Gobble Up in Liverpool

Just returned from a fabulous stay at gwyn fryn bed and breakfast. It was amazing, so quirky, beautifully refurbished from a Chapel. We stayed in Wood room, it was beautiful, the bed was so comfy, it was absolutely immaculate, the bathroom had a really good shower again spotlessly clean, our room was small but very cosy with everything you need. Breakfast was gorgeous. The staff were really nice and pleasant. Would highly recommend this hotel, will definitely return

A great find. I had jerk chicken and it came with rice plantains and coleslaw. Really good price and tasted delicious. Portions so big it will feed me tomorrow as well.

Beautiful food with lots of flavour! I got salt fish n ackee & my boyfriend got steak & prawns now although my food was really nice, his was soooo nice.

This was the nicest food I've had in a long while. We got the steak with prawns and fries in cheese sauce, the jerk chicken dinner which comes with rice, salad and a slaw and the jerk chicken patties. All reasonably priced (the dinners cost less than 30 quid all together and were MASSIVE) and so delicious. I highly reccomemd if you've never ordered from here before. We pre ordered to come at 5pm and it came at 2 mins past 5 so perfect service. I've attached some photos of our dinner. The photos don't do justice for how big the meals are, I nearly couldn't finish but forced myself to as it was too nice to waste!

Food is tasty, filling & plentiful. (One of my small orders was missed off but the food was so nice that I immediately forgave). Great to have a Caribbean place in the north end finally too!

Just had the best Jerk chicken with rice & peas that we have ever tasted-it was delicious and we enjoyed every morsel. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning soon. Price was very cheap-also noticed that the breakfast looked good.
