Always great service, the guys are friendly and the food never disappoints. Favourite takeaway in town!

Would have been zero star, we decided to try, for a change. Wish we hadn’t. Ordered chips n gravy a chip butty and fish bites. The food was disgusting, fish dark brown obviously refried, almost burnt, the chips showed signs of dirty oil, you could see the oil was dirty, n the chips and gravy tasted sour. Complained and they apologised and sent a replacement which was as bad as the first. Just vile. All food thrown in bin. Will never use again and advise everyone to avoid like the plague! Horrendous. Worst food I’ve had from anywhere ever. And we eat out and dine everywhere so this is bad.

As a Scotsman, not often you find a takeaway in the north east that does haggis but this place has some of the best I've had, closest I've found to the stuff we have back home. Burgers are great too with pepperoni (made as requested) and also pizzas with pepperoni on top of the cheese New York style (again, as requested). Accomodating to what one wants and the bloke always has great banter and up for a chat. My new favourite place for a good while. 10/10

Garlic bread was rubber and cold Also was told they run out of chicken as wanted a chicken kebab however there was chicken in family mixed kebab.

Tried for the first and last time ! The chips were inedible. Full of black bits and the ones that weren’t were brown all the way through and tasted off. Clearly bad potatoes. Fish was almost as thin as a piece of A4 however the batter was nice. Jumbo sausage was nice. Corned beef patty contained about 1% corned beef. More like fried mashed potato. They don’t take card and the shop front outside was littered with bits of broken glass. He had already wrapped up the food without asking if we wanted salt and vinegar. Clearly no pride taken in what they serve to customers.

Delivery was a no go. Ordered 20.10 phoned at 21.55 and said they were just cooking it now. Cancelled order.....

Can’t get onto just eat. One of the best takeaways that I’ve had. Never had proper kebab in years glad I took the chance and ordered from further away.

I had tuna, sweetcorn and tomato pizza. It was the best I have had for ages, not greasy and nice and crispy.

Wouldn’t even give it one star but had to press one. Ordered munchie box. Chips were cold. Pizza was hard. The chicken had been cooked so much it was also hard and so so so dry. Donner wasn’t nice. Onion rings tasted okay but were soggy. Only nice thing was the frozen nuggets. Also waited over 2 hours for the food.

Took over two hours to come. Pizza had no taste and the kebab meat was greasy! First and last time ordering from here.

We ordered a 4 piece meal last night but sadly it was not a pleasant experience (Fish & chips, Burger, Pizza and Doner kebab). The chips were greasy and soggy; the fish batter remained uncooked in the middle with evidence of raw egg batter! The strangest ever presentation of doner kebab remained uneaten (we saw no evidence of a vertical rotisserie, so unsure how this dish was cooked/prepared); our pizza was very highly spiced. Most of the food ended up in the bin. Sadly most of the food ended up in the bin - it was disgusting!

Delivery was an hour an half Bedlington station to Bedlington the kebab trays were in a bag on there side! The chicken tikka is literally just covered on the outside, the only good thing was the garlic sauce, so may good reviews for this place and yet we're left disappointed

Brilliant start for this newly reopened business. ⭐️ The food was absolutely delicious! The batter was so crispy, and the chips were beautifully crispy and fluffy. I opted for Haddock which was cooked fresh to order, also had tartare and curry sauce which spot on. Would highly recommend!

Been twice. The first time waited 30 minutes for some fish and chips and cheesy chips. They were decent. Second time I went waited 25 minutes for some reheated chips which were like chewing on a dog bone. So I gave my dog one and he’s chocked on it and currently sitting in dog accident and emergency. So you’ll be hearing from my lawyer. See yous in court

Placed an order today and I have used this takeaway a lot of times in the past, but tonight the food was no where near as nice as it used to be. The batter was white and under cooked. I had to put it in the oven to cook it properly as it was inedible.

Lunchtime specials are amazing value

I know the place is new still but its by far the cleanest chippy I've been in for a fair while. Kebab wasn't greasy like you get else where, fish portion looked really good too. Proper chippy chips, not over cooked or potato mush sticking to the paper.

Delivery turns up exactly when you ask. food great, what more can you ask for, best in Bedlington! !!!!!

Having not ordered here before me and my preggo Mrs thought we would give gills grills a go.....its fantastic,we order food at least once a week after work and this might be our new favourite! The food was great and the staff even phoned us to double check an issue with our order. We placed a large order and all the food arrived hot. Playing devil's advocate the only issue would be the burger buns are not to my taste as to soft but that's just if I had to be super picky
