Good food but very slow delivery

still hasn't arrived 18 mins after expected delivery time which was 75 mins. I've now been waiting an hour and 33 mins it's still not arrived

disappointed in the fish. Skinny, small and mean. was so looking forward to it. such a pity. will not order from there again.

Superb food. Not greasy like some other chip shops. Would recommend to others.

fritters were okay bit greasy. chips were rotten wee crispy bits. pizza was very doughy and not cooked right. this is usually nice from here

We order from them now and again there always deliver early and everything is always there and hot and tasty would recommend it

ordered a breast of chicken and it was delicious, beautiful gold colour,crispy skin,and the meat was juicy.

I love this chippy its the best in scotland i get it near enough every night cant get enough of it. The deep fried mars bar is a must get and cant forget the irn bru. I LOVE GIOS

Pretty good, sometimes mess up or forget a coke and send it the next day and leave you without for a night, but when they put the effort in they do good

Ordered at 7:20pm still not got it at 8:50pm… don’t know why it’s taking so long when we live a few minutes up the road

Elderly lady waited 90 mins for a fish supper to be delivered. She called down and assured a fresh fish was on way. When it arrived it clearly wasn't fresh. She called down to be met with a cheeky girl who hung up the phone when she tried to complain. Normally good but very disappointing especially with poor customer service.

Really nice food, can tell it’s fresh. The best chip shop in Glasgow for me. And no too pricey either.

The thinnest slice of fish I've every got. Cannot justify the price. Pizza was bland, greasy and did not have enough toppings. Chips were ok. Ice cream tasted really cheap. Sorry but you need to do more to keep your customers. Wouldn't order again/ recommend. Next.

food cold..as driver got lost

We got a single sausage and half pizza crunch on the 1/12/23. Pizza supper was beautiful. But I think the sausages tasted really plasticky. Never had that before and use Gios often. Don’t know if they just changed supplier

Delivered the item to the wrong address. Then when I phoned to tell them this, they just collected my order from the address they had delivered it to and gave me it back. By that point it had been handled by another customer (disgusting) and was freezing cold and I had to put it straight in the bin. And as I can’t prove it was freezing cold, Just Eat are refusing to refund it. Absolute joke.

Didn't receive order, was told nothing can be done. Never ordering from here again.

Must have changed hands as our meal tonight was disgusting. Special fish been fried to an inch of its life, fish so dry inside. Maybe from last night! Chips just had a cheap oil taste. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Before placing order, it didn't state delivery would be 1 hour 25 mins hence why I placed the order. I did not want to be eating at 10pm at night! If it had stated it would be this long initially, I'd have ordered from elsewhere

This is the best chippy I’ve ever had. I’m 30 and I’ve tried most popular places, Enzos has nothing on this place!! No bones in the fish, boiling hot when delivered. Quality is unbelievable, thank you for being phenomenal! I’ve had 6 deliveries in the last 2 weeks, UNREAL.

Both meals went in bin very disappointed usually lovely Chips were definitely left too long keeping warm should have been binned and fresh made. Batter around sausage like rubber tried pealing off but half the sausage came as well inedible, chicken dry obviously left to long staying warm also binned As I said usually nice but really disappointed tonight and ended up with soup won’t waste my money again

Think there's been a change of management or something, not as good as I remember but ok.

Had a chippy from here a few times now and its always really good. When I have been in they will cook it to order so its always roasting hot and fresh. Staff are really nice, they take card payments and easy to get parked outside as its off the main road. Highly recommend it.
