We had some afternoon drinks in the unexpected sunshine. The manager was very hospitable. The cocktails were delicious. They are usually only open for afternoon tea at that time ( tequila themed!). We had a lovely time. Hope to be back again soon!

Booked for bottomless brunch for 3:30, no reception staff nor staff available to seat us until 4pm. Severely understaffed with extremely slow service despite food being set platters the same for everyone, I was under the assumption you choose main and dessert but it’s just set food. We were starving, the food arrived immediately (I assume these are not fresh and just reheated) Once sat, the drinks were SO slow we had 2 drinks in 40 minutes.. the aim of bottomless is to get a little drunk at least, we left completely sober despite finishing our drinks and waiting for the next round. Everyone is drinking the same cocktail it would make sense for bartenders to continually make them to have a good flow of drinks, however after drinking they will await to then get orders from the waitress of the SAME drinks again to make and give each table at a time making the service so slow. Waitress was trying her best however with only 2 staff including her, it was just TOO slow and I would never return based on this, waste of money we could have got a much better meal and drink else where for the same price.. Don’t recommend.

We had an amazing time at Glasshouse on the Roof. The DJ created a fantastic atmosphere and had everyone up dancing. Drinks and service A+. Thanks for a fab evening

My experience at the NYX hotel was highly disappointing. The staff appeared to exploit intoxicated guests by imposing unwritten rules and failing to communicate these at the time of booking. The bartenders were not only rude but also seemed utterly disengaged from their duties. It costs nothing to offer a smile to paying guests, yet this basic courtesy was absent. Furthermore, they did not inform us that the drink selected for the bottomless brunch was the only option available, and their frustration was directed at me when I attempted to change my choice. This booking was for a birthday, and although some guests who had paid their deposit did not attend, their money should have been refunded to the person who made the booking—the birthday girl. Instead, the restaurant informed us they would retain the deposit as a service charge, which is neither mentioned in any policies nor mandatory. By law, service charges are optional, and this policy should be honored. Moreover, the DJ failed to cater to a diverse audience, making the atmosphere quite dull. Overall, the service and experience at NYX hotel were far below professional standards and require significant improvement.

Over priced, with rude or overworked staff.

Went for the Miami Vice event... The rooftop has an awful view, is really small, DJ played music way too loud. Hotel is decorated really tacky, don't know who stays at this hotel. Food was nice though.

Looks like a nice rooftop bar - however we got sent up by a member of staff downstairs and a woman on the roof then yelled at us that she’d booked the entire space and very aggressively asked what we were doing there and followed us out - we would obviously never try to gate crash a private event but there seemed to be some miscommunication between upstairs and downstairs and overall the situation made us feel very uncomfortable as guests.

60£ brunch that was barely edible. The view is great sure, but the food is genuinely bad.

Came for bottomless brunch a few weeks ago with 11 friends (second time I have been for the brunch)..... We had a fab time! Drinks were flowing! They are very generous with the drinks which is exactly what you want from a bottomless... We didn't have to ask once for a top up. The food is SO GOOD! The French toast is a firm favourite! It's such good value for money with 2 to courses, unlimited Prosecco and a good selection of cocktails. The barmen and waiter were also super friendly and really took care of us!

I think the reviews are quite harsh, but maybe my experience was different. I went for the bottomless brunch and I quite enjoyed my time. The DJ was good, not exactly my type of genre, but still provided a nice atmosphere. The drinks were delicious and the barman / lady who was serving were nice. The food was okay, nothing amazing but not terrible. I think the tacos need a different sauce, as horseradish is a bit of an acquired taste. Don’t let the reviews put you off, especially as they’ve got a bottomless brunch deal on right now! :)

Would not recommended this place. I was here for drinks on Friday evening. We had pre booked a table for 10, our table wasn't ready when we arrived. The barmaid then dragged chairs around to make us a table. There was no music so the atmosphere was pretty dead. The bar smelt of sewage. They are charging £15 per cocktails plus service! The drinks are poor quality and being served in old, ugly glasses. Don't waste your time or money

The music was very loud, you couldn’t eat in peace. The food was fine but certainly not worthy for its price.

If I’m being honest probably bottom of the list when it comes to “rooftop” bars in the city. So many better ones ahead of it. The interior is quite cheap (plastic LED signs no neon) feels like a lounge, so last of chairs and wobbly tables, the drinks not amazing but the staff were also quite rude. Being told to order at the bar then told after I ordered at the bar to order from my table, generally not great. Tbh just go to Madisons, Radio, rooftop at Seed Library or Aqua instead

We visited for bottomless brunch. Lovely good, drinks topped up frequently and excellent service. Would visiy again.

Great place for an evening drink

Visited for bottomless brunch, waited a long time for drinks refills, often having to wave down staff to get their attention despite sitting right next to the bar. French toast was raw and looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. When asking the waiter he said it was meant to be served like this... and offered nothing to rectify. Pancakes were served with rock solid bananas and 2 strawberries which weren't edible and the cream looked like it had been reused from a previous guest. Would not recommend at all, and highly disappointing experience considering the cost.

Service was not good, waited long periods for drinks during bottomless brunch. My friend was ‘shooed’ away by the same member of staff three times when asking for their attention/wanting to order a drink. Food was low quality and not worth the price whatsoever.

Absolutely superb. The quality of the drinks and the service from Allesandro and Marlon was outstanding. The excellent service here is the main selling point and the ambience and location of this rooftop space is perfect for watching the sun go down. Urban chic at it's best - thank you guys!

We had a fantastic evening here New years eve. All stuff were great & accommodating. A special shout out to Elisa who was brilliant. We shall be returning.

Stunning city views, especially during sunset, unfortunately, this rooftop isn't anything special, it's missing the vibe or something... Staff is really nice and this place has got an amazing potential, but the concept of it should be rethought.

Unfortunately I couldn’t score them less than 1 star…incompetency at is best on this place…even though we booked the rooftop we get to the place and we are told we actually have a reservation for the Midtown restaurant which is actually on the ground floor…overbooked me thinks
