enero cuando visitamos, así que no había asientos. Hice un viaje especial para encontrar este lugar como yo. Había escuchado buenos informes y volveré en el futuro, creo.

No se usa esta comida para llevar antes y probablemente no vuelva a hacerlo.

Ths is a very healthy and freshly made take away which cares a lot about the quality. The take away also offers free salad while customers are waiting for their orders to be ready.

Ya todo el personal antiguo han dejado este lugar no es el mismo, la comida ha ido cuesta abajo, como el servicio y en general las normas el personal actual no parece que ya nada. La última kebab tenía sabor el horno no había sido limpiado en meses. Que necesita para su juego. . Es una pena realmente. solía ser el mejor de la zona. .

The Donner here is very good, probably the best in Manchester. Not particularly great for anything else. Seating under a canopy outside ifr you wish to eat in but this is mostly a take out place. I'd highly recommend the donner.

Este ha sido el mejor lugar de pizza de mi vida en Manchester. Y NUNCA HE ESTADO descontento con la comida o el servicio. Conseguir dos pizzas, ya que comprar a conseguir uno, si no uno con usted, a guardarlo para el desayuno y acercarse y grasa. Es la mejor cosa que hacer. Ir y pedir en el mostrador y conseguir algo de ensalada mientras espera. Es la comida. Es bueno.

Llamé a un pedido esta noche de Domingo 6 de noviembre, el llegó después de una hora y la comida estaba fría de piedra. Cogí el conductor en tiempo y le dije, me dijo que tenia que llamar a la tienda. Cuando me llamó el chico dijo que lo trae de vuelta o esperar una hora y luego colgó. Nada me hace el fin de este grupo de payasos.

Pedimos la comida desde aquí el viernes por la noche para la entrega para una fiesta de cumpleaños. Se supone que llegan una hora y media más tarde de las 9:00 pm.

También he estado quieres escaparte a este lugar ahora ya que estaba alrededor de los 14, que es un montón de hamburguesas y kebabs déjame decirte que cuando yo era niño este lugar era una meca juro. Todo el mundo a lo largo y ancho nueva sobre el Padrino!! Fue increíble:) pero ahora por desgracia, es manifiesta en la juventud y caído en el un abismo.

I always bought pizza from this place and loved their Hot & Spicy Pizza and there offer of buy one and get one free. I introduced my family and friends and even they loved it too, Keep it up

Proper good cheeseburger. The burger is freshly made and defiantly not frozen. Lettuce and quality dressing are the lows but one of the best fast food burgers in Manchester

Well priced when you get two for 1, always good quality and friendly and quick staff. Chicken kebabs are very small but tasty .

my husband and i have been having takeouts from here for years now, it very clean, and never had any problems with the food.I have the vegetarians pizzas, which is too die for, they put on a varied of veg, and u can have it hot, by having jalepeno peppers and chillies put on them , it alway well cooked. i alway enjoy my meal and have the left overs the next day and still enjoy it.My husband has the kebab and loves the kebabs from their. The only think i would say is if u want food from their during a busy period like a sat nite, then u are better going in and getting your food, because home deliveries can be slow, and getting through to them can be painfully, but onces you get the food is lovely!

Staff are good. The food is pipping hot and tastes amazing. The pizzas are buy 1 get 1 free and are fab. Burgers are big and nice. A must to come here.

Lovely food staff friendly place clean not expensive what more do want .staff helpful offered free ice cream with order. Good friendly atomosphere.
