The flavours blew my mind! Great food & great staff, even near closing time! Can't wait to go back again soon 🩷

I attended their pop up at a fair and honestly could not have been more disappointed. The service was quite slow but I was willing to overlook that, however the burger just didn't live up to expectations. The burger I ordered was the beef patty with brisket. Ona positive note the chips were good.

We order chicken tinders & fries was for my 7 year old daughter they were very spicy we ask for kids meal and smash burger was tased like bacon but was beef ( halal) smell funny in that place nothing like instagram posts 😞

Food here is very mid. Mocktail is watery and burger is flat, not well done and very minimal - basically like a slider and its £12??? 5/10 overall, I wouldnt recommend and I wouldnt come again. Server was quick and polite tho.

Ordered food on Uber Eats today at 4:33pm, the food came back stone cold when I was promised it would arrive at 5:30. It came at 6:30. It takes 30 minutes for the food to be delivered to my house but the food turned very cold. For something so expensive I expected the service to be excellent but it’s not how I expected it to be. Uber eats says the food costs £67.78 when the receipt clearly says £62 (I got scammed for money). Rubbish service and I hope I can get some money back from them as well for this atrocious scam.

This is a hidden gem on the area by far the best burgers ive had in a while in london the meat is fresh, juicy loads of taste very good sauces fries not soggy they firm with soft inside vegetables are fresh presentation is top 10 food 10/10 highly reccomend

Haven’t been here in a while and it’s great that the food is still at such a high standard. Everything was delicious and served quickly. Service was fantastic and they even watched my baby for me while we ate. Reasonably priced. High chair available for my little one. Very clean. Fantastic meal thank you. My first time going here yesterday I got the £7 burger when I got home was burnt and squashed out of the box first and last time never going into the shop again

Service was ok, atmosphere was very dull and quiet. Food was not as expected gave me and a friend a sore throat gave us a sickning feeling throughout the day. Chips came cold, prices were inflated just a very poor experience especially when having high hopes

Popped in to get Takeway on Friday night. 30 mins to go before closing time. Restaurant on main road. Limited parking on streets. Inside was nice and clean. The staff seemed tired 😫 ordered food for collection. Food was ready and collected. Packaging was good and high quality. Burger was small in a fancy box. Chips was good and portion was great. Little overpriced.

Order - 117717 I drove all the way from Watford with my two kids, hoping for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the service fell short. When I visited the restroom, I noticed there was no toilet paper, and the washroom could have been maintained better. it didn’t feel welcoming or clean. After placing my order, I received my mojitos (before paying) and politely asked if I could switch the regular-sized packet to a smaller one. The response was an immediate “no, we’ve already made it,” which felt dismissive. Later, when my burger arrived, I requested if it could be cut, and again, the response was a firm “no, but I’ll give you cutlery.” It was disappointing, as small gestures like these can make all the difference in creating a positive experience for customers. We drove a long way expecting great service to match the quality of your food. While the food was enjoyable, the service left us feeling unwelcome.

Just want to start of by saying the customer service is amazing and very helpful. I recently visited this restaurant with high hopes, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The food was overly oily and lacked any enjoyable flavor. The wagyu box, which I expected to be the highlight, was awful—poorly executed. Thinking I’d salvage the experience, I ordered the Mac and Cheese from the secret menu, expecting it to be a hidden gem. Instead, it was watery and completely flavorless, a far cry from what good Mac and Cheese should be. The only saving grace was the mojito, which was well-made and refreshing. However, a good drink isn’t enough to justify a disappointing meal.

More like Gross Burger. Patty was extremely unlikely to be wagyu, and was more akin to a supermarket or fairground van quality patty. All the flavours were a bit off and the chips were overly oily, yet it still managed to be expensive. Place was empty so obviously others agree that this place is no good. The 4.5 stars review average aare a complete mystery and point to lots of fake reviews. Avoid.

I came to the restaurants to order a Ghost burger but to my surprise I witnessed a supervisor or manager not too sure who but he was degrading one of his employees in front of all the customers and quite frankly i felt threatened. Very upsetting as i was recommended to come here but will not be coming here again. This place must be investigated as all the time i have been past there has been one same person working alone. Honestly It is more expensive than nando’s despite the lack of quality as places such as nando’s

I'm a regular customer of ghost burgers. I'm usually a big fan of everything they do, and on a day where i dont wamt disappointment i order from here. How ever today the best thing I had was the mojito. I ordered a chicken meal with garlic fries and drink. Garlic fries on its own and a meat burger. First the garlic fries definitely did not have any garlic or parmasan on them. Just plain fries. The meat burger was a joke, I have never seen such a small burger before and the chicken burger had no sauce. Not sure where it went wrong, maybe new staff? I paid £38 but honestly I wouldn't have paid even half of that dor today's food. Might be time to find a new favorite place. What a shame Update: have ordered again since and food was delicious as always

Very quick service and really enjoyed the wagyu burger and wings as a starter. It did take some time for my shake to arrive but it wasn't the end of the world I still had a very pleasant experience eating here.

This was a good spot for sure but it is WAY to overpriced, you cant even enjoy the food when you think about how much ur spending for it.

Their meat is not clean and full of sinews. Its advantage is halal, but the quality of the food is poor and the seating of the place is not good. Personal opinion: Nothing beats violence.

