Get Stuffed in Aberdeen City

So to begin, I have to point out the flaws. My partner said his fish was a touch soggy, and I ordered chips bolognaise but the name isn’t very accurate. It was the most amazing chips and gravy type sauce I’ve ever had. Like AMAZING, especially for a takeaway after a couple drinks. But it was not a bolognaise sauce. However, I was so happy I didn’t care. The chips were nicely fried and the sauce was heaven. I did check, at first thinking I had received chips and gravy, but that is indeed their chips bolognaise. Regardless of the title, I’ll be getting it again on a night when cooking doesn’t appeal.

Trust the reviews, don't order. All day breakfast went in the bin right away. Be careful if u have food allergies.

2 hiurs late and food was incorrect and stone cold

Shame as it was always a favourite for us to go to when would go out in Aberdeen and this was the first time getting a take away delivery from here to which we had the same high expectations (pre covid since been) but it let us down unfortunately. The chicken was lovely and burgers were decent however the chips were soggy and tasteless so we didn’t bother eating them. And the cookies tasted like they could have been made pre covid too! Would never buy them again. Honestly don’t know how long they have had them made but the chocolate is off which was a right shame as they looked good but don’t be fooled into buying! Restaurant service can’t be commented on as ordered on here. But it was always really good when we used to go in person If you do go here stick with the main meats and you should be fine but accompaniments and cookies avoid!

Gave my food to neighbour at the communal door. Refilused refund.

The worst place I have ever ordered from, staff are nasty and rude and I would not recommend to anyone. Took 2 hours to arrive.

Stores phone number doesn't work. Deliveroo refuse to refund saying the restaurant said it was delivered.

Chips were rock solid and the onions rings were soggy order took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive when i called them numerous times no answer not worth the money not even a phone call to say order running late other places much better will not be ordering next time

The staff are friendly and seem a right laugh. Very reasonable price, you could get more from your money than other takeaway places but the food quality wasn't great. The batter was rock hard and I couldn't bite into it. I found it to be a bit over-greasy. That plus the slightly late delivery was a let-down. Ideal for grub after a heavy night out in the clubs but I probably won't be ordering from Get Stuffed again.

Waited over an hour for my food which was fine but ordered a pizza and didn’t come. Phoned driver back and he assured me he’d have it with me ASAP. Waited over an hour. Tried phone shop, no answer, tried phone driver no answer! So thank you! I haven’t eaten all day and now everywhere is closed!

Normally get from here and is always good. But tonight's was amazing! The woman on the phone was also lovely. Best place I promise

Awful customer service on the phone, delivery driver lied about coming to deliver on time, Lied about food still being hot, Was rude when he Got 2 items wrong

The fish tasted off, the batter was horrible. The chips were really poor quality. They got my order wrong, I'd ordered chips and curry sauce and they gave me chips cheese and curry sauce. There wasn't enough curry sauce as they gave me it in a tub rather than over my chips. They sent a notification to say the order was ready but when I went to pick it up nothing was ready.

Where do I start colzone looked like it was not fit to eat chip could of been done bit longer cheese never received curry sauce was just this dish water. coleslaw and bottle of Fanta was only good thing about the hole order.

Really bad fish was not cooked calzone cold and the doner to thick and also not hot not even the cheese was melted the driver also brought the food with no termic bag so that should be the reason the food was could really not happy and starving

Where do I start. Firstly I should have read the reviews. The chips and cheese was cold and the gravy to put on it even colder. Ordered 2 separate battered sausages, got 6 small individual battered ones instead. The joy, however 3 of them had so much batter on it you could have climbed inside it like a sleeping bag. Completely inedible and the batter uncooked underneath. The chicken Pakora was as warm as leaving it on an old wifeys slipper during winter. At least the onion rings were alright and the can of juice was at an enjoyable temperature. The best part of this meal was launching it into the bin afterwards. Would recommend this to my enemies only

Disgusting, chips clearly cooked the day before, not sure that was kebab meat they gave me, pizza not editable, it tasted like fried bread and the "chicken & saugage" i dont know what that was but it wasn't chicken and sausage, extremely disappointed, what a waste of money!

the food was cold and the ice cream we ordered it said Ben and Jerry strawberry cheescake and when we received the ice-cream it was complete different and we also wrote to phone when out side but the delivery boy end up ringing the door bell

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! chips tasted like they were reheated, donor meat tasted like rubber, just everything about my order was rubbish the best thing about my order was my can of coke put it that way, don’t waist ur money like I did. If I could put zero stars I would.

