Ginger's Ice Cream Parlour in East Riding of Yorkshire

Popped in for a latte and ended up have the Banana & Toffee Crepe…… absolutely delicious 😋 Very friendly, very clean amazing food… what more can you ask for??

Visited multiple times with my children. They love the ice cream here. Loads of choices, they prefer the kinder flavour.

Had the most amazing experience for our first visit here, very welcoming, very clean!! The waffles well what can I say….. scrumptious, so tasty and filling! 👍 definitely be back, just wished I lived nearer. Thanks Gingers Team 🤩

I write with regard to Ginger's Ice Cream Parlour in Howden, owned by Angela Martinson. A message was posted today on their Facebook, stating that changes are currently being made that will benefit the customers. I replied to the post, asking what kind of changes. She told me she would only be willing to tell me personally, and was not willing to say in public on the page. I stated that I hoped it was not going to be an unwelcome surprise, for example, the replacement of the Groovy Moo gelato that is sold there, that we all know and love. I was instantly blocked. I messaged her using a back up account, asking why I was blocked, but she also blocked my back up account. I find this concerning. As a paying customer, I feel the way I am being treated is appalling.
