The hotel was very nice very close to Newcastle cruise terminal and the airport plenty of parking . The staff were nice and friendly. Good breakfast.

Stayed recently for 2 nights....overall experience for budget price.....there are other options out there cheaper and better. * car parking.....very poor, maybe 10 spaces for a place this size, not good and yet they advertise parking! *stairs .....never seen so many stairs in a hotel. Access from car park is up one long steep set of stairs then when inside stairs to bar, stairs to 1st floor, stairs to 2nd floor.....no lift!! In the end i got fed up and used the service lift.....helped a bit. In short go elsewhere at a probably cheaper price!

Nice replace. Great views, foods great, staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful.

My Junior suite room is 'trying to be posh, but not there yet!! No power sockets near the bed, scuffs all over the paintwork and walls, bathroom is perfectly fine, but yeah, NOT 4☆

Can't rate the rooms but the food and staff are great

Brilliant food. Clean towels each day. Rooms tidied each day. Fantastic.

Staff were average. Had to leave our room key at reception when we went out (?????) we stayed in an upstairs room so there was improvement from the last time I visited as the wi does opened this time so was easy to air the room. The general feel of the hotel is tired and a the food is below average. I complained last time I visited (over a year ago) as there is no glasses as standard in the bedroom to have a drink from and still none this time. Also there are no sockets in the vicinity of the bed which is a pain as I had to charge my phone at the opposite side of the room. Loud function downstairs could be heard all night even from our room 2 flights of stairs up. Definitely expensive for what it is. Will do my best to avoid coming back.

Great place to stay Breakfast to die for

Hotel room was OK. The shower screen leaked water all over the floor. The breakfast was terrible, barely warm pre cooked food and quality produce. The breakfast server looked as if they didn't want to be there. Won't be going back.

Not bad. Reasonable service, nice food, quite noisy, quite expensive.

The food here was absolutely fantastic definitely would recommend to anyone , staff super friendly and the service was fantastic will certainly be going back 💯👍✌️🙏

Light and airy dining room, pleasant, smart staff and the food was good.

Dinner with friends once a month good food and friendly service. Also morning coffee with friend good service despite engulfed with ladies who meet.