What's with the prices here. 26.50 for 5 pieces of chicken and medium potato bake. What a joke. Is this the chicken that laid a golden egg. I'm the goose if I set foot in that place again. Ps tastes like crap and it looks like a review avenues bar this one are disabled

When I checked for an update on the justeat app at 8:10pm it said my food was delivered but it wasn’t so I phoned the restaurant several times eventually someone answered at 8:30pm only for the guy to be extremely rude when I tried to explain about not having my order he hung up the phone. The meat feast pizza had only half the toppings it was meant to have and was very dry, thin and very crispy

didn’t give us our correct order and what they did give us was the tiniest portions and tasted awful

Only 1 star rating as I cant put less, food was awful went straight to the bin. Burger bun was burnt and the cheese was all over the bottom of the box, chocolate cake was wraped in cling film and was a complete mess, cheesecake was old so went straight in the bin. Also order a battered sausage, got 3 small sausages with patches of batter most of which was in the box rather than on the sausage.

Repeated storage of frozen food in cardboard boxes, on floor OUTSIDE on the street, by unconcerned clueless staff. What could go wrong ?

ordered around midnight after getting home from work, was still waiting at 2:30am for my order. decided to call the restaurant to see where it was as it had been out for delivery since 12:30am (trust me. it doesn’t take two hours to drive to my flat). after calling (and having my call declined) 3 times, they marked my order as delivered :) i want my £11 back :)

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! They forgot multiple items, the staff was rude when phoned and it took over an hour before we got the food we originally ordered! Was actually in shock on how rude they were, and when we finally had our food, it was bland and cold! It’s also important to note that what you order may not be what you get, and they will argue with you if you think you’ve been given the wrong thing

Rubbish, cold chips. Soggy burger buns. (Grill them first) Missing two items. Cookies. Why every wrapped in stupid paper that’s is all water and soggy because of steam. Meal was wrong, wasn’t chips and cheese, and wasn’t chicken ‘fillets’ was scrappy bit of chicken, then when driver didn’t read what he was supposed to do as I suffer ocd and epilepsy, he just walked right up and hand me a plastic bag, then I need to remind him about my drink. Awful service.

If someone looking to buy from them please don't buy it. The food quality is not good. I ordered a haddock today, I really couldn't find the fish meat only the batter. Even the french fries are not fried properly and no taste of it.. Also the battered sausages are very oily and taste is not that good. I have noticed these things twice. Seems like they are using expired or not quality stuff to make the food items. So if someone looking to buy from Get Stuffed since it's price is cheap Please don't buy it. There are plenty of other good restaurants in Aberdeen to buy Snacks for lesser price. I recommend Kyber Pass.

To my knowledge there was no extra cheese on either portion of chips and no beans where clearly stated we wanted beans on one portion of chips, so i make that 1.50 extra spent on the order in which was not supplied. Which is unacceptable

Food late missed items do not use just eat!! I called restaurant to ask where my food was no response. When I realised that there was a missed item no response from the restaurant so I tried to contact just eat no response they asked me to contact them 6 hours later what help is that? Do not use just eat!! In the last month I’ve had 1 order correct and on time out of 4 do not use just eat!!!!

Ordered and paid for tartar sauce but instead recieved cheap ketchup in a tub. The fish batter was chewie and awful. Overall just disappointing so will not be wasting my money here again.

Missing and wrong items, chocolate cake was smashed , no salt or vinegar and no sauce. The food that was delivered was fantastic but not all what I ordered

Ordered for collect...stood for almost 45 minutes after got text saying food was ready. Food wasn’t even made and then tried to charge me again when collecting. The food was horrible and was binned. When waiting for food, people ordering at the place was complaining as their orders weren’t right and was not getting served. Will never go back again and highly recommend people stay away.

My food didn't get delivered and I haven't got a refund or anything. They claimed they delivered it to my address but didn't.

Best part was the pickled onion. The rest of the food was inedible. Cake arrived looking like a turd in cling film. Chips were sad. Chicken pakora arrived from China. Curry sauce & gravy has the consistency of disappointment & regret. Rude staff after calling saying they couldn’t deliver, when asked for a refund they stopped answering the phone to then show up with an attitude claiming they had to close up the shop. £20 to be violated like this. Get stuffed.

Went there the other day, ordered fish and chips, written price on the board 3,90£, they asked for 4,50£. Though whatever. Went there again today, ordered same thing but the price was 5,70£ for the same thing????? And also the guy said that there’s extra charge of 0,50£ for paying with card. You are taking extra money during pandemic when clearly everywhere it’s asked to pay with cards to keep everyone safe. I asked the worker what’s happening and he just said if I don’t like it, just go somewhere else. Would leave 0 stars for them if I could, it’s more than terrible.

placed an order and waited over 2 and a half hours once i phones and asked where it was he hung up, mind giving me my tenner back?

Me and my boyfriend order two special kebabs in on of them we didn’t get any mushrooms at all and in the other one we only got one mushroom. But the food tasted great and even tho it was late it was still warm :)

Ordered 1) a white pudding supper got a black pudding on its own. 2) a single macaroni pie got a steak pie 3) a cheese hotdog supper got a hotdog with no cheese. At least we got some chips this time. So spent £20 was a portion of chips short as well as the wrong food, phoned the restraunt no answer. Phoned back the next day spoke to a member of staff who said no manager was available. Was told i would get a call back. No phone call. Got the feeling as we ordered at 00:00 and was last delivery of the day they gave us what was left but cant speak to anyone to find out.

