In the area working for the next few days and just fancied an Indian. Always a bit reluctant at new places so I checked out the reviews. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. It was absolutely stunning. Coming from an area of the country which has many Indian takeaway aways, I have a rough idea of what a good Indian taste like. We went for the set meal for two and there was enough food to feed an army (so tomorrows sorted). Onion bhajis dead crispy dead nice, mushroom bhajis tasty, keema pilau was the best I have ever tasted, my wife had lemon pilau and loved it. Chicken tikka bhuna awesome with plenty of chicken, wife had chicken tikka pasanda and raved about it. Peshwari naan to mop everything up with, beautiful. STUNNING. Hats off to the chef.

We've used this takeaway several times, and they never disappoint . Every dish We've had has tasted fantastic, and arrived hot and within a short time. The food is high quality and a good price, probably one of the best in town.

Best curry I've had for years. I'm not local to the area. Stayed in a lodge near by and ordered a curry for collection. Curry was perfect. Can't fault it at all. 10/10. thanks guys

Items on menu need more info. Ordered prawn cocktail with no salad. Upon opening there was salad in and hardly any prawns or sauce. Contacted to speak to them about it and says its standard to comewith salad. If that's the case state that and don't give the option of no salad

Chicken curry did not taste like chicken curry. Obviously a few ingredients were left out. Shame really as portions were good. Will not be going back very soon.

Truly the best Indian cuisine in Newtown. The staff, service and food are second to non. Fantastic!

Had another very tasty Butter chicken and garlic and onion fried rice...with coriander naan bread and poppadoms. Excellent food .

Needs updating but they serve the best Currys in town.

Had a takeaway delivered last night and it was outstanding! Less than half an hour for delivery, everything delivered as ordered, food piping hot and delicious!!

Hubby popped in for a peshwari naan last Saturday and was charged £4.95 for it; it's £2.40 on the menu. Been customers for years, and have often only bought one item, never been ripped off like this. Gutted. (Hubs only paid as he'd already waited for the bread and knew I'd be worried)

been using this takeaway for 20years, food never fails , staff very helpful decor not the best but as it a takeaway that not a problem you can see the food being prepared ,give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Been goin here now since beginning of jan,, ive been goin every week,,best food ever, chicken vindaloo especially,staff r so friendly.. wouldnt ever go anywhere else now.

dont be put off by the decor, I have been using this takeaway for 15years and staff all ways polite and willing to adjust meals to suit your preference.

Good curry on a budget. Staff are friendly, service is quick and efficient. Good hygiene rating. There are plenty of veggie options on offer, the bhuna and methi are particular favourites and the peshwari naan are to die for.

We have had takeawys befor and have had some odd suspicious pieces of 'chicken'. This time they were all like that... We think instead of chicken it was dry turkey...also Salty... NEVER AGAIN....AWFUL!!!!