Generous portions, delicious food and great service - we were there on Saturday, I ordered the chick in box, really tasty. The milkshake is delicious. £20 per person, which is reasonable. I don’t know why during peak lunchtime, the place was empty. It’s a really nice place. My thoughts, maybe is with the black decor, black walls, black ceiling, black door, black windows, black tables and chairs, black counter. I felt intimidated and didn’t want to come in, my partner was the one to encourage me in. I understand the grunge palette fits with “Ghost Burgers”. My thoughts are you can still be Ghost Burgers and use white, gold, black colour palette to make the space more inviting. Small suggestion.

The place was empty but don’t let this put you off - the food was excellent.

I had an excellent dining experience at Ghost burgers in Hoxton, thanks to Aisha's outstanding hospitality. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Her friendly demeanor and attentive service truly enhanced our meal. In addition to the great service, we also enjoyed their refreshing pouch mojitos. They were the perfect accompaniment to our delicious burgers, adding a delightful burst of flavor to our meal. Overall, Aisha's exceptional service and the fantastic food and drinks made our visit memorable. Highly recommend! Would definitely be returning purely for Aisha’s hospitality and the amazing food!

The Service that I received was truly shameful and very discriminatory. Denied cutlery and had my order mix up. Then given passive aggressive attitude by the waitress. Long story short if you aren’t Muslim you will not be served with dignity at this place.

I went to ghost burgers Hoxton today and the food was so delicious. I haven’t had a good beef burger in a while but ghost burgers really changed that for me and to add to that the customer service was amazing I was served by Esha who was so kind and generous, she made sure me and my family was fully satisfied with the service we was receiving and she made the place very welcoming. The location is also perfect, a very vibey area.

The taste is very bad. Don't ever try their buffalo wings and their drinks (grapefruit). Waste of time and money.

The food is disgusting, and the employee has very bad service. She does not smile, and when you ask her to bring it, she is angry while we eat. She looks at us angrily all the time. What is this disgusting? I felt like I had entered her house without an invitation.

Tasty burgers and sides, a few vegan options too which is always nice to see. Unfortunately the burgers are tiny so don't expect to feel full without any sides or starters. Got take aways and they forgot the sauce in my box so my fries were a bit of a dry and bland experience.

This restaurant is soo complimentary and understanding!! The workers (Especially Deborah w the red hair x) were so nice and welcoming. Customer service was honestly 10/10 they are so real and relatable Tasmin and Deborah are like this super niceeee and funny they are the best element to this restaurant seriously I ordered a ghost burger meal and omg the sauce…they need to tell me their secret it’s literally amazing. Scrumptious wagyu burger. I ordered through uber eats and got a lovely prime wagyu burger that was dripping in flavour. The ghost sauce was really nice. The strawberry mojito was very good to and tasted fresh and homemade.

The food is good, the hamburger is delicious! The place is a bit different, its very simple, walls are all painted in black! I think it is more for teenagers night spot than a place to sit down and eat!

Food was really good when it opened. Was going almsot any other day seems like it's gone down with the standard. The atmosphere is okay just a little tight inside with minimal seatings usually order and in the car with lads. Don't knownif cheffs are being juggles around with he branch thar opened in gants hills but I gants hill one is so bad personally. Over cooked and burn burgers not a fan even thought I like a little bit of charr but burnt is a different ball game. For pricey goof you'd expect a decent return and for me probably won't visit again since they started really really well to what it is now. Think I'll pass. Since I live near gants hill I always traveled to theis one but waated journeys now.

The food was good, generous portion of chips. The wagyu beef burger the highlight. We went on a Sunday afternoon and were the only ones there. That coupled with the strange music led to a pretty flat vibe.

Absolutely amazing discovery. The attention was so good, both staff members were super kind and attentive. We ordered the boring chicken and the get stuffed burger and they were very, very good. But do yourself a favour and order the Wagyu steak box fries, they are absolutely amazing. Burger are not too big, but you’ll be full if you eat the fries. Milkshake was good too. We will definitely be back!

The Chimmi hoxdog was very tasty! Wings were quality too. Only negative none of the sauces have a spicy kick to em. Nope not even the ghost sauce, I would regard a hot sauce. Introduce a ghost pepper sauce 👻 🌶️ and watch how things change for the better 😉

This is my favourite burger spot in London and possibly the UK !!! These lot just don’t miss !!!! I’ve tried pretty much everything on the menu now and I am never disappointed!!! Absolutely Delicious !! The Wagyu Burger is the closest thing to a perfect burger if there ever is One !!!

Ghost Burger is nice is enough, but not worth £15 I would say. The chips were not hot, and I picked up my order fairly quickly. The sweet potato chips were good though. If I were to be super picky I would say the dipping sauce should be a lot thicker as it was running off the chips, but that’s not a big issue and it was nice to get the free sauce. Overall, meal not worth £17. Lower the price or fill the burger out with more toppings.

Salaam! Just returned home from the Halal Expo, I tried the Ghost burger meal from the Ghost Burger stall outside. I was not disappointed, it was one of the best burgers I have tasted in a long time! This is the second time I’ve been here with my family now - and the food never disappoints. The burgers are so juicy and full of flavour. The sweet chilli wings were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Service was amazing and staff are friendly - both times we were served by Kolsuma who gave us the best experience. She was very hospitable and patient with us. Would definitely recommend this place - amazing food and the best service!

Went yesterday for a sit down meal. Resturant was really cold and had to keep jacket on. Everyone in the premises, including waiter had jacket on. Lacking atmosphere. Food was really poor. The wings were under cooked literally pink under the coating. The wagu burgers i doubt are actually wagu. Was cooked medium rare. Was very hard and tough on outside and very pink from the inside. £15 a meal is quite expensive when everything is factored in. Honestly this place is a massive let down and i wouldnt recommend to anyone. Avoid