The fish was rotten, my partner took 1 bite and spat it back out, the kebab was also poor, it was cut far too thick. Rest of the meal was good. Didn't call the restaurant as it was already 7.30 and couldn't wait another hour as partner would have been in bed for 3am start next day

I'm sorry to say just had what was supposed to be haddock and chips was awful very greasy heavy batter dont know what kind of fish also had sausage supper dont know what kind of sausages either avoid this place 🤢

Fish was badly undercooked. Not sure it was haddock -little semblance of "flake" in the fish..Batter soggy and not crisp.Had to attempt to complete the cooking in the oven but not satisfactory Chips were ok.as was the cheesecake. On the whole very disappointing.

Don’t not order meal deals, supposed to be chicken fillets, chip and cheese and drink. Ordered it, wrong juice came, no cheese on chips, chicken fillets are full of grease! And have a chicken slice inside, not fillets.

The WORST takeaway I’ve had in Aberdeen. I’ve had two takeaways from here. The first time was red pudding and cheese, chips and gravy. The latter was really crap. I put that down to a bad day though? Perhaps it’d be better next time? Here we go... Fish supper: chips cold and hard, they’re not even chips, they’re fries (tasted like they were cooked hours ago and attempted to reheat) and the fish tasted weird (I’ve now read this has been said a few times). The batter also had an odd taste. Macaroni pie: no taste Red pudding: quite nice, but again, batter a bit odd. Worst £25 I’ve spent in my life

Would give ZERO STARS if i could - most of meal went in bin especially fish supper it was sour and off but told by staff it was vinegar and i told them I clearly know the taste of vinegar and their fish was off, steak pie hard, dry and burnt, haggis was served in a cup and like slop and the curry sauce I would not even class as a gravy let alone sauce as it was so very watery. WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

The food was very salty and greasy and altogether very disappointing. The chips were refried, obviously not cooked fresh and slightly cold. Considering how much I paid for the delivery charge, I would expect a much better quality of food than what we received. Wasted money

Food tasted horrible, pakora was very plastic-y and the onion rings were soggy, the meat in the calzone didn’t taste right either, was 10mins late (meant to be collected at 5 past but was not ready until quarter past) thought it would be worth the extra wait but very disappointed to find out it was not worth it as it tasted horrible, was not worth the money

Food was awful. Arrived early but the chips were hard and over cooked. Jumbo hotdog is very very small. Fish tasted cheap. Not impressed , won’t be ordering again

Food was good, portion sizes were better than expected however I don’t agree with having to pay £1 for a chocolate bar that clearly states ‘not for individual sale’? Surely if you are doing this, it should be cheaper since you can get 4 in a packet from a shop for the £1?

Esperé 2 horas por comida. Nuestra comida claramente había sido recalentada y descuidada. Olvidaron nuestro jugo y postre que se han negado a entregarnos. Han sido extremadamente groseros por teléfono. Nos dijo que dejara de llamar, colgó y ahora no me responderá. Todo el servicio y el producto fue repulsivo desde el principio hasta el finlandés. Las críticas de este lugar en todas partes son repugnantes. Voy a llevar esto más allá. Este establecimiento no puede continuar robando a la gente su dinero. Food was absolutely lovely and delivered quicker than the time stated which was a bonus. Will order from here again

Very slow delivery - it took over an hour for the food to arrive for 2 miles away! Sent jacket potatoes with cheese instead of wedges. There was no communication of this fact. Delivery person didn't even tell us when our food was handed to us, we had to discover when we were looking through the food. The food looked as if it had been carried sideways as all of the food was squashed at one side of the box. Previously we had enjoyed food and efficient delivery but this was completely pathetic and won't be ordering anytime soon.

Brought wrong order but was fixed thanks

Ordered 2 chicken kebabs and chips expecting what I believed a chicken kebab was, I.e chicken in pitta bread with veg etc. What arrived was about 8 pieces of chicken marinated in a container with chips. When I phoned back I was told that when you order with chips you don't get bread or veg or sauce, and after saying that is just chicken pieces with chips the manager just hung up

The food was great as usual although the donner meat on the chips, cheese and mixed kebab meat was dry and crispy the calzone base was a bit hard but still tasted beautiful but delivery time was a bit annoying

Ordered on Thursday night came 1hr late after a couple of phone calls to chase - the food then came with items missing, they then would not return to deliver the items. They also wouldn't give me a refund for those items. Food itself was of poor quality - avoid!!!!!!

The chilli dogs were alright but chilli beef was minimal. The chips cheese n curry sauce didn't have curry sauce on it, that was pretty annoying. I also ordered two bottles of moray cup but got two bottles of lucozade instead.
