The pizza was really nice, crispy base, not greasy at all and the toppings were generous, my only negative thing about the order is the garlic sauce was very weak, other than that it was spot on. I'll be back.

lush food. I ordered pasta, which was lovely. chicken Kiev, which I thought would be homemade, but it was 2 of the frozen ones and they were small, bit expensive for that like. but the rest of the food was lush

Early delivery is a good thing, but I didn't like all the extra cheese that was put on top as it wasn't requested.

Taken our money and not acknowledging the order. Throught their own website. Money had been taken from the bank. I've not tried to call gigis over 60 times and I cannot get through. SCAMMED

Ordered at 17.53 and still waiting now at 20.27. We have hungry kids here. The restaurant told me the driver was en route 30 mins ago. The last call 10 mins ago, restaurant said they'd ring the driver, but didn't take my address or anything to know who they were calling about 🤷

I was sent a 9" pizza instead of a 11" pizza, it makes a big difference and you should be careful if you send someone one by accident.

The food as unfortunately very cold and 30 minutes late. The pizza flavouring wasn't too bad and the garlic was delicious

Ordered a 14 inch pepperoni and 14 inch Margherita, Margherita is lovely but they gave me a ham instead of pepporoni and didn't put much sauce or cheese which made the crust about 3 inches long.. Usually absolutely lovely pizza

don't know what's happened to this place been eating there since I was a little kid 30 years ago the gigis sauce is not the same at all don't know if the campbell's mushroom soup has got to expensive that they make it with and they now use a aldis own mushroom soup but it is awful now

Ordered with thousand island sauce and came without if for the second time… also hardly got any chips big disappointment.

I really didn’t not enjoy the food as someone who has worked in a takeaway I knew instantly knew the chips were doubled cooked and full of oil the pizza dough was rock hard and the garlic had way too much garlic powder in it.

No recommend very bad cold food delivery driver shot the box on the floor the staff was very cheeky chips was burned all food went in the bin

Ordered spaghetti bolognaise and received spaghetti with tomato sauce and maybe 10 bits of mincemeat. A disgraceful meal, a waste of money (value of £1.50).WOULD DEFINITELY NOT ORDER OR RECOMMEND.

Ordered last night and again tonight. Ordered a 14 inch margarita pizza. Althiugh bigger than last nights, it was still not a 14" pizza. So order again was incorrect. We order weekly and found this disappointing as it clearly wasn't a one off!!!!

Ordered weekly for my kids from gigis. We were disappointed tonight as ordered a 14inch and recieved a pizza considerably smaller (would day 11/12 inch). Trying again tomorrow so hopfully it will be back to normal. Still a very tasty pizza just didnt recieve what was ordered.

How this place has got 5 star reviews is beyond me, the chips were uncooked and freezing the parmo had no cheese on the top and the salad must of been in the fridge weeks, full lot went in the bin, would never order again total waste of money

If you want a proper pizza, crispy, traditional, tasty, restaurant standard, go to GiGi's! There is simply no other takeaway in teesside that offers what these guys do! Stone baked, perfectly cooked, homemade, hand stretched pizzas. I walk from Flares to this take away! (Those who know middlesbrough will know this is some distance!!) I walk past at least 7 takeaways before GiGi's! I'd go no place else!

Foods rotton came cold n box looked like it had 10round with Tyson

Ordered 10 inch london pizza when it came hardly any cheese topping could not see the tomato puree was tasteless and bland tried it but wont be going back was not worth the money

Pizza lovely as usual but delivery took to long. I wouldnt expect to wait 2 hours unless being notified first and given a option to cancel.

Pizza would have been lovely if it had any cheese on it, chips weren't great. Would be better if food wasn't placed on top of the pizza box, opened the lid and all the cheese was stuck to the top of the box.

Food was great but found a piece of hard white plastic in the bottom of the spaghetti pollo

The food from this place is disgusting. The parmo was cold and thinner than the pizzas with no bech and unmelted cheese. The pizzas are normally really nice and fresh but on this occasion we paid for an 11inch and recieved a 7 inch in an 11inch box. The toppings slid off when you picked it up and again it was cold. They also got our drinks order wrong. Sent sprite instead of Pepsi.

Popped in for an 11" Maffiosa pizza tonight. Got a 9" pizza in an 11" box. Toppings were thin and sloppy. Not even cut properly, so ended up wearing it, too. First impressions last. On this first impression, they won't get a second chance.

