Had a beautiful walk here today around the Forest park and then enjoyed a beautiful lunch with my family in the tea house afterwards. We all had tea and freshly prepared sandwiches or baked scones. There is also a Lovely selection of cakes to choose from , I had a slice of the chocolate fudge cake and it was beautiful. The service was quick and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very enjoyable day! :) hope to visit again soon.

This cafe does not have a coffee machine but charges 3 pounds for a cappuccino from a sachet!!!!! It is in a beautiful location but looks as if it has been neglected for years. It is seriously in need of a complete renovation.

This cafe is seriously over priced. £5 for a portion of chips is ridiculous in a little cafe like this. They are also charging extortionate prices for coffees which are not made with pressed coffee. Normal families in the caravan park could not afford to take kids here. It’s such a shame as the area is so beautiful but this lets the park down, it’s seriously old fashioned too, needs an update.

This place is located at the Visitors Centre for the Forest Park with lovely views down the valley. We had tea (very generous) and cream teas. The latter was served on warm plates and the aerated cream was melting. Very unpleasant. The scones were reasonably freshly baked and okay. The jam fairly poor. Could do better

We visited Glenariff on a sunny Sunday a few weeks ago. On arrival we had coffee and amazing oat and coconut biscuits. Although we sat inside there are big picture windows and we had a great view of Scotland. There are also tables outside. There is a kind, friendly, and helpful team of ladies in the kitchen preparing the food to order. We did the "Waterfall walk" and were then ready for lunch so we went back to the tearooms and it did not disappoint. Sandwiches were made with exactly what we wanted in them and there is plenty of choice. I also had homemade tomato soup which was perfectly seasoned and sweetened which is unusual. When we next visit Glenariff we will definitely plan to eat there again.

We had a lovely lunch here the sandwiches were ‘whatever we wanted’ the staff made everything freshly for us. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the views down the glen and across to the Mull of Kintyre. The walks and waterfalls are beautiful and everywhere is well maintained.

Good place to visit at the start or end of a walk in the forest, or just a stop to look down the Glen and beyond. Friendly staff and a good selection of food and drinks. Small shop, where we bought a t shirt.

Much to our delight, the teahouse stood just outside of Glenariff Forest Park and provided us a great respite before we continued our hike back into Cushendall and our B & B there. The scones were huge and the tea was hot. This teahouse is just a beautiful stop following spectacular hiking and falls.

I visited Glenariff Forest Park this week, and did the Waterfall walk - beautiful:) The Teahouse is a welcome sight on return, and I enjoyed a lovely cuppa and a slice of gorgeous lemon drizzle cake, whilst overlooking the glen and the views out towards Scotland. Kathleen and her staff were very welcoming and helpful and I would recommend this cafe, and the forest park and walks, for a visit.

On a late Tuesday afternoon, the place wasn’t too busy but there are plenty of tables outside and in where you can sit and enjoy a hot or cold drink and a delicious scone and jam. I think there are probably hot and cold snacks at lunchtime but we were a bit late for that. The ladies behind the counter were warm and friendly and happy to help with purchases from the gift shop area as well as with food and drinks.

Awesome spot with great staff and a welcoming, cozy atmosphere. It was a wonderful bar to hangout at for a couple pints. There was live music going on which was a real nice touch. The singer was amazing, hats off to him. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a nice chat with locals and try some local whiskey.
