Missed breakfast at home to get mine at the Glenarrif tea house. Lovely set me up for a busy day.

Incredibly expensive for what you get, £3.95 for a hot chocolate made with cheap powder. Staff were friendly and the cafe was clean.

The scones were brilliant, however the "coffee" specialties are not as advertised. A cappuccino is not to be made with instant coffee

Two of the loveliest ladies I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Fun, friendly and amazing food. We stopped here for some lunch after walking around Glenariff forest. Places like this little cafe need to be appreciated for proper, honest food and customer service they offer. 10/10 can’t wait to get back already.

We were staying in the caravan park for 2 nights. Lazy Saturday we decided to go to the cafe for breakfast. The food was top class. It was so nice that we also had a lazy Sunday and returned. The staff are so nice and really attentive. I would highly recommend the food and service.

Remarkable service by the friendly and attentive staff, Mary and Teresa. Homemade desserts, plus tea and coffee (even Irish coffee) to please the soul. A wee gift shop as well, great for souvenirs.

In the visitor center of the national park. Drinks and snacks, sweets or sandwiches. Gift shop, £8.5 day parking fee even for short visits. Self-service, longer waiting times possible for arriving buses.

Renowned for its ‘Afternoon Tea’ the Glenariff Teahouse offers not just magnificent views but a mouth-watering menu of home-made food sourced from local ingredients. They offer also workshops – budding writers are invited to release their creative juices with their short story, scriptwriting and storytelling courses whilst artists are invited to learn how to capture the stunning scenery on paper and canvas on their watercolour and oil painting courses. I have to mention scones, they are the best in Ireland!!! Also big choice of souvenirs!!!

The tea shop is run down and grotty, the scones and tea reminded me of days gone by. The views were spectacular, just take a picnic

Unpretentious cafe with fantastic scones. As well as the more usual cheese and fruit scones they also had raspberry scones and peach scones. I can recommend the raspberry scones

Staff are rude they only sold sparkling water and after buying a few things from here i asked the girl could she fill up a childs cup with her tap water as my one year old was thirsty and the response i got was use the tap in the girls toilets absolute disgrace 😠😠😠

The Tea House is situated at the top of the carpark it over looks Glenariff which on a beautiful day has fabulous views..the Tea House has plenty of seating the staff are very helpful and friendly and the menu is of good variety slot of people choose to sit out when it is a sunny day

Visited as part of a tour off a cruise ship. Very scenic area with loads of walks, great views and a large car park. Part of the tour was a cream tea in the cafe which, was ok, have had much better. Staff were very good offering top ups for tea and coffee. Toilets on site. Looks a very popular area.

Kathleen's tea room is very good, plenty of parking available and the fresh scones are fantastic! Worth a visit

Superb service, breathtaking views

Absolutely brilliant experience. Two absolutely delightful ladies who couldn't have been more helpful. Daughter has dairy and soya allergy and were amazing at accommodating her requirements. We also really enjoyed our meal. Great weather so enjoyed the view with our meal.

Stayed in glenariff touring caravan park for 3 nights absolutely beautiful only thing I would rate 0 would be TV signal couldn't get one as a lot of other people were the same the only thing is that the other campers had children and speaking with them they said it put them of rebooking because of the TV signal

There are lots of spots that are really interesting and the water fall trail had lots of spots that I enjoyed looking at.

Well run cafe even I these strange times. Lovely food, a bit over priced but was the treat we needed before a lovely walk.

We called in last minute, and although I would recommend booking in advance, they were able to fit us in. The food was really nice, staff friendly and its a great treat after viewing all the lovely waterfalls.

We love the breakfasts at this little cafe whenever we are staying at the caravan park. The staff are lovely and so accommodating. The cooked breakfasts are superb, not to mention the lovely homemade scones! You should definitely give the place a visit if you are staying in the caravan site. It's a great wee treat to have a full breakfast cooked for you with fantastic view over the glen.

Didn't actually go to the tea house but the walk was great

I was impressed with this wee place and their social distancing as well as very good hygiene. We visited on 16th July (2020) so before the wearing of masks in certain buildings/businesses came in to force. The two lovely ladies who were working there were both very friendly, helpful, and efficient. There were plenty of signs around which gave clear direction regarding the Covid19 precautions and the ladies reinforced them verbally in a polite manner. The tea was very good, chips, shortbread, and ice-cream were also very nice. Hand sanitiser was placed at the entrance and exit with clear direction for visitors to either use the one provided or use their own. The views from the tea house were lovely. In the little courtyard behind the tea house there were toilets for ladies, gents, and an accessible toilet for disabled visitors. There were ramps available for use by anyone who can't use stairs. I would definitely visit again. For those who can't walk far or self-propel in a wheelchair far, please note that the disabled persons' parking is at least 100m from the tea house and the path is on a gradual incline up to the entrance of the tea house. There are picnic tables with benches attached dotted around on the (sloped) grassy areas around in front of the tea house. I would definitely make a return visit.

Uriges, leider völlig überfülltes Ausflugslokal nördlich von Belfast. Sehr schöne Umgebung mit Wanderwegen. Qualität vom Kaffee und Tee entspricht dem Umsatz, gleiche gilt für einen obligatorischen Snack. Aufenthalt im Cafe ist zeitlich limitiert.

Perfect get away for a stress free day surrounded by nature

A wonderful oasis, or refuge of calm, overlooking Glenariff. This cafe provides good service and comprehensive snacks for either before you set out or indeed after you have returned from exploring the numerous walks throughout the Glenariff ( waterfall ) valley. Enjoy !

Stopped off for some lunch after a hike around he forest any we were not disappointed. Minute we opened the door greeted by friendly staff . Great selection of sandwiches for lunch along with deals of soup and sandwiches combos . Opted for the Mac Burger not disappointed at all. Clean warm cosy place just ideal venue to eat after a hard walk My only negative comment and it's miniscule would be to get rid of that cheap ketchup and get some proper stuff ..see I said it was mino r !!!!

A wonderful oasis of calm to enjoy simple wholesome food, with great views and lots of car parking. Handy meeting location for those walking to the Glenariff waterfall, or returning from it! Good service and local produce used.

The teahouse was fine, but the exhibition was abysmal. It was very run-down and the whole building complex was very shabby.

Awesome location! Didn’t stop at cafe but can’t go wrong with such beautiful surroundings.