Garlic bread pizza /Chips nice. Kebab cold (really thick and did not taste nice went in the bin/ one piece of cucumber one slice of tomato with coleslaw that looks off . Wouldn’t order again

Really was great food, Kiev's fantastic and fresh and chips were nice. Really good value for money, would recommend and will be using again on future.

Possibly the worst parmo chips and sauces in town it all went in the bin after a few bites. Will never order from here again and will recommend people to avoid this place. The spaghetti pollo was okay that was the only thing that was just okay.

Two hours and ten minutes to deliver a cold pizza. I've supported this take away for over thirty years as they did the best pizza in town but I'm affairs that this is unacceptable

I'd rather you guys took time with my order, I understand the rush but my pizza was barley cooked and the Gi-Gis chips were just not good at all. Tasted re-heated, too. Really let down by last nights Gi-Gis...guess the man himself wasn't working yesterday?

Food portion very small orderd full chicken parmesan and recieved a half ,the chicken was pink looking so I didn't chance eating it , the garlic bread was not cooked properly it was still doey with very little garlic on it ,overall poor food, will definitely not order from here again

Ordered at 8pm.. delivety time of 9:10-9:30, didnt come till 9:50 almost 2 hours from delivering. Food cold, most binned, awful service.

Chicken kebab - Pitta soggy , salad was just coleslaw and the chicken although you got quite a lot was barley warm. Won't buy again. London 14" pizza - barely warm otherwise was okay.

Terrible cheap supermarket like pizza, worst pizza I've ever had from a takeaway, a few pieces of stringy lamb kebab, covered in chilli sauce i didnt ask for, first and last time.

An hour and 20 mins to deliver then forget the extra chips, pizza size was no where near 11 inch either

Ordered a parmo just came and its stone cold, absolutely unacceptable and won't be ordering from here again, first and last time. Also would like to raise a complaint around this as you have just lost a repeat customer

Been away for Middlesbrough for almost a year and the first thing i do when I am back is get a Gi Gi’s and they never disappoint. Almost lush

Kept being told that they were doing their best and it would be five minutes! Over an hour and a half after I ordered the food arrived, garlic sauce missing, told the driver, to be told it want his problem he just delivered but to call Gi Gi’s again! Ive been charged for something I didn’t get, I’ve had to put the food in the microwave to heat up and I asked for no tomatoes in my salad, guess what, I got tomatoes! What an absolute joke. When I told the owner I was going to put a bad review on social media, he wasn’t bothered. That was them “doing their best”

The tragic thing is that the pizzas here are some of the best in the area but they're just terrible at the delivery part. No real order tracking and once the text saying your order is with the driver and will be with you soon it drops into a limbo it emerges from 70 minutes later no longer hot. I live less than 10 mins drive from gi gis

Absolutely rubbish, bought a 14inch Doner Pizza and there was 2 strands of kebab meat on it and the pizza was burnt 🥵 fuming cost me over £10.40 too

Food was burnt and over cooked I'd imagine chewing through concrete would of been an easier task

Pizzas are amazing here, shame about your delivery guy. Every time we order we get the same abusive older guy, he made me come out of the house and stand in the middle of the rd because he can’t see and went to the wrong house on the wrong street. Then swears at your customers, charming. Do your business a favour get a new one.

1 star is too good, the whole order went in the bin. Plastic meat on pizza, dry tasteless chicken in kebab and the salad consisted of coleslaw & and a slice of tomato. Awful

Pizza crust and chips rock hard and inedible.

We always use gigis but tonight and the last time we have ordered out food was not upto standard. Tonight out pizza was undercooked, chips where over cooked and the Donna meat we ordered we didn't dare eat it, it was that undercooked. Ery disappointed and won't be using again

Food wasn't very hot, and the sauce from the spaghetti was leaking from the container all over the bag and over the chips. The spaghetti dish was hot ish, but wasn't very seasoned. Just a tomato sauce with large chunks of peppers. Garlic bread was almost cold.

They was no salad and chips were poor which I’m surprised about wasn’t that many but can’t have had no salad ? Other than that very nice thank you

Gi gi’s is always amazing the chicken kebabs are by far the best in Middlesbrough and everything he does is always mint been going to him for over ten years n I always will recommend him by far the best out there

Pizza dough is very light. We ordered a Negroni hot with extra green chillies and chicken. It wasn’t as spicy as it used to be but it was enjoyable.
