Giovanna's Deli & Wine Bar & Pizzeria in Newham

Absolutamente genial. Auténticos productos italianos, buen café, Focaccia y una gran selección de vinos. Recomiendo la pizza también. El precio es un poco demasiado alto para mi gusto en cuanto a los productos pero lamentablemente esta es la realidad de las cosas atm. La pizza es un precio muy justo.

Acabamos de mudarnos a la zona. Vino por una pizza y se sorprendió gratamente. Comida y ambiente y gente son geniales. Recomiendo.

Pequeño bar de vinos y Deli al otro lado de la carretera de la estación de metro Forest Gate, llamamos para el almuerzo, después de haberlo encontrado en T / A. Rompimos nuestro viaje para visitar. Las opciones de almuerzo, aunque limitadas, son llenas y hay algo para todos. Tomamos sopa, un plato de carne / queso compartido y un par de bebidas. La sopa golpeó el lugar y habría sido suficiente para el almuerzo, ya que era sustancial. El servicio era amable. Nos hubiera gustado quedarnos un poco más para disfrutar del ambiente, pero tuvimos que irnos corriendo. Si estuviera en la zona de nuevo, me encantaría visitar de nuevo

Lovely staff and great food. We had a selection of the starters and a few pizzas to share and the quality was top notch. Best spot at the back garden for a perfectly made Spritz!

Excellent coffee ,delicious snacks and e super friendly helpful staff . A delightful gem in a busy street ,I have eaten here many times ,always left fully satisfied with a smile on my face .

Great little spot in Forest Gate. Pizza’s are amazing, great selection and top quality ingredients. The staff was very knowledgeable on the massive selection of wines and friendly. The back garden is also a great gem for sunny days! Will definitely be back!

I came here for a coffee as this is my daughter’s favourite place, near her home. Giovann’s is relaxed, clean & friendly. I felt comfortable here, on my own. Has an authentic Italian feel and the waitress thoughtfully brought me a glass of water, after I finished my coffee. Highly recommended

Arancini, salads and small plates for lunch. Pizza in the evening. Everything is made with fresh and authentic ingredients. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service.

We regularly go to Giovanna's either as a couple or with friends, even though it is not that close to us. This deli/restaurant never disappoints with its laid back ambience and charming, attentive staff. Family owned, Giovanna's really cares about the quality of the products it sells. The pizzas are excellent as are the plates of cured meats and cheese. You will be sure to find a wine or cocktail that you love. Giovanna's is a gem of a place. As I go through the door, I feel that I am back in Italy.

It's always a great joy to come here every Thursday! Service is outstanding, food beyond this world! Lovely family owned restaurant with authentic food, cooked and served with passion. One of the best Pizzas I've ever had with a great selection of wines, cheeses, charcuterie...... DIVINE! Such a relaxing place for a meal & drinks. When I visit Forest Gate I always enjoy visiting this place. The food is excellent- I particularly enjoy their deli platters; the ingredients are so freshly prepared & beautifully presented. & the staff are so friendly & welcoming & you are looked after so well. Plus in the day they do great coffee & pastries!

A great little family owned and run Italian restaurant / pizzeria. Real italian / London family roots and a firm desire to bring Italy back to East London. Three old chaps made very welcome and ate wonderfully well. The service was bright and attentive and the food superb. Excellent choice of wine or draught and bottled beer and a chance to stock up on Italian Deli neccesities.
